Abstract

Proses evaluasi pembelajaran salah satunya adalah melaksanakan ujian untuk mendapatkan nilai. Perolehan nilai erat kaitannya dengan soal ujian. Soal ujian yang diberikan harus menjadi alat ukur yang memadai untuk melakukan evaluasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang karakteristik setiap butir soal perlu dilakukan analisis soal dengan melihat aspek nilai pembeda dan tingkat kesukaran. SMAN 1 Cibungbulang adalah salah satu intitusi pendidikan yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Guru harus melakukan analisis terhadap soal yang telah dibuatnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut seringkali menemui kendala seperti terjadi salah perhitungan dan proses pengolahan datanya memakan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan analisis soal menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dan diikuti oleh guru di SMAN 1 Cibungbulang sebanyak 45 orang. Langkah evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan tugas analisis soal sesuai mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru dan melaksanakan post test. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut, 69% peserta dapat menyerap materi dengan baik dan sisanya 31% masih perlu pendampingan intensif untuk melakukan analisis soal menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

IPB Diploma Program has alumni that are broadly spread throughout Indonesia. Tracer study is always conducted progressively each year. Other methods conducted include questionaire via post, email, mailing list, graduation ceremony, alumni meeting, etc. By evaluating tracer study, some innovations are needed to increase its activities. Regarding the advancement of web based technology and internet media that has gone significant in Indonesia, one innovation for tracer study is a website facility which can be accessed by alumni, assumed that all alumni have internet access. IPB Diploma Program Tracer Study Information System is built on the basis of web technology. This system is aimed to increase data collectivity and gives out information, in form of report with default format prepared by IPB Diploma Program. This research yields an IPB Diploma Program Tracer Study Information System which already helps alumni and the data collection of user satisfaction. IPB Diploma Program Tracer Study Information System has a feature to show report which makes alumni information and user satisfaction data to be easily obtained. The information shown is in the form of graphic and tabular data. On the other hand, this system is also equipped with alumni searching facility to track whether an alumni has already participated in tracer study activity.Keyword : Information system, tracer study, website facility

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Riset Perkebunan Nusantara (PT RPN) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the field of plantations which has a series of business activities, one of them is the operation of revenue collection business. PT RPN conducts business of selling certified superior seeds. To ensure the purity of certified superior seed varieties that has been sold, PT RPN carried out the collection of certified superior seed data which was originally only written on a document sheet manually. Therefore, a web-based certified seed traceability application was made, as a media for collecting certified superior seed data from the research of PT RPN. The media is a website to facilitate users in accessing applications anywhere and anytime with an internet connection as a manifestation of the implementation of information systems.The methodology used in the project is prototype methodology. Prototype methodology is a type of methodology whose development is continuously improved until all the criteria needed by users are met. The prototype methodology consists of five stages, namely communication, rapid planning, proper design modeling, prototype formation, and delivery of the system/software to customers/users, senders, and feedback. This application was tested using the black-box method with the results of testing that all system functions were running as expected.The application can be accessed on http://www.sertifikatbenih.rpn.co.id. Application will be optimally accessed using computer connected to the internet. ABSTRAK PT Riset Perkebunan Nusantara (PT RPN) merupakan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan, memiliki rangkaian kegiatan usaha yang salah satunya yaitu penyelenggaraan usaha perolehan pendapatan. PT RPN melakukan usaha penjualan benih unggul bersertifikat. Untuk menjamin kemurnian varietas benih unggul bersertifikat yang dijual, PT RPN melakukan pengoleksian data benih unggul bersertifikat yang semula hanya ditulis pada sebuah lembaran dokumen secara manual. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi traceability benih unggul bersertifikat berbasis web, sebagai wadah untuk mengoleksi data benih unggul bersertifikat hasil riset PT RPN. Wadah tersebut dikemas dalam bentuk website untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses aplikasi di manapun dan kapan pun dengan koneksi internet sebagai wujud dari implementasi sistem informasi.Metodologi yang digunakan Pembuatan Aplikasi Traceability Benih Unggul Bersertifikat Hasil Riset PT RPN menggunakan metodologi prototipe. Metodologi prototipe adalah jenis metodologi yang pengembangannya diperbaiki secara terus menerus sampai semua kriteria dan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan pengguna terpenuhi. Metodologi prototipe terdiri atas lima tahapan, yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan secara cepat, pemodelan perancangan secara tepat, pembentukan prototipe, dan penyerahan sistem/perangkat lunak ke para pelanggan/pengguna, pengirim, dan umpan balik. Aplikasi traceability benih unggul bersertifikat ini diuji menggunakan metode black-box dengan hasil pengujian yaitu seluruh fungsi sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.Hasil dari aplikasi tersebut dapat diakses oleh para pihak terkait di halaman website http://www.sertifikatbenih.rpn.co.id. Aplikasi ini akan lebih optimal diakses menggunakan perangkat komputer yang terkoneksi dengan internet.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT Sagara Asia Technology or better known as Sagara Technology is a company engaged in technology consulting and digital products. Sagara Technology manufactures and provides premium software development, training and talent products. The work done at Sagara Technology focuses on developing website technology and mobile applications. Investment is an option for many groups of people to invest in a company because investment promises long-term benefits. Therefore, PT Lunaria Annua Teknologi decided to create a Bond Coin application to reach all groups of people who want to invest and can take advantage of investment returns according to their wishes.The methodology used during the creation of this application is Scrum. Scrum is used as a framework because this methodology is suitable for small teams, clear application specifications and Scrum allows iteration and incremental of a product requirement that will be found during product development. Bond coins make it easier for investors to conduct checks on Government Securities purchased, including transparency, security and efficiency in transactions.

Abstract

All activities have been online since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Indonesia. IPB also supports government policy by partially locking down the campus area. Administrative activities are also in online mode. Online correspondence activities still require a signature as a form of validity and authentication of the letter. The scanned signature is different from the digital signature. Thus an application was made to create digital signatures. This application is named eSVi sign. This web-based application was made by using Prototype method. Prototype method consists of communication, planning and modeling quickly, making prototypes, submitting the system to users and feedback. This app uses a hash function with SHA256. Each signed document is assigned a hash value which is stored in storage. When the document is verified, the system will look for a hash value that matches the document in the database. The method to test this application was black box testing. This application can be accessed on the https://ipb.link/esvisign. This digital signature is only used within the College of Vocational Studies IPB University.

Abstract

PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (PT RNI) is one of Stated-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is a holding company for the food industry. The primary industries of PT. RNI are agriculture and agroindustry, livestock and fisheries, as well as trade and logistics. In the internal scope of the company there is an activity, namely the submission of the procurement of goods and services, in that there is an applicant who wants to make a procurement proposal to meet the daily needs of his work.Procurement Submission at PT RNI, an employee must follow the flow with the provisions of large projects such as for example in building construction which of course have differences in terms of budget, level of urgency and method of submission. In addition, the applicant must also send a procurement request file which must go to the room unit concerned. A solution for creating a web-based internal goods and services procurement application, whose key feature is to submit a procurement request and have it validated by the verifier, can address this issue.The method used in making the application is the prototype method which consists of stages of communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype and deployment delivery and feedback. In addition, in making the system testing using black box testing which is centered on the functionality of the software. ABSTRAKPT. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang Pertanian dan Agroindustri, Peternakan dan Perikanan, serta Perdagangan dan Logistik.Salah satu kegiatan perusahaan yaitu pengajuan pengadaan barang dan jasa. Pengajuan ini akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan harian pekerjaan.Salah satu contoh pengajuan di PT. RNI adalah pengajuan inventaris barang. Saat pihak pegawai melakukan pengajuan inventaris maka pihak pegawai harus mengisi sebuah formulir pengajuan. Formulir ini selanjutnya diberikan kepada pihak verifikator untuk dikaji dan disetujui. Proses ini menjadi sangat panjang ketika ada proyek konstruksi gedung. Untuk proyek besar memerlukan proses yang cukup panjang, perlu adanya pengkajian dari segi anggaran, tingkat urgensi dan metode pengajuan. Apabila proses ini masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulir pengajuan, maka akan banyak berkas yang diberikan. Pengelolaan pengajuan dengan cara seperti ini berpotensi membuat berkas menjadi tercecer, terselip bahkan hilang. Disisi lain, pihak pegawai tidak bisa melakukan pelacakan pengajuan yang dia ajukan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan dibuatnya Aplikasi Pengajuan Barang dan Jasa Internal berbasis web. Aplikasi ini dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Proses pengajuan diharapkan menjadi lebih cepat dan dapat memantau proses pengajuan dengan sangat baik. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Prototipe. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Pengujian dengan menggunakan metode Blackbox.

Abstract

The success of information systems development activities are influenced by technology and human resources. Experience and knowledge of team members is the key to performance improvements in the software development process. So the experience and knowledge are considered to be one of the main capitals in the success of a software development team. However, what if the information system development team are students who may not have experience at all ? Is the information system developed by an un-experienced team always fail ? Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study to identify the factors that influence the student teams in information systems development project. The study was conducted with the literature study to establish research model. Furthermore, a survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to students of information systems whom are doing an internship in developing information systems. The results of the survey were analyzed quantitatively using Partial Least Square technique to test the proposed research model. The results of this study indicate that the development of information systems conducted by a team of students is significantly influenced by the Customer Relationship and Horizontal Relationship. Capability factor have a significant effect although the effect is small on the student teams.

Abstract

The success of open-access repositories depends heavily on researchers’ willingness to disseminate their research through self-archiving. Previous studies indicated that lack of self-archiving was a major obstacle to the success of institutional open-access repositories. This study aimed to identify factors influencing researchers' behavior in self-archiving. The analysis examined the influence of repository performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions on researchers' self-archiving intentions and behavior. The study also explored the moderating role of demographic factors such as gender, age, and experience in the relationship between the analyzed factors and self-archiving intentions and behavior. Furthermore, this study also revealed the direct impact of regulatory awareness and research discipline on self-archiving intentions and behavior. The research findings showed that social influence significantly affected researchers' intentions to self-archive while facilitating conditions had a substantial impact on self-archiving behavior. Additionally, demographic variables, such as gender, age, and experience, were found to moderate the effects of social influence on behavioral intention, while awareness of regulations contributed directly to self-archiving behavior. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening social influence, providing adequate supporting conditions, and implementing supportive policies and regulations to enhance researchers' self-archiving behavior in open-access institutional repositories.

Abstract

This study systematically investigates the dynamics of knowledge sharing on social media, focusing on identifying driving factors and their impacts. By employing a conventional literature review method and the PICOC structure, this research analyzed 73 studies from 2019 to 2024, revealing key insights into the role of social media in facilitating knowledge sharing. The findings categorize drivers into technological, social, motivational, knowledge-based, and organizational factors, each playing a significant role in enhancing or hindering knowledge sharing activities. The technological infrastructure and user-friendly interfaces, coupled with social dynamics, motivational incentives, the quality of knowledge, and organizational support, emerged as pivotal in propelling knowledge sharing. Conversely, challenges such as privacy concerns, information overload, and the threat of misinformation highlight the need for cautious optimization. This study contributes to the academic and practical understanding of knowledge sharing on social media, offering a foundation for future research and strategies to maximize its potential for innovation and organizational learning.

Abstract

. Balai Besar Pascapanen merupakan unit kerja Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian yang bertugas untuk melaksanakan penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi pascapanen pertanian serta pendayagunaan hasil pertanian pascapanen pertanian seperti penelitian pengolahan hasil olahan cabai menjadi bubuk cabai, minyak cabai, dan pasta cabai. BB Pascapanen telah mengasilkan banyak olahan cabai dari hasil pertanian yang memiliki mutu tinggi dan daya jual yang banyak diminati masyarakat. Informasi yang dipublikasikan saat ini hanya melalui website dan leaflet, sehingga banyak masyarakat belum mengetahui informasi yang ada di BB Pascapanen. Salah satu upayanya adalah dengan pembuatan motion graphic proses teknologi penanganan pascapanen cabai dan motion graphic proses teknologi hasil olahan cabai. Pembuatan motion graphic ini merupakan salah satu upaya dalam penyebaran informasi dan media promosi BB Pascapanen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan motion graphic melalui tujuh tahapan. Tahapan dibuat sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan di tempat praktik kerja lapangan. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut antara lain diskusi, perencanaan, pengumpulan bahan, implementasi, pengujian, revisi dan distribusi. Berdasarkan pada pengujian yang sudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media penyampaian informasi terkait penanganan pascapanen dan teknologi hasil olahan cabai menggunakan motion graphic menjadi pilihan masyarakat di kalangan milenial.
