This research purpose is to know the size of effect of Samsung Galaxy SIV advertising on toward the decision of middle upto high economy class in Ujungbatu Subdistrict. Populations in this research are the society of Ujungbatu Subdistrict as the respondent. Respondent selection process as an object of the research is based on society appraisal in their decision to buy Samsung Galaxy SIV which effected by the advertising. By using Purposive Sampling Technique, from the Slovin Equation, thus this research gains 81 people as respondents. Collecting Data Method is by field research using questioner, inquiry and library research. Data Analysis that used is data analysis using software program SPSS version 16 (validation test and reliability test) and apply likert scaling on the questioner. The result of the research shows that from simple regression analysis (r) the relation between TV advertise (r) is 0.830 and r2(r-square) is 0.690 (69%). These values describe that the effect of advertise on television has a strong effect toward buying decision as much as 69%. The effect of advertise on television trough music or jingle, story board, copy or script, endorsement, slogan, logo has affection for consumer. They get a feeling that the Samsung Galaxy SIV advertise is about a good product, competent. Among respondent above, better response comes after the advertise of Samsung Galaxy SIV in Ujungbatu Subdistrict. Whereas buying decision based on AIDDA theory toward Samsung Galaxy Product is affected after watching advertise on television, valuing and learning the information from that quality product and so it produce a high confidence to buy Handphone Samsung Galaxy SIV.Keywords : Influence, Advertise, Samsung Galaxy S4

Corncobs by most people still not optimally utilized, even considered as a waste byproduct of the primary production of maize. The content of lignocellulosic on corn cob allows for the manufacture of particle board by testing the thermal conductivity of which is expected later can be used as a heat insulator. The process of manufacture of particle board made with compression heat for 20 minutes with pressure of 160 Pa and temperature of 150 ° C, drying particle board for 15 days, density particle board 0.6x103 kg / m3 and thickness of particle board 1 cm.The results obtained for the thermal conductivity value of corncob particle board is greater mesh size, the smaller the size of its particles, the greater the thermal conductivity. From the results concluded that good particle board to serve as heat insulator materials are those that have low thermal conductivity values which qualify ukaran 8 mesh sieve amounted to 0.1012 W / m ° C. Increasingly smaller particle size makes thermal conductivity value increases so that the quality of heat insulator decreases

The current study of democracy has been discussed in various book and journal studies. Not only that, democracy is also a topic of ideas that are always interesting to explore. The study of the picture, influence, and position of Indonesian democracy in the modern era from the public's point of view is no less important to be discussed. The study of looking for a figure of Indonesian democracy has never been completed. Democracy is not new but has gone through a long process, even considered as a form of government. Because of the large role of democracy in the structure of the state, education about Indonesian democracy is made. Democracy can also be seen as a phenomenon of power in a state institution in the political field where the greatest power is in the hands of the people. So, from the people's point of view, the position and influence of Indonesian democracy is one thing we know that democracy has a very important position and influence in the life of the nation and state.

The aim of this service is to provide an understanding of Religious Moderation, as a cultural strategy for maintaining a peaceful, tolerant Indonesia and respecting religion, Religious moderation as a way of living in harmony, mutual respect, care and tolerance without having to cause conflict because of existing differences. This service was carried out in Sumber Katon village, Seputih Subdistrict, Surabaya, where there are 3 religions adhered to by the community, namely Islam, Catholicism and Hinduism, there are also 6 mosques, 10 surau and 1 Catholic church. The service is carried out using 2 methods, namely by presenting material and discussions held at SDN 1 Sumber Katon and the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, a process where communities try to study problems scientifically in order to guide, improve and evaluate their decisions and actions. This method is used to build community awareness, strengthen community capabilities, and help the community to improve their lives in the Sumber Katon Village Community. The result of this activity is that the participants and the community have an awareness of the importance of moderation and mutual respect for religious communities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaku individu dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Mixue, Lubuk Begalung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Mixue Lubuk Begalung yang berjumlah 4 orang. Organisasi didirikan karena memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Organisasi, didirikan untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan. Ketika karyawan melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka, mereka harus kinerja yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi, komunikasi kerja, dan budaya kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan budaya inovasi tidak berpengaruh. Namun budaya pengambilan risiko berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian, metode pengumpulan data wawancara dapat menghasilkan gambaran yang lebih mendalam mengenai pengaruh pelaku individu dan budaya organisasi pada kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Karakteristik Individu, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Implementasi pendidikan HAM dalam dunia pendidikan Sekolah Dasar adalah salah satu bagian yang penting dalam pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dari keinginan penulis dalam mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi pendidikan HAM dalam dunia pendidikan Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deksriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan jika Implementasi pendidikan HAM dalam dunia pendidikan Sekolah Dasar adalah cara dalam memperkanalkan anak pada paktek non-diskriminasi sejak dini dan juga menjadi cara dalam mengenalkan konsep HAM sejak dini pada anak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah implementasi pendidikan HAM dalam dunia pendidikan Sekolah Dasar menjadi usaha dalam memberikan pendidikan HAM sejak dini.

This study aims to determine the effect of coral reef conditions on the abundance of coral reef fish indicators of the Chaetodontidae family and to be compared descriptively. This research was conducted in February-April 2020 in Poncan Island coast, Sibolga City, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research was a survey method, the data obtained directly on site in the form of primary data, while the secondary data was collected from the related institutions and references. The method for quantifying the number of fish used was Underwater Visual Census (UVC), for collecting data on coral reef fish indicators was using the Line Intercept Transect (LIT) method supported by SCUBA (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus). The results showed that the abundance of coral reef fish indicators for the Chaetodontidae family and coral reefs were in the average of 0-0.052 individuals/m2. The lowest abundance was found at stations 1 and 5, while the highest abundance was seen at station 2 with an average of 0.0248 individuals/m2. The abundance of live coral ranged from 5 - 51.8%. The lowest abundance was at station 1 and the highest was at station 4 with an average abundance of 30.804% which is categorized as moderate. The abundance of indicator reef fish in the waters of Poncan Island was influenced by the condition of coral reefs where in this study the abundance of live coral reefs was less than 23.02%. There was no indicator reef fish at the station

This study aims to describe the use of Instagram social media on the @qowaidul_lughoh account as a medium for learning Arabic. The background of the study is based on the development of information and communication technology that drives transformation in the world of education, especially in learning Arabic. Instagram as one of the popular social media platforms among the younger generation, offers various features that can be used to improve the effectiveness and learning of learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation of the manager and followers of the @qowaidul_lughoh account. The results of the study indicate that the use of Instagram through the @qowaidul_lughoh account is able to provide varied, interactive, and easily accessible Arabic learning materials anytime and anywhere. Features such as posting images, videos, stories, and reels are used to present understanding, grammar, and exercises that support mastery of the four basic Arabic skills (istima', kalam, qira'ah, and kitabah). In addition, the interaction between managers and followers through the comments column and direct messages increases motivation and active participation in learning. This study concludes that Instagram social media, especially through educational accounts such as @qowaidul_lughoh, can be an alternative media for learning Arabic that is effective, innovative, and adaptive to the needs of learners in the digital era.

Objek pada kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Usaha (KKU) kelompok 9 adalah UMKM Telur Asin “Mba Nur” milik Ibu Nurmanisah yang terletak di Jalan Arbei Raya RT 001/ RW 007 Bojongnangka, Kabupaten Pemalang yang merupakan Usaha Telur Asin pangon. Tujuan dilaksanakannya KKU ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan pengembangan usaha di UMKM dengan cara mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada di UMKM, serta berupaya memberi solusi alternatif. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, metode pendampingan yang kami lakukan yaitu dengan observasi dan wawancara, ada beberapa permasalahan kami temukan setelah kami melakukan identifikasi di UMKM Telur Asin Mba Nur diantaranya belum memiliki profil usaha, struktur organisasi, banner, logo dan stiker, perizinan usaha, dan sebagainya. Hasil kegiatan KKU ini sesuai dengan yang direncanakan seperti pembuatan profil usaha, struktur organisasi, banner, logo dan stiker, perizinan usaha, dan sebagainya untuk kebutuhan promosi dan kelengkapan produk agar memperlancar proses komunikasi pemasaran produk.
