Abstract

The Pandemic Covid-19  in Indonesia in 2020 had an impact on Termination of Employment (PHK), this has received various public opinions on social media. At a time when the poverty rate is high and unemployment increases every year, it becomes a factor of public disapproval of Termination of Employment (PHK). It is necessary to classify public opinion into a negative opinion or a positive opinion on this issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment towards layoffs to determine negative or positive opinions using the Naïve Bayes algorithm by adding feature selection. The research stages consist of data collection, text preprocessing, feature selection, and application of algorithms. The testing process in this study uses the Rapid Miner application. The test results in this study using the Naive Bayes Algorithm, the accuracy value is 93.57% and for addition to the Naïve Bayes + PSO feature selection, the accuracy value is 93.71%. The best accuracy value in sentiment analysis of layoffs in the covid-19 pandemic is the addition of the PSO feature selection in the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which is 0.14% better.

Abstract

The rapid development in the telecommunications and digital world today makes android-based mobile devices basic needs for many people. The devices have even provided various kinds of learning media for the community. Further, even though the devices are easily to apply as learning media, they have not been a priority for Muslims in improving their knowledge, such as Sirah Shahabiyah (the journey of a female companion of the Prophet Muhammad). Due to the community’s little interests in learning Sirah Shahabiyah, it is necessary to create a learning application that allows the user and the community to easily learn it. The methods used to collect the data of this research are field study, literature review and previous literature review. The system is developed using a prototype system development method consisting of the stages of planning, analysis, design and implementation and is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this research is a learning application in the form of android-based Sirah Shahabiyah, by which the user and the community can easily learn Sirah Sahabiyah, facilitating pleasant and effective learning activities.

Abstract

Bekasi Regency is one of the regencies located in the province of West Java. This district is located just east of Jakarta, bordering the city of Bekasi. Bekasi Regency has many tourist attractions that can be visited. Such as parks, forests, lakes, beaches and others. Bekasi Regency has become one of the areas with very rapid progress and has tourism objects that can increase the regional income of Bekasi Regency. In addition, many local and foreign tourists visit, but only know a few tourist objects because of the lack of information systems in tourism management in Bekasi Regency that have not been managed and developed properly. So it is necessary to develop a tourist information system to make it easier for tourists to visit tourism objects in Bekasi Regency and make it easier to manage promotions. The results of this study are in the form of an E-Tourism system as a website-based tourist information media that makes it easier for tourists to find wizard places in Bekasi Regency. Abstract

Seiring dengan maraknya usaha di bidang sayuran hidroponik, UD. Media Farms menyadari akan munculnya persaingan bisnis yang ketat, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk menarik konsumen, kurangnya sumber informasi baru menjadi salah satu kendala kemajuan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai sayuran apa saja yang sering dibeli konsumen secara bersamaan dalam satu kali transaksi guna mengoptimalkan hasil panen sayuran hidroponik dan menentukan strategi bisnis penjualan sayuran hidroponik. Metode data mining yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode association rule dengan algoritma apriori. Dari proses pengolahan data menggunakan algoritma aprori dan pengujian dengan alat rapid miner, dengan parameter support minimal 20% dan confidence minimal 60% maka aturan asosiasi yang terbentuk adalah 7 aturan. Dari 7 rule yang terbentuk, ditemukan 3 rule dengan nilai confidence tertinggi yaitu (selada → kangkung) dengan nilai support 50% dan confidence 79%, (selada, bayam merah → kangkung) dengan nilai support 25% dan kepercayaan diri 78%, (selada, pakcoy → kangkung) dengan nilai support 22% dan confidence 76%. Ketiga rule tersebut memiliki nilai lift ratio > 1 yang artinya rule tersebut valid dan dapat digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Indonesia is a democratic country in which elections for President, Governor, Regent, and Village Heads are still conducted conventionally, where there are still many shortcomings, including the problem of sending ballot logistics, old calculations and inaccurate population data with voters. who do not get their voting rights so that it is less effective in its implementation. To overcome this, especially in the selection of the Village Head, in this study a web-based electronic voting system (e-Voting) was made using a fingerprint sensor that aims to collect voters' data so that voters get their voting rights and their voting rights cannot be used by other citizens. The method used in developing this application is the waterfall method which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding and testing, testing and maintenance. The result of this research is an up to date e-Voting system for counting votes, so as to minimize fraud occurring at the time of village head election. So the conclusion obtained from this study that web-based e-Voting using a fingerprint sensor can produce a quick election winner decision because it does not require tiered and accurate vote counting because citizens who choose according to the data registered. Abstract

Griya Poetri, office located at Permata No. 20 Jl. Azalia Raya Green Valley Lippo Cikarang, a business in the beauty salon and treatment for men and women which include cutting, blow, straight iron, curly iron, bun, smoothing, perming, rebonding, coloring, highlights, bleacing, cream bath, makeup, pedicure, manicure, hand massage, foot reflexi etc. Griya Poetri require administrative system and the right information, quickly, accurately and efficiently, which can adopt administrative difficulties in terms of covering existing transactions and income statement in accordance with the wishes of the owner of a beauty salon and treatment Griya Poetri. Abstract

Junior High School (SMP) is the first level school in Indonesia. The current learning system still uses a lot of conventional learning systems, namely the learning process is still bound by time and face-to-face in class between teachers and students. So that students become passive because they are dominant in listening to the lecture method. In this case an effective learning system with an online-based learning system is needed, namely E-learning with a Website-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach at SMP using PHP programming tools and testing using ISO 9126. This is to assist and provide solutions in the learning process at the junior high school level in order to make it easier for students to study without a period of time determined by the school and to be able to study independently. The application of E-learning with a website-based CRM approach by testing using the ISO 9126 model with very good results of 87.56%, this is expected to increase students' interest and creativity in the learning process using computers, laptops and even smartphones

Abstract

The lack of information about rentals such as descriptions and prices make it difficult for seekers to determine which rental option is in accordance with their wishes and also the price. With the conventional search process, rent seekers inevitably take the time and energy to find rentals according to their wishes, location and of course the price. This study aims to apply the location base service to support the search for rentals that make it easy and according to the wishes of rented seekers in Bekasi Regency as well as a promotional media for rented business owners for household needs, using the main method, namely location base service to solve the problem of finding a rental business that is still ongoing. many shortcomings and the prototype method as a system development method that supports this research. The result of this research is that the koskuappfront application is able to make renting search more efficient in terms of time and cost, as well as collecting rental information in one container that provides rental information.

Abstract

One of the most important activities in a company is the presence and absence of employees, this needs to be done for the continuity of activities within the company, the current system at PT. XYZ for attendance activities uses a finger print system, while for absenteeism it still uses a manual system, problems often occur in the finger print machine and are still conventional. The purpose of this study is to implement an automated employee attendance system using an Android-based location-based service so that it can make it easier for employees to perform attendance and absenteeism. This application system was developed using the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method, designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with tools from Android Studio and tested using blackbox testing

Abstract

Mobil listrik telah menjadi trend kendaraan masa depan yang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Sejak abad ke 18 awal dirilis mobil listrik di eropa, sedangkan di Indonesia berkembang sejak tahun 2012 sampai saat ini. Keunggulan yang dijanjikan oleh mobil listrik dapat meumbuhkan minat dari pemakai kendaraan berbahan bakar bbm untuk pindah menggunakan mobil listrik. Banyaknya produsen dan merek mobil listrik membuat masyarakat menjadi kesulitan dalam menentukan merek mobil listrik apa yang akan dibeli. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan Masyarakat akan produk baru ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat disolusikan dengan penerapan Sistem Pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Adapun atribut yang digunakan adalah harga, jarak tempuh, kecapatan maksimum, waktu pengisian baterai, fitur dan teknologi, serta keamanan dan kenyamanan. Penerapan kombinasi ini ditujukan untuk mengurangai penilaian yang subjektif terhadap atribut yang digunakan. Penerapan metode diawali dengan menghitung bobot maksimum dari setiap atribut selanjutnya dilanjutnya dengan perhitungan nilai preferensi dan perankingan. Atribut dengan nilai preferensi maksimum adalah peringkat pertama atau sebagai keputusan pemilihan alternatif terbaik pertama. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu para calon pembeli dapat menentukan pilihan mobil listrik yang terbaik untuk dibeli. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat perangkingan dari masing-masing alternatif yang ada sebagai berikut mobil alternatif pertama mobil Tesla Model S dengan nilai preferensi 0,668, alternatif terpilih ke dua beli mobil listrik Nissan Leaf dengan nilai preferensi 0.629, alternatif ketiga beli mobil listrik merek Hyundai Ioniq Electric dengan nilai preferensi 0.622 dan alternatif terakhir adalah beli mobil listrik merek selanjutnya alternatif beli mobil listrik Tesla Model S dengan nilai prefernsi 0.504.
