Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilakukan pada Obyek Wisata Berlibur ke Rumah Nenek yang berada di Desa Cintakarya Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran ini berawal dari adanya masalah, bahwa kurangnya pemasaran dan promosi obyek wisata Berlibur ke Rumah Nenek sehingga obyek wisata ini masih sepi penyunjung dengan rata-rata pengunjung berkisar 30-45 orang saja dalam seminggu, sarana prasarana terbilang masih kurang yakni kondisi jalan masuk masih rusak dan belum mendapatkan perbaikan, fasilitas wisata masih kurang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Hasil observasi awal dapat diketahui bahwa; pembangunan obyek wisata Berlibur ke Rumah Nenek oleh Pemerintah Desa Cintakarya Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran pada umumnya telah dilaksanakan, namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator belum sesuai dalam pelaksanaannya, hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi pemerintah Desa dan BUMDes Karya Sejahtera mengenai pengembangan obyek wisata Berlibur ke Rumah Nenek diantaranya adalah terbatasnya anggaran yang ada, masih kurangnya sarana prasarana, kurangnya fasilitas wisata, dan kualitas kepariwisataan sumber daya manusia yang rendah dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi hambatan-hambatannya adalah dengan melakukan kerjasama antar mitra dengan memperbanyak sponsor, mengusahakan dana bantuan dari pemerintah Kabupaten, menyisihkan pendapatan yang diterima dari penyewaan fasilitas wisata, dan setiap tahun program pengembangan dimasukan kedalam APBDes, memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia, bekerjasama dengan kompepar Green Canyon untuk melaksanakan pelatian kepemanduan, dan kegiatan study banding untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. KataKunci: wisata, Berlibur Ke Rumah Nenek, Desa Cintakarya

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of optimal sustainable development in the health sector in the village of Lightninghilir, Baregbeg subdistrict, Ciamis district. The issue of creating a healthy and prosperous society is not an easy matter, so there is a need for cooperation between the village government and each posyandu cadre in each hamlet. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this research consists of primary and secondary data. The informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection techniques through literature study, interviews, field observations and documentation. Data processing or analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: 1) Analysis of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Health Sector in Petirhilir Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency, the results show that the strategy has been implemented but not optimally. 2) The obstacles faced are the lack of capacity of implementing cadres who carry out SDGs data collection to the community and also the public's awareness of the importance of health is still lacking, communication is not running well, the community's economy is limited, and the public is less aware of the importance of health. 3) The efforts made are that the Village Government seeks to coordinate with the community health center to prepare implementing human resources that focus on the health sector by improving environmental quality and optimizing counseling and also the duties of community development cadres and village assistants to carry out house visits.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the non-optimal management of the Village Market in increasing Village Original Income by the Bentar Village Government, Salem District, Brebes Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this research include literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The informants in this study were 7 people. The data analysis technique in this research is by condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.       The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Informants as many as 7 people. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Village Market Management strategy in Increasing Village Original Income in Bentar Village, Salem District, Brebes Regency has been running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found including: An incomplete organisational structure and limited facilities and infrastructure. Implementation that is not in accordance with planning and the absence of management training activities. No regular and programmed supervision and evaluation. Abstract

The method used in this research is qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study include literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The informants in this study were 6 people. The data analysis technique in this study by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This study aims to determine the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises on increasing Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Efforts to Increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency is already running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found, including: unprepared cooperation with the private sector, limited number and quality of labor, limited budget for new business development, management training programs that are rare and less than optimal, readiness and skills of BUMDes members in management and administration are still lacking, financial reporting that is not ready to be carried out.Keywords: Management, BUMDes, Village Original Revenue

Abstract

The emergence of information and communication technology has brought a significant change to various sectors of life, one of which is the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Therefore, of course, it has become a necessity as well as an obligation for local governments to create a more adaptive and innovative MSME ecosystem. Digitalization is one of the alternatives in maintaining the sustainability of MSMEs themselves, especially in Banjar City. This article aims to describe the importance of developing a digital MSME ecosystem in Banjar City and its correlation with activities carried out by the People's Welfare Section of the Banjar City Regional Secretariat. The method used in this study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data in this article is sourced from relevant literature and from the author's observations while involved in activities carried out by the People's Welfare Section of the Banjar City Regional Secretariat. This article concludes that in the context of developing a digital MSME ecosystem, the Banjar City Regional Government has made the necessary efforts to create the ecosystem. These efforts are carried out by building solid collaboration and synergy between various related stakeholders who contribute, in terms of facilitation, concepts and ideas. In addition, there is a need for monitoring and evaluation efforts so that the activities carried out by the People's Welfare Section of the Banjar City Regional Secretariat can remain on the desired plans and goals. This digital MSME concept can bring the economic sector in Banjar City to a better stage so that it can compete at the global level and have an impact on its own local communities.

Abstract

Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) serentak tahun 2024 di Indonesia menandai momen penting dalam penegakan demokrasi di era digital leadership. Tetapi, tingkat partisipasi dan pilihan masyarakat masih samar, serta belum terlihat signifikasi khususnya bagi para pemilih pemula. Studi ini menganalisis dampak Pemilu serentak dalam dinamika demokrasi, dengan fokus pada bagaimana teknologi digital memengaruhi pola komunikasi politik, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan pengawasan publik terhadap proses pemilu. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji tantangan seperti penyebaran disinformasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berperan krusial dalam mengelola ekosistem demokrasi yang inklusif dan adaptif, namun memerlukan penguatan regulasi dan literasi digital untuk meminimalkan risiko. Dengan demikian, Pemilu serentak 2024 menjadi momentum penting dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan nilai-nilai demokrasi untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang lebih partisipatif, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kepentingan publik, serta menjunjung tinggi etika berpolitik.
