Abstract

This study aims to examine public perceptions of the social, economic, and environmental benefits of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs on corporate image. Data were taken from a sample of visitors to CSR objects using questionnaires and interviews, at famous landmarks created by the CSR practices of tobacco companies. Accidental sampling was used to represent respondents at the research site. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling playing SmartPLS, was used for the proposed model. Data from interviews was analyzed with Nvivo. This study found that people have a positive view of the social and environmental benefits of CSR, but most have a bad opinion about the economic benefits. The finding shows that the public's perception of environmental, economic, and social benefits has a significant impact on the company's image. CSR practices can support the community's economy, soc,iety and the environment by offering a comfortable, calm, and pollution-free atmosphere. Besides that, it is a comfortable place for business relations, sports, and gathering with family

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of web quality variables, on online shop customer loyalty, by positioning trust variables and satisfaction as mediation. The population of this study was adolescent. Samples of 100 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. The data from the respondents were collected using questionnaire, then analyzed using Partial Lease Square assisted by SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that customer loyalty is not influenced by the quality of the web directly. Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify the pillars of the existence of virtual community groups through the motive and gratification theory approach. The data were collected using Google form and being sampled with a nonprobability technique. The data were analyzed using factor analysis employing Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. The result showed that the satisfaction obtained encourages the fulfillment of social obligations and respect. The act of giving one another, fostering a sense of philanthropy, spreading useful information to meet the needs of the basic non-physical, then move to meet the higher requirements, social, religious motivation and reaching higher needs, to worship and get the reward from God. The literature also reveals that virtual groups can meet specific work needs on aspects of effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

This research is intended to know and prove attitudes to risk and return on investment in investment intentions made by students with financial literacy and investment understanding as moderation.The type of research used is explanatory research, with a quantitative approach of data collection using questionnaires with the number of respondents to 277 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang class of 2019. Furthermore, the analysis of data that has been obtained using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method in the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis showed that attitudes to risk and return have a positive effect on investment intentions while financial literacy and investment understanding can moderate perceptions of risk and returns on investment intentions positively and significantly.
