Abstract

In a construction project there are various stages related to construction management, in which there are various problems regarding the management of costs and time off work so that in its implementation we need a system for cost management and time management so that in its implementation, the project can be completed on time as planned and the costs incurred according to the needs of the project being worked on. In writing this article the main study is, how is the project performance in terms of cost and time, how is the application of EVA (Earned Value Analysis) to predict the costs and the final time of completion of the project, are there any advantages or disadvantages that may occur in the completion of a construction project PT Graha Praja Kencana Residential Building in Ceguk Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency? To answer this problem, a qualitative approach with a descriptive type was conducted. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with respondents, namely consultants, contractors, and the Director of PT Graha Praja Kencana. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that shows that the costs incurred are lower than the planned budget, the time of project implementation according to the schedule from the initial planning, the costs incurred every week from week 1 to week 9 experienced a very significant increase, and the profits obtained by the contractor until the end of the project starting from the first week to the 9th week of Rp. Rp. 8,978,737.20.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain language errors at the phonological level in the Nihongo makanpu YouTube account videos by using the example of the video entitled "Wasedaboys Become Japanese Teachers in Indonesian High Schools! How's That!?". This research applies a qualitative approach with descriptive methods used in this research and the research subject is the video. The data collection method used was the proficient free-involved listening technique (SBLC). The results of the research show that there are language errors at the phonological level in the video, with 11 data found, consisting of 2 phoneme change data, 5 phoneme deletion data, and 4 phoneme addition data. Therefore, the language errors at the phonological level that occurred in this study are common in people who are just learning to speak a language that is not their mother tongue or beginner foreign speakers.

Abstract

Konsep tata kelola perusahaan (GCG) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan sehingga berdampak pada kelangsungan dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Profitabilitas merupakan komponen lain yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kategori asosiatif yang melihat pengaruh dan hubungan antar faktor. Data dalam penelitian berasal dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memancarkan karakteristik yang relevan dengan Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive contoh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Artinya masing-masing variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dan periode penelitian lebih dari 5 tahun agar analisis dapat lebih baik.

Abstract

Peningkatan hasil panen ikan yang ada harus sebanding dengan proses pengolahan dan pengawetan ikan. Saat ini pengawetan ikan yang sudah banyak dilakukan menggunakan metode pengendalian suhu serta bahan kimia seperti nitrit, paraben, asam benzoat, asam sorbat, asam propionat dan lain-lain. Penggunaan zat-zat tersebut menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan jika melebihi dosis atau jumlah yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif, Lokasi penelitian di BRIDA dan di UPT. Labkesda Kota Bima, sedangkan lokasi pengambilan sampel di tempat pembongkaran ikan Kelurahan Kolo Kota Bima. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan September s/d Oktober 2023. Sampel berupa ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) sebanyak 30 kg. Peralatan dalam penelitian : beaker glass, gelas erlenmeyer, pinset, pisau, baskom, sarung tangan, neraca analitik, batang pengaduk, Box perlakuan ikan, saringan, corong, kertas label, dan alat dokumentasi.­­­­ Bahan penelitian : Ikan tongkol, Garam, MSG, ice gel, soda, vanili, regaen formalin, reagen Borak serta bahan pengujian mikrobiologi pangan. Prosedur penelitian : (1)  Pengumpulan Data, (2) Pemeriksaan Kualitas Fisik, kimia dan biologi sampel, (3) Penentuan Formula Pengawetan Ikan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Pemberian formula terbaik yaitu pemberian es batu dan garam namun dengan kemungkinan penggunaan kurang dari 3 hari (1-2 hari) sebagai pengawet ikan tongkol yang ditunjukkan melalui parameter sifat fisik dan biologi (pemeriksaan angka kuman) pada sampel namun tidak ditemukan penggunaan bahan tambahan pangan berbahaya (formalin dan borak).

Abstract

Nyamuk Aedes aegypti merupakan vektor primer yang berperan dalam penularan virus dengue penyebab penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD). Pada awal tahun 2023, Pemerintah Kota Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), menetapkan status Kejadian Luar Biasa penyakit DBD. Data kejadian DBD di Kota Bima sejak Tahun 2020 mengalami fluktuasi. Namun, CFR tertinggi terjadi pada Tahun 2023, dengan rata-rata 2,05%. Berbagai metode pengendalian vektor dengue dapat diterapkan salah satunya dengan fogging dan abatisasi, tetapi populasi Aedes aegypti masih belum dapat dikendalikan. Sementara itu, Resistensi nyamuk Aedes aegypti terhadap insektisida (cypermethrin dan malathion) telah dilaporkan di berbagai Daerah. Peneliti bertujuan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai konsentrasi bahan kimia fogging dalam pengendalian nyamuk Aedes aegypti di Kota Bima yang diukur berdasarkan life table nyamuk. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan rancangan observasi analitik dan jenis studi uji laboratorium dalam rentang waktu bulan Agutus hingga November 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Random Purpossive Sampling dengan prosedur penelitian antara lain: pembuatan formula bahan kimia fogging; (2) rearing nyamuk Aedes aegypti; (3) uji toksisitas bahan kimia; (4) analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa seluruh formula sifenotrin terbukti mampu menghambat perkembangan seluruh stadium nyamuk Aedes aegypti namun dalam waktu efektifitas yang berbeda. Formula bahan kimia fogging : F1 (Sifenotrin 1,5 ml + solar 98,5 ml), F2 (Sifenotrin 2 ml + solar 98 ml), F3 (Sifenotrin 2,5 ml + solar 97,5 ml), F4 (Sifenotrin 3 ml + solar 97 ml) dan F5 (Sifenotrin 3,5 ml + solar 96,5 ml) efektif dalam membunuh seluruh tahapan life table nyamuk Aedes aegypti dalam kisaran waktu 4 menit sampai dengan 2 jam 53 menit. Serta diketahui bahwa efikasi sifenotrin terutama pada stadium imago dengan kematian dalam hitungan menit, namun juga efektif pada stadium nyamuk lainnya meskipun pada waktu yang lebih lama. Abstract

An earthquake is a vibration that occurs due to plates at the base of the earth rubbing against each other. An earthquake can have several impacts, namely material loss and loss of life and trauma for some people who feel it. This happens because people are not fast enough in getting information. Therefore we need an earthquake detection device that is relatively inexpensive. In this study designed a prototype for earthquake early detection using Frequency Modulation (FM) communication. The components of this system are Arduino Uno which functions as a microcontroller, SW-420 vibration sensor to detect vibrations, buzzer as the output of the SW-420 sensor in the form of sound and FM transmitter V2.0 which functions as a medium for transmitting radio frequency signals and sending sound from the buzzer . The level of vibration that indicates that an earthquake occurred namely 3-5 with a conversion of 5-10 SR. The system would have the ability to provide information in the form of sound received by a radio or FM receiver. The distance that can be emitted by the FM transmitter module V2.0 is 17.87 meter

Abstract

Perancangan kawasan kantor pemerintahan yang efisien dan berkelanjutan menjadi tantangan utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Kabupaten Takalar, sebagai wilayah yang berkembang, membutuhkan desain kantor pemerintahan yang tidak hanya fungsional tetapi juga ramah lingkungan dan mendukung kesejahteraan penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan pendekatan arsitektur biophilic dalam perancangan kawasan kantor pemerintahan di Kabupaten Takalar. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan produktif dengan mengintegrasikan elemen alam ke dalam desain bangunan, seperti pencahayaan alami, ventilasi yang baik, vegetasi, dan penggunaan material alami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, studi literatur, serta analisis tapak dan kebutuhan ruang. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan arsitektur biophilic dapat meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja, mengurangi dampak lingkungan, serta memperkuat identitas kawasan perkantoran sebagai ruang yang berkelanjutan. Dengan konsep ini, diharapkan kawasan kantor pemerintahan di Kabupaten Takalar dapat menjadi contoh bagi pembangunan infrastruktur pemerintahan yang lebih hijau dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat serta keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract

Efficient and effective waste management is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and environmental health, especially in school environments. This research aims to develop and implement a Smart Trash Can system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and microcontroller as an intelligent solution for waste management at Building B of the Maitreyawira Foundation in Batam. The system is designed to detect the fill level of trash bins in real-time and send notifications to the management center via the IoT network. The Smart Trash Can utilizes ultrasonic sensors to measure the volume of waste and an ESP32 microcontroller to process the data. Information regarding the fill status of the trash bins is transmitted through wireless communication modules to a central server integrated with a web-based application, allowing the building management to monitor and manage waste more efficiently. Test results based on blackbox testing tables show that this prototype functions well, with a detection accuracy rate of 95%. The system can provide accurate information about the fill level of the trash bins and reduce manual checking frequency by up to 80%, thus enhancing the operational efficiency of waste management at Building B of the Maitreyawira Foundation. With the implementation of this technology, it is expected to improve environmental cleanliness and make a positive contribution to better waste management in urban areas.
