Abstract

PT. XYZ is a smartphone manufacturer that does mass production. Technicians at this company must optimize their performance so that the machines that work don't have problems and don't hinder production workflow. In this study, the measurement of the workload of technicians at PT. XYZ to see how the mental load of technicians, especially technicians in the production section, uses the nasa-tlx method. Measurements were made of 25 technicians working on the smartphone production process at pt.xyz. The results of measuring mental workload using the NASA-TLX method showed that the 25 technicians who were respondents had mental workload in the high category. The factor that most influences the workload at PT. XYZ is a factor of mental demands (md), physical demands (pd), and self-performance (pf).

Abstract

PT XXX merupakan perusahaan manufactur yang bergerak pada bidang teknologi electric. Dalam kegiatan produksinya, dimana setiap perusahaan memiliki tempat penyimpanan bahan baku yang disebut warehouse. Material tersebut di kontrol menggunakan system SAP dan memiliki Teknik penyimpanan yang disebut system kanban. Sistem kanban mempunyai lokasi atau alamat dari material yang di simpan dan juga mempunyai kapasitas sesuai dengan Standard Packing Quantity dan kapasitas rack. Permasalahan pada PT XXX dalam penggunakan sistem kanban selalu mengalami material sisa dan mengakibatkan penumpukan penyimpanan material, material yang di ambil juga tidak sesuai dengan SPQ pada Gudang tersebut. Penyimpanan pada gudang dalam mengoptimalkan inventory digunakan penerapan OFO untuk mengurangi inventory pada Gudang. Material yang di gunakan juga bisa di reduce sesuai dengan quantity produksi. Hasil analisis dari penerapan OFO di dapat besar persentase 58 % material kanban dan 42 % persentase dari material OFO. Rack yang di gunakan sebelumnya pada material yang sudah di ubah category nya dapat di reduce menjadi 15 rack dengan penyimpanan material sebelumnya menggunakan 26 rack. Sehingga dengan adanya penerapan ini perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan inventory dan space pada area warehouse.

Abstract

One promising business opportunity is the futsal field business, in line with the increasing popularity of this sport in Indonesia. However, before deciding to open a futsal field business, it is important to analyze the financial feasibility of the business first. Financial feasibility analysis is the process of assessing and evaluating the financial aspects of an investment or business plan to determine whether the investment is feasible or not from a financial perspective. This analysis is very important for evaluating the financial prospects of a business plan before deciding to implement it. Analysis of the feasibility of the planet futsal field business from a financial aspect shows that this business is feasible to run by meeting the criteria of the various assessment methods used. The results of the Net Present Value (NPV) analysis are positive at IDR 38,812,042, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 7% which is greater than the required rate of return, the Payback Period is 9 months, and the multi-product Break Even Point (BEP) is shows the minimum number of rental hours that must be met per operational hour so that the business does not experience losses.
