Abstract

The eastern part of Cirebon Regency is an area that is prone to flooding because it is included in the Cisanggarung Watershed (DAS). The Cisanggarung watershed area has a high level of flood vulnerability, with the flood-prone area reaching around 3,479 hectares. This study aims to analyze flooding in Sidaresmi Village by employing the HSS Nakayasu method to calculate the flood discharge levels. This approach facilitates the estimation of peak flood discharges for a range of return periods, including Q2 or 2-year, Q5 or 5-year, Q10 or 10-year, Q25 or 25-year, Q-50 or 50-year, Q100 or 100-year. Subsequently, these discharge values are utilized in flood modeling conducted with HEC-RAS software. The modeling results using HEC-RAS software show that the Cisanggarung River in Sidaresmi Village does not have sufficient capacity to accommodate the flood discharge that occurs. With flood discharges exceeding the river's capacity, the risk of overflowing water becomes very high, which can result in flooding in surrounding areas. These findings highlight the importance of mitigation measures, such as river infrastructure improvements, to reduce the impact of flooding in the area.

Abstract

In the context of learning, there are various supporting factors that can encourage students to learn, and one of them is interest. Interest is an internal drive that can trigger interest or attention effectively. Students who have a high interest can be expected to achieve optimal learning achievement. The role of a teacher has a significant impact on fostering students' interest in learning. To achieve educational targets, a teacher who is professional, creative, and able to create a pleasant learning environment is needed. This study aims to evaluate teacher creativity in increasing the interest in learning of grade VII students at SMPIT Insan Kamil Cikarang. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. This study utilized several data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques refer to the Huberman Model, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the interest in learning Arabic for grade VII students at SMP IT Insan Kamil was relatively high, with 73.5% or 75 out of 98 students showing fondness for Arabic based on the results of the questionnaire. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the creativity of Arabic teachers in class VII of SMP IT Insan Kamil is more inclined towards creativity in classroom management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of machine availability on production output at PT XYZ. Data collection was conducted from January to March 2024, focusing on machine downtime, total operational hours, and weekly production output. The method used involves the calculation of Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and availability, followed by a correlation analysis between availability and production output. The results show a strong correlation between availability and output, with a correlation value of 0.852. In Week 6 and Week 11, machine downtime caused availability to drop to 98.41% and 97.96%, respectively, which directly impacted production output. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT XYZ improve preventive maintenance and minimize downtime to maintain optimal machine availability and maximize production output

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh stress kerja terhadap karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 58 orang karyawan generasi milenial di Point Coffee Kota Semarang. Pengujian intrument dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta, work life balance, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan terkait dengan pengaruh manajemen talenta, work life balance, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar dan melakukan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan manajemen talenta, work life balance, stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
