Abstract

The aims of this research: 1). Know and explain the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at the A3 Parfum Ungaran Timur store 2). Understand and explain the influence of price on purchasing decisions at the A3 Parfum Ungaran Timur shop 3). Understand and explain the influence of trust on purchasing decisions at the A3 Parfum Ungaran Timur store. The population in this study were all consumers who bought perfume at the A3 Perfume Ungaran Timur Shop. This research was carried out using an accidental sampling technique, obtaining a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: 1). Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Margosari Village, Limbangan District, Regency has abundant natural potential, including sugar palm trees which are used to make palm sugar. Palm sugar producers are monitored by the local Village Government in the Margosari Village Palm Sugar Center. This quality and original production of palm sugar is not matched by an adequate selling price. This service activity which is packaged in the form of training is intended to provide education and training on processing palm sap and with a touch of product innovation so that it can increase the selling price of palm sugar. Training on cooking palm sap with the addition of red ginger juice, turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass and producing a finished product in the form of spiced ginger flavored palm sugar in one drink portion size. The training participants are partners of the Service Team who are SMEs palm sugar producers. The training method uses the participatory learning and action (PLA) method. Participants are actively involved in training activities. The training consists of stages of pre-training evaluation activities, presentation of material, explanation of the tools and materials needed, demonstration of making products, discussion of training production results and post-training evaluation. The training activity ran smoothly from start to finish. It is hoped that the results of the training will continue so that partners will be interested in continuing production and making it a commercial business that is more profitable than producing palm sugar traditionally. After the training activities, the service team is still providing assistance so that the results of the partners' independent production are better. Assistance continues with consultations from partners regarding the net weight of the product and determining the selling price, and how to market the finished product to a wide audience. This positive partner response will be interesting to continue providing services to the community with other themes that are in line with the service roadmap in managing SMEs, such as assistance with attractive product packaging, business legal aspects, and digital-based marketing.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kaliwungu District often face financial management challenges, including limited knowledge in basic bookkeeping and financial statement preparation. This study aims to enhance the financial literacy and management skills of MSME actors in Kaliwungu District through comprehensive training. The method involved three stages: preparation (licensing, media, and material preparation), implementation (lectures, tutorials, and discussions), and evaluation. The training, held on May 15, 2024, was attended by 43 MSME participants from Forkom UMKM Kaliwungu. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and understanding of financial statements, evidenced by active participation in discussions and practical exercises. Post-training evaluation indicated that 53% of participants understood the material well, and 33% understood it very well. The training methods were also positively received (45% strongly agreed, 40% agreed). This program successfully empowered MSME actors to prepare financial reports, contributing to better financial management and supporting the sustainable economic development of MSMEs in Kaliwungu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction of CV Nadhian Karya Kendal Regency. To determine the indirect effect of work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction through the work environment. This research is a type of explanatory research, and this research approach is based on a quantitative research approach. CV Nadhia Karya Kendal Regency has a population of 120 employees, a sample of 100 and uses probability sampling techniques with random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Environment variables have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This is evident in the t test results showing the t count value is greater than the t table, namely 2.025 > 1.985 and the significance value (Sig.) 0.046 < 0.05. (2) Organizational Culture variables have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This is evident in the t test results showing the tcount is greater than the ttable, namely 4.673> 1.985 and the significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05. (3) Work Motivation variable has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This is evident in the t test results showing the tcount is greater than the ttable, namely 4.193> 1.985 and the significance value (Sig.) 0.000 <0.05. (4) Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation variables on Job Satisfaction have a joint effect because they have a significant value (Sig) 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and the effect of work motivation and work discipline together on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Mayapada KCP Majapahit Semarang totaling 38 people, with the research technique using the census method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation and work discipline jointly affect employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Strategi Inovasi terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing di LKP Eka Mulya Kabupaten Semarang . Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan membagikan 90 kuesioner ke responden, tentang Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Strategi Inovasi terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing di LKP Eka Mulya Kabupaten Semarang ; (2) Strategi Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing di LKP Eka Mulya Kabupaten Semarang ; dan (3) Kualitas Pelayanan dan Strategi inovasi secara bersama- sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing di LKP Eka Mulya Kabupaten Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliti antara lain: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Usaha Dagang Masdi Batu Bata Berkah, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Usaha Dagang Masdi Batu Bata Berkah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Usaha Dagang Masdi Batu Bata Berkah sebanyak 45 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknis sensus sampling sebanyak 45 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regersi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan antara lain: 1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan semakin baik lingkungan kerja di sekitar karyawan, maka akan dapat meningkatkan produktivas kerja karyawan, 2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan semakin tinggi tingkat kepasan kerja karyawan, maka akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.
