Abstract

One aspect of elderly empowerment is vocational training, which involves developing skills and hobbies that can generate income or engage in productive activities such as knitting. Therefore, the goal of Community Service is to train knitting skills so that elderly women can utilize their free time by producing handicrafts. Wool yarn can be processed into tablecloths, coasters, key chains, tissue holders, and other crafts that can be useful for themselves and can be turned into profitable businesses. The activity is carried out in several stages, including preparation, implementation, evaluation of training results, and reporting. This activity is carried out in collaboration with Rizqun Minallah (RizMina), a community empowerment community specializing in skills and crafts. The training participants included 13 elderly women and administrators of the Al Moharrir Elderly Islamic Boarding School. Results: Participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the theory and practice of the knitting skills training. They strove to complete their knitting with enthusiasm. Despite difficulties, they continued to try until they produced the desired product that could be used for themselves, but not yet suitable for sale. The community service team and RizMina provided support to participants after the activity concluded.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, social media, and electronic word of mouth (E-WoM) on parents' decisions to choose the Tutoring Anak Hebat (Tutoring AHE) institution in Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative with data collection using surveys, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The population of this study were parents of children studying at Tutoring AHE Yogyakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of lifestyle variables, social media and e-WOM on parents' decisions in choosing the Tutoring institution, but partially the social media variables do not influence parents' decisions in choosing the Tutoring institution in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The aim of Community Service (PKM) carried out by the PKM Team is to provide entrepreneurship training through business creativity from beads to students. This activity is in collaboration with Rizqun Minallah (RizMina), which is a community empowerment community in the field of skills and crafts. The training participants were 67 students. The training begins with a presentation of material on entrepreneurship, bead weaving, practice and product marketing. Results achieved: overall this activity obtained good and satisfying results. The training participants looked enthusiastic to see their work in various forms, this was because the PKM Team gave the participants freedom, to adapt them to their individual tastes and creativity. Products produced: bracelets, key chains, necklaces, prayer beads, brooches etc. It is hoped that the results of skills training activities will inspire participants to become entrepreneurs and successfully market them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis dampak ukuran perusahaan serta kebijakan dividen terkait dengan nilai perusahaan yang tergabung pada Indeks LQ45 yang termuat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2020-2023. Penelitian ini yang mengindikasikan bahwa metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif kausal. Variasi data penelitian terdiri atas data sekunder yang diambil melalui laporan tahunan dan perusahaan BEI dan situs sah setiap lembaga badan usaha. Sampel penelitian dilaksanakan melalui metode purposive sampling dengan total 19 perusahaan selama periode 2020-2023, memperoleh 76 data observasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan terdiri dari analisis statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis dengan uji F, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²) Nilai perusahaan yang terdapat di kajian ini diproksikan melalui rasio Price to Book Value (PBV). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen positif signifikan memengaruhi nilai perusahaan, serta simultan ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen positif dan signifikan berpngaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study is expected to provide a clear picture of factors influencing firm value such as profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) companies in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2023. This study examines the effect of profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy on firm value. Data analysis used in the study included descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The significance level used in the research is 5%. The study results are that profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value, while debt policy does not affect firm value. Profitability, dividend policy, and debt policy together affect firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of internal control systems, internal audits, and GCG on the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A quantitative research method using multiple linear regression was used with 46 banks from a total of 138 observations. The data used are secondary data obtained from published annual reports of banks. The dependent variable in this research is banking financial performance as measured by Return on Equity (ROE). The variables of internal control systems, internal audits, and good corporate governance (GCG) are the independent variables in this research. The GCG variable is proxied by independent commissioners, institutional ownership, the board of directors, managerial ownership, the audit committee, and the activities of the board of commissioners. The research results show that only the activities of the board of commissioners have a significant effect on improving bank financial performance. Thus, other factors need to be further studied to understand their impact on overall banking financial performance.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan ketrampilam tata kelola dan manajemen keuangan menjadi permasalahan utama yang dapat menghambat keberlangsungan usaha khususnya pada pelaku usaha kuliner Kurato MEK PRA Nogotirto. Meskipun beberapa pelaku usaha telah membuat perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP), namun pada praktiknya sebagian mitra belum mampu memanfaatkan informasi biaya untuk menyusun perencanaan laba secara terstruktur, sehingga menyebabkan para pelaku usaha belum memiliki target penjualan dengan jelas, belum mengidentifikasi batas minimal penjualan supaya tidak menderita kerugian. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan ketrampilan finansial untuk keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha dengan teknik analisis titik impas (BEP) yaitu analisis untuk menentukan titik impas antara pendapatan dan biaya. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif yaitu mitra selain menerima materi juga terlibat aktif dalam praktik perhitungan berdasarkan kondisi usaha masing-masing. Pelaksanaan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu Persiapan dengan mengidentifikasi kondisi usaha mitra pasca pelatihan HPP, Tahap Pelatihan Perencanaan Laba dan BEP, Tahap Pendampingan dengan diskusi dan solusi serta evaluasi.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pengelolaan biaya dan perencanaan laba, mampu mengidentifikasi biaya tetap dan biaya variabel serta menghitung titik impas (BEP). Disarankan untuk dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan cakupan materi yang lebih luas, seperti pencatatan keuangan dan pengelolaan arus kas usaha.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan mendorong perusahaan memasarkan produk ramah lingkungan melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi nilai hijau dan kualitas informasi yang dipersepsikan terhadap keterikatan konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan di media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi nilai hijau dan kualitas informasi yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya penyampaian nilai lingkungan yang jelas serta informasi yang akurat dan relevan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen di media sosial.
