Abstract

Most of the business actors in Central Java are micro, small, medium and large scale business actors (MSMEs), which account for 99.19% of the total non-agricultural businesses in Central Java. Survey data shows that during the pandemic, 94.69% of businesses experienced a decline in sales. Based on the business scale, the decline in sales of more than 75% was experienced by 49.01% ultra-micro businesses, 43.3% micro businesses, 40% small businesses, and 45.83% medium businesses. The advantage of MSMEs in surviving the storm of crises for various reasons. First, in general, MSMEs produce consumer goods and services that are close to the needs of the community. Second, MSMEs do not rely on imported raw materials and make more use of local resources in terms of human resources, capital, raw materials and equipment. Third, MSE businesses generally use relatively low capital. Facing the Covid 19 pandemic, the MSME Center is conducting training and coaching/assistance so that MSMEs can adapt well and be able to maintain their business. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and coaching on the performance of SMEs assisted by the UMKM Center in Semarang City. The method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Quantitative data analysis using multiple regression

Abstract

R&D Transfer gives birth to an understanding of the importance of the role of the latest applied research in developing entrepreneurs to compete in the global market. The global market that continues to be dynamic allows the emergence of various access restrictions that make it difficult for entrepreneurs, so the existence of market openness is needed as an entry point for entrepreneurs into the global market. This study aims to solve the gap of a significant decrease in world export levels in 2020 by 2.1%. This problem is considered crucial because this is the worst decline in the last decade. The data in this study was taken through secondary data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) and the World Bank from various countries on five continents in the 2019-2021 data period. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis instruments. This study empirically requires that the existence of R&D Transfer can encourage market openness to increase the export rate with a direct effect of 0.577. Thus, R&D Transfer has proven to be able to create new applied research and technology that encourages the creation of market openness for entrepreneurs so that they can compete in the global market and lead to an increase in the National Export Rate. Therefore, the practical implications of this study show that countries need to encourage the existence of R&D Transfer through the fulfillment of Physical Infrastructure and Government Support to increase market opening for increased exports.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah terkait peningkatan kreativitas guru dalam hal media pembelajaran yang up to date, khususnya terkait dengan pembuatan video pembelajaran. Video yang menarik dan mudah ditangkap oleh siswa bukan sekedar video hasil rekaman, tetapi video dengan konten kekinian dengan isi yang padat tetapi waktu yang singkat. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan proses editing sedemikian rupa sehingga video yang dibuat mampu menampilkan seluruh aktivitas dengan durasi yang paling singkat. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan bagi guru mulai dari cara sudut pengambilan video, menyisipkan narasi atau tulisan dalam video, hingga editing. Hasil akhir video yang telah diperoleh akhirnya dilanjutkan dengan pengaturan durasi waktu penayangan. Setelah pelatihan selesai kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian tugas dalam membuat video singkat secara sederhana hingga mampu menayangkannya melalui handphone maupun LCD.
