Abstract

This study discusses the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo; knowing the practicality of pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in class VI MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. This research uses a mixed method approach, namely by combining two qualitative methods and quantitative methods. This research was conducted at MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo, with grade VI teachers and 18 students as research subjects. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation are data collection methods. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis are two methods of data analysis. The results showed that pop up book learning media on the material of let's save animals and plants in a very practical category. Based on teacher interviews and student questionnaires, the practicality test resulted in a score of 85.6% with a very practical category. Pop up book teaching materials can be used in learning on this basis

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of Project-Based Learning (PBL) integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in thematic learning. A quantitative design with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. The collected data was collected using observation and tests. The data is collected and analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the SPSS Version 26 application. Data analysis begins with descriptive statistics, normality, and hypothesis tests. The results showed an influence of Project Based Learning integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. Through that learning, students' necessary thinking skills are provoked and trained so that students can define, formulate, argue, and also conclude in solving a problem.

The child with special needs has learning modalities that enable them to make-adaption with Reviews their environments. They need independence to adapt. One of the approaches to establish Reviews their independency is through the learning skills to develop self-help and economic activity.
