Abstract

The flipped classroom is a type of blended learning that has been widely applied at various levels of education, from elementary to higher, but there have been few studies on its use in Economics education. The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of the impact and effectiveness of the flipped classroom on Economics learning. The research methodology used is a literature study with analysis of several articles about the flipped classroom, which concludes with the research objectives. The study results show that the effects of the flipped classroom can enhance students’ self-reliant and active learning, increase collaboration, and improve learning outcomes. The article provides advice for educators, especially in the field of Economics education, on use of the flipped classroom to maximise student learning. The study conclusion, which compares the flipped classroom learning model in general, shows that the flipped classroom learning model is effective for use in the learning process because students have studied the material before going to class, meaning the teacher no longer dominates the classroom situation and teacher- student interactions become better and more enjoyable.

Abstract

Masyarakat Mulekan 1 menyadari bahwa pola hidup yang baik akan meningkatkan taraf kesehatan dan usia harapan hidup yang lebih panjang, sehingga terus berusaha meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang kesehatan. Dalam rangka mewujudkan PHBS di Mulekan 1 dilakukan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dalam bentuk Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik. Untuk mencapai tujuan, pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu pembekalan mahasiswa KKN, koordinasi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, implementasi lapangan yang terdiri dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan fasilitasi. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan telah berjalan baik dengan beberapa kegiatan yaitu koordinasi, sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan fasilitasi peralatan pendukung, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Masyarakat Pedukuhan Mulekan 1 memberikan tanggapan dengan berpartisipasi aktif mengikuti program pengabdian pada masyarakat dan menerapkan PHBS dalam kehidupan sehari–hari dengan baik. Masyarakat merasa mendapatkan wawasan, pengalaman dan keterampilan dalam penerapan PHBS. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Sebelas Maret 275 telah memberikan manfaat yang luas, ketika terjadi pandemi Covid–19, masyarakat sudah siap melakukan pola hidup bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

Changes in education due to covid-19 are forcing teachers to use technology in learning. Teachers as facilitators must be able to use technology in innovative learning models so that they can increase learning independence. The purpose of this study is to find out how flipped classroom can increase students' learning independence. The research method used is literature study. Flipped classroom is a model that utilizes technology by reversing traditional teaching methods, where the teacher first provides learning material in the form of videos before going to class, so that classroom activities are used for active learning activities. The results show flipped classroom make teacher-student interactions better, improve learning outcomes, students can study learning materials anywhere and anytime and help students to understand learning before entering class so that students can learn independently without depending on the teacher according to their speed which in turn will increase student learning independence.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi membuat berbagai aspek kehidupan mengalami perubahan termasuk pada aspek pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan selalu mengalami perubahan dengan mengikuti berbagai perkembangan yang ada. Saat ini, dunia sedang mengalami masa pandemik covid-19 yang membuat proses pembelajaran tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan secara mendadak membuat kesiapan para guru dan siswa sangat kurang. Selain itu kemampuan terhadap penguasaan teknologi belum sepenuhnya menguasai dan perlunya literasi digital untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman terhadap teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang literasi digital dalam pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan pada masa pandemik covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan library research dengan teknik studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital merupakan suatu keterampilan ataupun kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi serta mampu mengelola setiap informasi dengan baik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan teknologi tidak dapat dipisahkan. Kemampuan literasi digital sebagai acuan untuk dapat memahami, mengelola dan menggunakan informasi serta mampu mengkomunikasikan secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the influence and difference in the average economic critical thinking ability of students in general at SMAN 1 Sukoharjo from the use of the PBL model equipped with animaker media. This research is quantitative and quasi-experimental in the form. The research sample was class XI students of SMAN 1 Sukoharjo consisting of 36 students and 35 students, class XI IPS 4 and class XI IPS 3. The cluster random sampling technique is used to select research samples, while tests, observations, and documentation are used to collect research data. This study used t-test of paired samples and ANOVA as a data analysis method. The research findings are as follows: (1) The application of the PBL approach with the use of animaker media affects students' economic critical thinking skills. (2) In classes that use the PBL paradigm assisted by animaker media, there are differences in students' economic critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the flipped classroom-type blended learning model with Kahoot media on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research method used is a quasi-experimental quantitative design. Data collection techniques to measure learning outcomes are taken using a pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the t-test data analysis technique. The results of this study showed an increase in the average learning outcomes of the experimental class by 18.33% with the class completeness criteria increasing by 51.5% after receiving learning using the blended learning flipped classroom model with Kahoot media. The results of the independent sample t-test yielded 2.976 > 1.995 with a probability value of 0.004 <0.05 so the research hypothesis was accepted. It is known that there is a positive influence of the blended learning flipped classroom learning model using Kahoot media on learning outcomes in the economics subject

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in Economics subject through the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model based on the Edutainment method in class XI IPS 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Gombong. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 34 students of class XI IPS 3 at SMAN 1 Gombong. Data collection techniques include test and non-test techniques in the form of observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model based on the Edutainment method can improve student learning outcomes, especially in the cognitive domain, with the percentage of complete learning outcomes in cycle I reaching 32.4%, in cycle II the percentage of complete learning outcomes increases to 52.9 %, as well as in cycle III increased to 82.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by animation on learning outcomes in terms of learning interest in class XI students of SMAN 1 Mojolaban. The data analysis technique uses the Paired Sample T Test and the Two Way Anova test. The results of the study are as follows (1) the TPS learning model influences the learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMAN 1 Mojolaban. (2) The animation-assisted TPS model has no effect on learning outcomes in terms of student learning interest. This is evident from the tcount value of -10,812 (> ttable) and Fcount = 1.257 (<Ftable). Based on this, it can be concluded that the application of the animation-assisted TPS learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' cognitive learning outcomes, but has no effect on student learning outcomes in terms of learning interest in class XI IPS students of SMAN 1 Mojolaban. Theoretically, the research results provide insight and knowledge regarding the influence of the TPS model and animated media on learning outcomes in terms of student interest. While practically proving that there is an influence of the animation-assisted TPS model on learning outcomes, it has no effect on learning outcomes in terms of interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving student learning outcomes through the application of the PBL learning model with audiovisual media in class XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Wonosobo in Economics. This research is a classroom action research. Sources of research data include events, informants, and documents. Data collection techniques were carried out by participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and evaluation/tests, with data validation test techniques, namely triangulation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive comparative statistical techniques and critical analysis techniques. The results of this study, namely, the post test results for pre-action with student learning completeness of 39.39% with a class average value of 59.73. After implementing the action, the completeness of student learning outcomes in the post test cycle I was 75.76% with an average class score of 68.48 and cycle II of 90.91% with an average class score of 80.61. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of PBL with audiovisual media can improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Wonosobo.
