Desa Tawo Rara di Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya memiliki populasi sekitar 2659 orang, mayoritasnya adalah petani dengan tingkat pendidikan yang terbilang rendah. Sampai saat ini, proses pemerintahan di Desa Tawo Rara masih dilakukan secara konvensional karena kekurangan tenaga kerja yang memadai. Meskipun demikian, hal ini dianggap lumrah meskipun pada kenyataannya, penanganan urusan pemerintahan di desa tersebut terhambat oleh kurangnya adaptasi terhadap teknologi yang sedang berkembang pesat. Banyak warga yang merasa tidak puas dengan kinerja pemerintah desa terutama terkait pengelolaan dana desa yang dianggap kurang transparan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, lalu dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan sistem dan ujicoba serta deployment. Setelah sistem siap digunakan, sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilakukan sebagai bentuk transfer knowledge kepada pemerintah desa dan masyarakat setempat. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian, aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat membantu perangkat desa dalam mendata rencana kegiatan dan progress kegiatan yang sudah direncanakan sehingga mudah dipantau oleh seluruh penduduk desa. Diharapkan, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan digitalisasi, pemerintah desa dapat mencapai tujuan pembangunan secara lebih efektif dan memberikan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Hal ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu menciptakan desa yang lebih maju, berkelanjutan, dan inklusif.

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada anggota karang taruna dalam memanfaatkan komputer yang tidak digunakan menjadi layanan server sehingga menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan serta dapat dijadikan sebagai lapangan usaha baru seperti penyedia layanan internet bagi masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang diterapkan berupa 20% ceramah dan 80% pelatihan sehingga anggota karang taruna dapat memahami lebih baik dan dibekali pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan komputer dan administrasi komputer sebagai layanan server berbasis open source. Evaluasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman anggota karang taruna terkait penjelasan materi yang diberikan baik secara ceramah dan praktik secara langsung. Hasil evaluasi berupa pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa seluruh anggota karang taruna dapat memahami dengan baik seluruh materi dan penjelasan yang diberikan oleh tutor dan berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan seperti ini diperoleh hasil bahwa 90% anggota karang taruna menyatakan puas dan berharap pelatihan-pelatihan seperti ini dapat diselenggarakan lagi dikarenakan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan mereka dan menambah keterampilan hidup.

This research aims to determine the important features including symptoms and risk factors for dengue diagnosis. This study’s dataset was obtained from medical records collected from two hospitals in Indonesia from patients with dengue and nondengue diseases. Four feature selection methods including feature importance, recursive feature elimination, correlation matrix and KBest were leveraged to determine significant features. Feature importance employed a tree-based classifier to derive the importance scores of the features. Recursive feature elimination employed a machine learning classifier to choose the most important features from the given dataset. Correlation matrix was employed to select the best features because it has the ability to use the correlation between each feature with the target. Univariate feature selection – Kbest has the ability to choose the best features based on univariate statistical tests. Important features were also gathered from fifteen Indonesian medical doctors to confirm the results. We used six machine learning techniques for dengue prediction. The random forest classifier yields the highest accuracy for the best combination of features with the accuracy of 0.93 (LR: 0.90 (0.04), KNN: 0.89 (0.04), XGBoost: 0.91 (0.03), RF: 0.93 (0.04), NB: 0.88 (0.09), SVM: 0.89 (0.04)) and precision of 0.90 (LR: 0.86 (0.22), KNN: 0.67 (0.14), XGBoost: 0.77 (0.13), RF: 0.90 (0.13), NB: 0.66 (0.20), SVM: 0.66 (0.18)). This study shows the significant features for dengue diagnosis including fever, fever duration, headache, muscle and joint pain, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, shivering, malaise, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, rash, bleeding nose, bitter mouth, temperature and age. This knowledge is pivotal to educate society to seek medical advice when dengue symptoms appear to avoid severe conditions. Arthralgia/joint pain and myalgia/muscle pain are the most significant features for the dengue prediction. This knowledge is important for medical doctors as a starting point for clinical dengue diagnosis.

Labuan Bajo adalah kota Pelabuhan yang merupakan ibu kota dari Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Kota ini menjadi pintu gerbang untuk destinasi wisata alam yang indah dan terkenal disekitarnya. Untuk mengakses destinasi-destinasi wisata ini, maka para wisatawan membutuhkan armada transportasi kapal pesiar. Pemesanan tiket kapal pesiar di Kota Labuan dapat dilakukan dengan mengunjungi pelni atau melakukan pemesanan via media sosial yang didapat dari website. Pemesanan dengan metode ini dapat menyulitkan costumer karena sulit untuk mengetahui kredibilitas sebuah website yang menyediakan paket perjalanan kapal pesiar. Dari sisi agen, histori pemesanan masih harus dicatat kembali melalui percakapan di media sosial. Pemesanan dengan cara ini juga dapat menyulitkan Dinas Perhubungan dalam mendata seluruh informasi dari agen-agen yang ada di Kota Labuan Bajo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas dengan merekayasa sistem reservasi tiket kapal pesiar berbasis mobile apps yang memiliki kredibilitas yang tinggi agar pengguna dapat melakukan reservasi kapal pesiar secara aman. Sistem yang direkayasapun dapat menyimpan dan merepresentasikan kembali informasi pemesanan dalam bentuk laporan dan grafik sehingga dapat mempermudah agen dalam melakukan rekapan infromasi pemesanan. sistem ini juga dapat membantu pihak Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Manggarai Barat dalam memantau dan mendata seluruh informasi dari agen-agen yang ada di Kota Labuan Bajo.

WiFi is a well-known technology that utilizes electronic equipment to exchange data wirelessly (using radio waves) through a computer network, including high speed internet connections. In addition there are currently many internet services for the public provided by companies such as PT. Telkom which provides wifi.id corner and Diskominfo which provides free wifi for public to help people who need internet access for work purposes. In Kupang City Regency,have been many scattered public internet services such as wifi.id corner and free wifi spread, but will there are still many people who do not yet the location information of wifi.id corner and free wifi , so there is a sense of discomfort by people who really need these services. Therefore built a Geographic Information System (GIS) web-based for mapping wifi id corner locations and free wifi using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research uses the Waterfall Life Cycle Software Development (CLC) development method. The waterfall model has five stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The results of this study are Web-GIS applications that can provide information about Wifi Id Corner and Free Wifi in Kupang City as is of location maps, names, addresses, facilities and images wifi id corner locations and the selected free wifi locations.

The Agriculture Office of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is a regional apparatus with the main task of providing services to the community in the agricultural sector, one of which is food. In the website http://distan.nttprov.go.id does not yet contain information about the results of food production in a complete and clear manner. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build a Food Production Visualization which is expected to display a picture of food production based on production years, commodity types and production output from each district in East Nusa Tenggara Province which is easily accessible and understood by the community. The method used in this study is the method of developing the waterfall system (waterfall cycle). The graphic design displayed on this website uses ChartJS. The programming language used is PHP 7 and MySQL as a database server. The results of this study are a Web-based Visualization of Food Production in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara that contains complete and clear information and is easily accessible to all parties.

This community service program aims to enhance the faith literacy and digital literacy of youth through the utilization of Instagram with the Youth Learning Community (YLC) model. The activities included socialization, mentoring, creative content production, and digital community account management. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-activity questionnaires distributed to 30 youth participants, as well as monitoring during the mentoring process. The results showed that 87% of participants understood the YLC concept, 78% were active in Room Community activities, and 85% were able to use digital media positively by relating it to faith values. In addition, the number of followers increased from 450 to 1,027, indicating public interest in the content produced. These findings demonstrate that the YLC digital platform can strengthen faith, build character, and encourage youth participation in church life. The program recommends developing more diverse content, providing advanced training, and ensuring continuous support from the parish so that the digital community can be managed independently and sustainably.
