Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Know the construction of the three tier diagnostic test instrument to identify misconceptions of high school students (2) Find out the quality of the three tier diagnostic test instrument to identify misconceptions of high school students (3) Know the misconception profile of high school students (4) Find out The level of practicality of the three-tier diagnostic test instrument for identifying misconceptions of high school students. This type of research is instrument development research using a method adapted from the Oriondo and Antonio model which consists of the test instrument design, test trial and measurement stages. This research was conducted at 4 high schools in Bantul Regency with research subjects of 343 class XI students. Content validity was analyzed using Aiken's V formula. The data analysis technique used is the polytomous item response theory approach according to the Partial Credit Model (PCM). The test characteristics tested include item suitability, reliability, item difficulty level, item characteristic curve, information function and standard error measurement (SEM). The results of the research show that: (1) The construction of the physics research instrument developed consists of 15 questions including aspects, sub-aspects and indicators that have valid and reliable test items, (2) Based on the criteria for the lowest and highest limit of the mean INFIT MNSQ, namely 0, 77 and 1.30 test items all fit the PCM model. The difficulty level of the test items is in the range between -0.561 to +0.330, which means the test items are in the good category because the value is between -2.0 and +2.0. The total information function of the test is relatively high for abilities between -1.4 to +1.5, (3) The students' misconception profile obtained the highest misconceptions in the rectilinear motion sub-material with the medium category, and (4) The practicality of the three-level diagnostic test instrument based on responses students stated that the instrument developed was included in the practical category.

Abstract

RT 5 RW 2 Desa Ploso di Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, merupakan contoh sukses dalam pemanfaatan potensi lokal untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Wilayah ini dikenal dengan keberadaan Taman Obat Keluarga (TOGA), yang dikelola oleh warga dengan dedikasi tinggi. TOGA menyediakan tanaman obat yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan dan gizi, mengurangi ketergantungan pada obat kimia. Selain TOGA, usaha ternak jangkrik juga menunjukkan potensi ekonomi yang signifikan. Program OSAKA (Olah Sampah Jadi Berkah) mengolah sampah plastik menjadi lampu hias dan sampah organik menjadi kompos, mendukung pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan survei, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi TOGA, usaha ternak jangkrik, dan Program OSAKA telah meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial warga, serta memperkuat keberlanjutan lingkungan. Upaya pemberdayaan ini menjadi contoh model bagi komunitas lain yang ingin mengoptimalkan potensi lokal mereka.RT 5 RW 2 Ploso Village in Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency, is a successful example of utilizing local potential for community empowerment. This area is known for the existence of the Family Medicine Garden (TOGA), which is managed by residents with high dedication. TOGA provides medicinal plants that are beneficial for health and nutrition, reducing dependence on chemical drugs. In addition to TOGA, cricket farming also shows significant economic potential. The OSAKA (Olah Sampah Jadi Berkah) program processes plastic waste into decorative lamps and organic waste into compost, supporting sustainable environmental management. This community service uses qualitative methods with surveys, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the combination of TOGA, cricket farming, and the OSAKA Program has improved the economic and social welfare of residents, as well as strengthened environmental sustainability. This empowerment effort is a model example for other communities that want to optimize their local potential.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the essential elements in Islamic education as it is the primary language of the Qur'an and Hadith. Understanding Arabic not only helps Muslims read and comprehend religious texts but also plays a role in character development through the appreciation of moral values embedded within. This journal aims to explore effective methods for teaching Arabic to children, particularly in the TPA (Qur'anic Learning Centers), using fun and interactive approaches. The results show that practice-based learning can enhance children's interest and ability in acquiring basic Arabic skills. Therefore, this program is expected to be a significant first step in shaping a knowledgeable and virtuous Muslim generation.

Abstract

Perencanaan pembelajaran merupakan langkah dasar dalam proses pendidikan agar guru dapat melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara efisien, efektif, dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengkaji konsep, fungsi, prinsip, dan peran perencanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qur’an Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui penelusuran berbagai sumber ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga merupakan proses penetapan tujuan, strategi, metode, serta pemilihan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran perencanaan pembelajaran memiliki fungsi kreatif, inovatif, selektif, komunikatif, dan strategis. Prinsip-prinsip dasar perencanaan pembelajaran menekankan pada nilai-nilai moral dan religius, kejelasan tujuan, realisme terhadap sumber daya yang tersedia, serta fleksibelitas dalam menghadapi dinamika yang ada dalam pembelajaran. Dengan perencanaan pembelajaran yang matang, guru bisa menyusun proses pembelajaran yang sistematis, memanfaatkan sumber belajar secara maksimal, serta mengantisipasi permasalahan yang kemungkinan muncul dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang baik sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qur’an Batam.
