Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Administrasi dan Komputerisasi Akuntasi di UTM Mataram dalam menggunakan pola kalimat aktif Simple Past Tense berbentuk positif, negatif, dan interogatif yang baik dan benar menggunakan media kartu bergambar atau flashcard. Selain itu, penggunaan media flashcard bertujuan untuk menyegarkan pikiran mahasiswa agar dapat memahami materi dengan cepat dengan cara yang menyenangkan sekaligus melatih kejelian, kecepatan, dan ketepatan menebak verba berbentuk past simple tense yang sesuai dengan gambar pada flashcards. Kegiatan diawali dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada mahasiswa untuk mengetahui kendala mereka dalam menggunakan bentuk waktu lampau dalam bahasa Inggris yaitu simple past tense. Kegiatan inti dilakukan dengan memaparkan materi tentang pola-pola dan contoh-contoh kalimat simple past tense dalam bentuk positif, negatif, dan interogatif disertai latihan menggunakannya dalam kalimat sesuai pola gramatikalnya. Kegiatan ditutup dengan diskusi-tanya jawab untuk mengetahui level pemahaman peserta serta kendala yang mungkin masih mereka hadapi. Sesuai hasil evaluasi, kegiatan abdimas ini telah mencapai tujuan yang ditargetkan, yakni: (1) peserta mampu mendeskripsikan dan membedakan pola-pola kalimat simple past tense berbentuk positif, negatif, dan interogatif; (2) peserta mampu menggunakannya dalam kalimat sesuai dengan pola masing-masing; dan (3) peserta mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan kejeliannya membuat kalimat simple past tense menggunakan media flashcard dengan metode yang menyenangkan. ABSTRACT This community service aims at improving the ability of students majoring in Administration Management and Computerized Accounting at UTM Mataram to understand the simple past tense (positive, negative, interrogative) using picture flashcards. Picture flashcards can be good teaching resource to teach and study English verbs. Some of the benefits are to improve language skills, increase students’ ability to compose, memorize stories, and analyze a problem, and enrich students’ vocabulary. In addition to that, flashcards boost learners’ confidence, build up good and effective communication, and enhance creativity. Prior to the program, the team conducted a preliminary survey and interview to map students’ problems in understanding English tenses i.e. the simple past tense. The materials presented in the main activity included the patterns, examples, and sentence building practices of simple past tense using picture flashcards containing simple past verbs. The activity was ended with discussion, question and answer, and a questionnaire filling survey to trace participants’ understanding and remaining obstacles concerning the materials. Based on the evaluation, the program has achieved the targeted outcomes that include participants being able to: (1) describe and distinguish the patterns of simple past tense in positive, negative, and interrogative forms; (2) build grammatically correct simple past tense sentences; (3) increase the speed and foresight in building simple past tense sentences; and (4) cheerfully engage in grammar learning activities of the simple past tense using flashcards media.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembelajaran matematika memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membangun pondasi yang kuat dalam pemahaman konsep, ide, gagasan, aturan, dan logika matematika. Dalam konteks ini, media pembelajaran, terutama dalam pembelajaran matematika, menjadi alat yang sangat membantu bagi guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dengan lebih efektif. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk memahami betapa pentingnya peran media dalam pendidikan dasar, serta memiliki pengetahuan tentang berbagai jenis media yang dapat digunakan. Selain itu, guru juga perlu memiliki kemampuan dalam memilih media yang sesuai dengan materi pelajaran yang diajarkan, serta mampu merencanakan dan membuat media pembelajaran sendiri dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan yang sederhana, ekonomis, dan mudah didapatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yang terstruktur dengan baik yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap penyampaian materi pelatihan, tahap evaluasi, dan tahap refleksi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa sebagai calon guru dalam merancang, membuat, dan menggunakan media pembelajaran edukatif matematika. ABSTRACT Learning mathematics fosters the development of essential foundational skills in comprehending concepts, ideas, rules, and logic within the subject, enabling students to apply reasoning and proof to solve real-life problems. Utilizing instructional media, particularly in mathematics classes, significantly aids teachers in effectively delivering the curriculum. Consequently, it is crucial for teachers in elementary education to grasp the purpose and significance of media, familiarize themselves with various media options, select appropriate ones for specific subjects, and be capable of planning and creating their own learning materials using simple, affordable, and easily accessible resources. The community service activities are implemented through three stages: Preparation Stage, involving the arrangement of training materials; Implementation Stage, where the training is conducted according to the established schedule; and Evaluation Stage, aimed at identifying any shortcomings or obstacles encountered during the implementation process. The outcomes derived from these service activities encompass enhanced knowledge and skills of prospective teachers in designing and utilizing educative learning media, specifically elementary mathematics teaching aids. Additionally, diverse teaching aids tailored to specific concepts have been developed to facilitate effective instruction in elementary mathematics.

Abstract

Changes in taxpayer status constitute an essential component of tax administration, as they directly affect the accuracy of taxpayer data and the quality of tax services. This study aims to analyze the role of the Coretax application in managing taxpayer status changes within the Registration Business Process at the East Mataram Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Mataram Timur). Coretax is an information system developed by the Directorate General of Taxes to support the automation and integration of tax administration processes, including taxpayer registration and data updates. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews with tax office personnel, and documentation studies. The results indicate that Coretax plays a strategic role in accelerating taxpayer data modification processes, enhancing information accuracy, and promoting transparency and accountability in service delivery. The system effectively minimizes manual errors and shortens service processing time, thereby improving the efficiency of registration officers’ workflow. Nonetheless, several challenges remain, including system capacity limitations, network disruptions, and the need to strengthen human resource competencies to optimize the use of system features. Overall, the application of Coretax has been shown to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of taxpayer registration processes at the East Mataram Tax Office. This study recommends improving technological infrastructure and providing technical training for personnel to maximize the comprehensive utilization of the Coretax system.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber penghasilan dari negara. Kebanyakan orang banyak yang kurang paham terhadap tatacara pengisian e-SPT tahunan orang pribadi, melalui mahasiswa diberikan edukasi berupa pelatihan pengisian e-SPT tahunan orang pribadi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan dapat menambah keterampilan bagi mahasiswa dalam mengisi e-SPT tahunan orang pribadi. Metode pelatihan yaitu dimulai dari tahap perencanaan kegiatan, ceramah & persentasi, memberikan pelatihan atau praktik langsung, diskusi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Antusias peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan cukup baik terlihat dari pelaksanaan pelatihan berlangsung. Terdapat berbagai diskusi/tanya jawab yang mencerminkan ketertarikan peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 20 (69%) peserta dengan anggapan cukup mudah memahami, 4 (13,8%) peserta dengan anggapan sangat mudah, 4 (13,8%) peserta dengan anggapan cukup sulit dan 1 (3,4%) peserta dengan anggapan sulit. Adapun beberapa kendala yang dihadapi Sebagian besar dikarenakan kesalahan teknis dalam pengisian e-SPT. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi sebagai bahan masukkan untuk pelaksanaan pengabdian berikutnya mengupayakan penggunaan coretax untuk menghindari adanya kendala system e-SPT tahunan orang pribadi.

Abstract

This online coaching clinic aims to provide knowledge about research methodology and research proposal preparation as well as how to use Mendeley to accounting students of Universitas Terbuka. This coaching clinic was conducted online through the MS Teams application platform, with a total of 15 participants and attended by 11 people from the Accounting Department of Universitas Terbuka from regions throughout Indonesia. This activity was held on Thursday, November 4, 2025 from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM WIB for 120 minutes. The results of this activity are providing an understanding of research methods and the use of Mendeley to help Universitas Terbuka students prepare research proposals and research articles. The impact of this activity was felt by the student participants in the training in the form of an increase in their understanding and ability to create research proposals with appropriate research methods and the application of Mendeley to create research citations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow on liquidity and profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were manufacturing companies in 2015-2019, which amounted to 155 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 28 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t-test with SPSS IBM 20, it was found that operating cash flow had no effect on liquidity as proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) because the t-count value was smaller than t-table (0.427 < 1.665) and significant value (0.670 > 0.05), and operating cash flow has an effect on profitability which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) because the value of t-count is greater than t-table (2.646 > 1.665) and significant value (0.010 < 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving the welfare of the community in Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, NTB. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Pujut District. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and direct surveys and using secondary data such as literature, books, websites and others. The results of this study indicate that the development of MSMEs in Pujut sub-district has increased, especially after the establishment of the Mandalika circuit has had a tremendous impact and influence on the economic growth of Small and Medium Mikto Business actors. The role of MSMEs in Pujut sub-district can increase family economic income so that it can meet family needs, reduce unemployment and be able to give birth to new business actors. This indicates that MSMEs can improve the welfare of the community in Pujut sub-district.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan dan belum optimalnya penerapan pembukuan pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah di desa Kediri, kabupaten Lombok Barat, yang berdampak pada terbatasnya kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan usaha secara sistematis. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam menyusun pembukuan sederhana berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara bertahap melalui observasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelatihan, praktik, pendampingan, serta evaluasi dengan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis pengalaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep literasi keuangan, kemampuan dalam mencatat transaksi secara lebih terstruktur, serta mulai diterapkannya pembukuan sederhana dalam kegiatan usaha. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pencatatan keuangan memberikan kemudahan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi informasi keuangan. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala dalam penggunaan teknologi pada sebagian peserta, sehingga diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan konsistensi penerapan pembukuan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan pelaku usaha serta mendukung penguatan daya saing usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the effect of the Practitioner Teaching Program on students’ learning outcomes in the courses of Introduction to Accounting and Capital Market Investment. The background of this research is based on the mismatch between graduates’ competencies and labor market demands, highlighting the need for more relevant and applicable learning approaches. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey of 95 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that practitioner involvement has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.778. Descriptively, the majority of students responded positively in terms of ease of understanding the material, learning interactivity, and relevance of the content to real-world practice. These findings suggest that practitioner involvement enhances the quality of learning, both cognitively and in terms of practical skills. The implications of this study emphasize the urgency of developing collaborative learning strategies between academics and practitioners in higher education.
