Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh diantara harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.  (2) Pengaruh diantara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) Pengaruh diantara fasilitas  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (4) Pengaruh diantara harga,  kualitas pelayanan, serta fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini tidak terhingga, sehingga sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 97 penumpang PO Sudiro Tungga Jaya. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penentuan sampel ini adalah metode Accidental Sampling. Metode ini dikerjakan dengan cara mengambil responden yang kebetulan tersedia, hal ini berarti siapa saja penumpang yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti maka dapat digunakan sebagai sampel. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (2) kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (3) fasilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (4) secara simultan (bersama) harga, kualitas pelayanan, serta fasilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan dalam menentukan dan identifikasi adanya pengaruh atau dampak pada faktor bakat dalam penjualan, persepsi atas peran, serta skala dari keahlian terhadap faktor performa atau kinerja tenaga sales atau penjual pada Auto 2000 Kediri. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian yakni penelitian secara kuantitatif. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data pada kegiatan penelitian dengan kegiatan pengamatan atau observasi serta membagikan pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan populasi yakni semua pekerja dalam bidang sales yang bekerja pada Auto 2000 Kediri yakni berjumlah sekitar 30 responden. Teknik atau metode dalam mengambil kumpulan sampel yakni melalui nonprobability sampling pada sampling insidental serta dilakukan analisis melalui cara regresi linier secara berganda yang dibantu oleh program dalam software SPSS for windows versi 23. Penelitian yang dilakukan berupaya dalam mengidentifikasi dan penentuan atas ada tidaknya dmpak atau pengaruh secara signifikan pada faktor Bakat dalam Penjualan, Persepsi atas Peran, serta Tingkat atau skala keterampilan yang dimiliki baik dalam parsial ataupun dalam simultan Terhadap performa atas Tenaga Penjual yang bekerja pada Auto 2000 Kediri.nilai Koefisiensi dalam determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebanyak 0,752 menandakan bahwa faktor baat dalam penjualan. Persepsi atas peran, serta skala atau tingkat keterampilan yang memberikan pengaruh atau dampak atas performa dari tenaga sales sebesar 75,4% sementara yang lainnya 24,6% mendapatkan pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak dilakukan identifikasi pada kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The amount of competition between companies, both companies engaged in services and in the field of products, is a common thing, especially lately. Each company has its own way of providing the best for its customers. The approach in this study uses a causal approach. Data collection by means of questionnaires distributed to employees. The population in this study were all employees of CV Polowijo Kediri. The sample used was 40 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis. This study concludes that the variables of motivation, communication, and work environment have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance at CV Polowijo Kediri.

Abstract

Knowing and analyzing the effect of workload, work supervision and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kediri City partially & simultaneously is the goal to be achieved in this study. Quantitative approach to this research, the technique uses causality. All employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kediri City totaling 40 people are the population and the sample, multiple linear regression is the method of calculation. The result is that there is influence of workload, work supervision, and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kediri City.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the HRM strategy in improving employee performance. In this study the authors used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Obtaining data from primary sources, namely the results of interviews with the Owner, Manager, and Captain of the Angkringan Iki Field. To check the validity of the data the author uses data source triangulation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Angkringan Iki Tulungagung is a fairly good business in implementing the HRM system. Among them are the signature of the employment contract with a matrait in the work contract agreement, briefing, evaluation, the existence of an SP (warning letter) system, training system, division of task structures and changes to the distribution of task structures every month, implementation of a family management system for employees, compensation incentives and facilities, gatherings held once every year, termination of employment due to expiration of the work contract and resignation due to the employee himself.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product quality partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri. This study uses causality quantitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri products. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling which determined a sample of 40 respondents. Data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination ( ), t-test, and f test. The results of the t-test data analysis state that shopping lifestyle and product quality partially affect purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampong Distro Kediri, while store atmosphere has no partial effect on purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampong Distro Kediri. Furthermore, the results of the f-test data analysis state that shopping lifestyle, store atmosphere, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Meteor Kampung Distro Kediri.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the effort to fulfill culinary beverage needs, particularly in the form of coffee. Consumers expect to get products of good quality that match their taste preferences at an affordable price, accompanied by excellent service to achieve satisfaction. On the other hand, companies strive to design and implement appropriate strategies, especially related to the marketing mix and service concepts, to win the competition, particularly in the cafe business. This research aims to analyze the significant relationship between product quality and price, separately and together, concerning consumer demand. The research adopts a quantitative and causal approach, utilizing causal techniques and data collection through questionnaires. The majority of the sample population consists of every consumer who has visited Kafe Griyo Nganjuk at least once. In total, 40 individuals responded to the survey. Multiple regression analysis was employed as the analytical method. The findings of this research demonstrate that product quality and its pricing are directly or indirectly related to consumer needs.

Abstract

The background of this research is an institution of State Senior High School 2 Pare, Kediri Regency, on average with graduates from Teacher Education and employees it must be required to have at least a State High School/Equivalent to Bachelor Degree with the major required by the agency. The success and success of school staff at the 2 Pare State Senior High School, Kediri Regency, is an appreciation for employees and not far away from the favorite schools in Pare and its surroundings. Apart from that, the school has a good performance of staff and teaching staff. In this approach available is quantitative. This is used because the data obtained is in the form of numbers. The quantitative method is research that is guided by the philosophy of positivism to examine a certain population or sample and take a random sample by collecting data using statistical data analysis tools. Further research, it is necessary to conduct further research on factors other than educational background, work experience, and work ethic because these three factors in carrying out the employee performance variable get a result of 87% so there is still 13% of employee performance in senior high schools 2 Pare This is because in this study there are still variables or other aspects that can affect employee performance. And I suggest choosing the factors of work loyalty and work motivation.

Abstract

 In facing competition in this era of globalization, companies are required to work more efficiently and effectively in order to maximize the expansion of the business world and improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Incentives have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Shop employees. (2) Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (3) Work experience has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (4) Incentives, Discipline, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. The population in this study were the employees of the Friends of Nganjuk Building Materials Store. Respondents in this study were 40 using the total sampling method. And analyzed by Multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 29 application. The conclusions from this study are (1) Incentives partially have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (2) Discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (3) Work experience partially has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (4) Incentives, Discipline, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees

Abstract

This paper explores the Tarek Pukat Culture from Aceh to interpret local wisdom-based leadership performance practices for coastal communities in Indonesia. The informants were five fishermen on Ujong Blang Beach, Lhokseumawe, North Aceh. Alfred Schutz's phenomenological research approaches through in-depth interviews. This study shows that fishermen consider the meaning of loyalty not limited to material gain or position at work, but also presents a new view of the values of wisdom in human resource management strategies. Tarek Pukat's dance and poetry represent a strategy to maintain their enthusiasm and loyalty based on spiritual values. The unique character which is not included in conventional leadership concepts recommends increasing leadership strategies with the meaning of Tarek Pukat Culture to the community, especially coastal communities in Indonesia. Community groups can achieve sustainable performance as large as transformational leadership even though pursuing material gain is not their main goal to maintain their loyalty to community groups, especially in coastal areas.
