Abstract

ARI (Acute Respiratory Infection) is a common disease in the community, especially infants and children caused by rhinoviruses, RSV, adenovirus, influenza virus or parainfluenza virus. Most people do not know what are the symptoms arising from ARI suffered by children. Pediatricians have data on the symptoms caused by ARI, with which the data can identify the child's disease. However, the public must go to the doctor first to find out what ARI diseases are suffered by children based on the symptoms felt. Checking the symptoms of ARI disease is diagnosed directly by the medical party, namely the doctor by recording and analyzing manually. With conditions like this, of course, there are many obstacles that do not even rule out the possibility of different diagnoses of diseases experienced by patients. The expert system that will be built is intended to make it easier for someone to diagnose ARI disease by adopting human knowledge into the computer system so that the expert system is able to solve existing problems. This study aims to diagnose ARI in children using the certainty factor method based on the symptoms felt and find a solution or obtain confidence in the percentage of the disease suffered. The expert system is created by utilizing PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. Data collection was carried out starting in August 2022, followed by data processing and analysis. The sample in this study was patients with ARI disease in children at RSU Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan. The sampling technique in this study is purpose sampling. Statistical analysis used one sample T-test. The targeted output is scientific publication in nationally accredited journals. TKT research proposed is as a technological research or experiment from existing theories in diagnosing ARI disease in children based on websites.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu perkembangan Smartphone semakin meningkat dan fasilitas-fasilitasnya pun semakin banyak dan berkembang, kerusakan yang terjadipun juga sering terjadi. Sehingga terjadinya kepadatan orang untuk melakukan service di berbagai tempat. Sistem pakar diagnosa dilakukan dengan tujuan agar membantu proses diagnosa kerusakan  pada smartphone agar tidak memerlukan waktu lama untuk memastikan diagnosa lebih lanjut. Dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining dan certainty factor, dimulai dengan informasi yang ada berupa data real lalu digabungkan menjadi sebuah rule untuk menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil yang disimpulkan berdasarkan metode forward chaining dan certainty factor bisa mencapai kecocokan tingkat sebesar 73,33% dibandingkan dengan hasil yang didapatkan oleh pakar. Angka tersebut sudah menunjukkan bahwa metode ini cocok untuk membantu masyarakat

Abstract

Website Toko Karunia Bukittinggi dirancang untuk sebuah sistem pemesanan on-line. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan pemesanan secara on-line dan informasi yang lengkap tentang produk yang ditawarkan perusahaan kepada masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu Metode Pegumpulan Data, diantaranya Penelitian Lapangan, Penelitian Perpustakaan dan Penelitian Laboratorium. Metode Analisa dan Desain untuk menganalisa dan mendesain data-data yang tersedia dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dengan jenis-jenis diagramnya adalah Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequency Diagram, Activity Diagram dan didukung dengan penggunaan alat bantu software dan hardware yang berguna untuk pengolahan data yang ada. Dari penelitian tersebut dihasilkanlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Pengolahan data yang interaktif dan dinamis serta lengkap mengenai pemasaran produk lewat transaksi secara on-line.

Abstract

Kartu Identitas Berobat (KIB) merupakan kartu identitas milik pasien di suatu instansi untuk meningkatkan kuliatas pelayanan kesehatan, terutama dibagian pendaftaran pasien. Kartu Identitas Berobat ini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas pendaftaran dalam mendata pasien yang ingin berobat. Namun di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan masih ditemukan fakta bahwa kesadaran pasien terhadap pentingnya membawa KIB ketika berobat masih sangat rendah. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan terutama dibagian pendaftaran pasien menjadi lambat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Helvetia Medan, dengan tujuan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang fungsi dan manfaat KIB ketika berobat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan secara langsung ke Puskesmas Helvetia Medan meliputi pemaparan materi, mendesain ulang KIB, membuat banner tentang pentingnya KIB. Hasil dari kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan persentasi kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya KIB yang awalnya 14% menjadi 67%.

Abstract

Technological advances can also make it easier to communicate, by conducting video conferences, it is no longer necessary to meet in person during meetings. There have been many platforms used for conducting meetings, but having your own application within the agency or company can be more effective and efficient and data security in the agency is also maintained. At this time, the Yogyakarta Communication and Information Office does not yet have its own meeting application. Based on these problems, the author proposes a video conference information system design for meetings at the Yogyakarta Information and Communications Office. The design uses the RAD method and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The results of this study resulted in a website that could be used for video conferencing by related agencies.

Abstract

This study evaluates the application of Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT)-based decision support systems in the recruitment process of financial managers in technology companies "TechInnovate". This study aims to identify the extent to which the use of MAUT can increase objectivity and effectiveness in candidate selection. The quantitative method was used by collecting data from 50 candidates who volunteered for this position. The assessment criteria that have been determined include Education and Qualifications, Work Experience, Analytical and Financial Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership and Team Management, Ethics and Integrity, Technology Capabilities, Adaptability and Innovation, Decision Making Ability. Data is collected through scores assigned to each criterion for each candidate, which are then aggregated taking into account the relative weights of each criterion. Statistical analysis is applied to evaluate the distribution of scores and the effectiveness of the system in selecting the most suitable candidates. Results from this study show that the application of MAUT is significant in improving objectivity in recruitment decision making, with high scores strongly correlated with expected job performance in in-depth interviews and follow-up evaluations. This study proves that integrating a systematic approach in recruitment not only strengthens the selection process but also promotes data-driven and objective decisions. The implications of this research are relevant for companies operating in dynamic and technology-centric environments, suggesting the integration of MAUT-based decision support systems as an effective strategy in the recruitment process.

Abstract

BPJS claims are submissions for patient care costs for BPJS participants in claiming that there are problems pending claims which are influenced by several factors. The implementation of BPJS claims in submitting files is still delayed so it must be pending, and there are still patient BPJS claim files that are returned for repair, as a result of delays in submitting BPJS claims causing delays in disbursing funds that should be received by the hospital. the factors that cause pending BPJS claims at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing pending claims of BPJS Inpatients at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City in 2022. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, in this study the population used by officers in the medical record amounted to 4 people and 49 pending files. The results of this study indicate that the cause of pending BPJS claims is caused by differences in perceptions between INA CBG's officers and Verifiers in filling out patient diagnoses, causing obstacles for hospitals, incomplete BPJS claim requirements, diagnoses that are not in accordance with the action, drugs that are not in accordance with diagnostics and the hospital network which is sometimes slow, resulting in errors in the INA-CBGs application and the computer takes a long time to load. Suggestions from this study should be routine checking of the completeness of medical record documents, so that the requirements for submitting BPJS claims have been filled out correctly. The hospital network is further developed so that the work using computer networks is more effective. To equate the perception between the coder and the verifier, it is recommended that officers collaborate more often with doctors regarding diagnosis and disease codes.

Abstract

The patient information system at the community health center is an information system that has activities such as queuing, registration and medical records. Registration services that are still manual make registration ineffective and inefficient. Officers needed a lot of time to search for documents and take notes and there was a buildup of patient queues at the registration unit. Apart from that, the manual system for making reports is not effective, so to improve registration services for patients, a health center information system is needed that is able to provide good and fast service to patients. The aim of this research is to design a registration information system application to assist registration officers in providing patient registration services. Data collection methods consist of observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. This research approach is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach, which is a cycle used in creating or developing information systems that aims to solve problems effectively. The results obtained from this research are the design of a patient registration information system using the Visual Basic programming language. The results of the interface display from the design of the Sambas Port Health Center information system are login form, main menu form, user menu, patient registration form, patient data search menu, queue menu and patient data report menu. The conclusions obtained by this information system design can help officers in the registration unit at the Community Health Center to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas merupakan bagian yang terpenting dalam menunjang kesehatan masyarakat. Puskesmas merupakan suatu lembaga kesehatan yang sangat dekat dengan masyarakat. Maka dari itu penting untuk memperhatikan sarana dan prasarana pendukung di unit kerja rekam medis seperti peralatan kerja, tata cara kerja, proses atau sistem kerja, lingkungan kerja, fisiologis dan psikis karyawan agar petugas rekam medis lebih produktif dalam bekerja. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Belawan ditemukan bahwa luas ruangan unit rekam medis 5 x 5 m2 dengan tinggi langit-langit 3 m, menggunakan lantai keramik berwarna putih, terdapat 2 buah jendela, 1 pintu, 3 meja kerja petugas dan 2 buah lemari untuk menyimpan surat menyurat dan lembar penting lainnya. Pencahayaan diruang unit rekam medis sebesar 259 lux, kebisingan 53,3-62.0 dB, suhu ruang unit rekam medis sebesar 33.1oC serta kelembapan sebesar 70%. Diruang unit rekam medis tidak terdapat zat-zat kimia baik dalam bentuk padat, cair, maupun gas, serta juga tidak ditemukan vektor atau hewan pembawa penyait seperti lalat, nyamuk dan tikus. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan sosialisasi terkait ergonomi pada unit kerja rekam medis di Puskesmas Belawan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri-dari perencanaan, tindakan pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tahap pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan petugas rekam medis dan petugas kesehatan lainnya tentang pentingnya ergonomi dalam unit kerja rekam medis sehingga menghasilkan sistem kerja yang produktif, efekstif, efesien serta aman dan nyaman.

Abstract

Lovina Inn Hotel is a hotel that provides services to tourism guests in Batam City. At this time, in storing inventory data, it still uses a record book, so that when searching for inventory information, incoming and outgoing goods are still carried out in a recording form. The purpose of this study is to design an information system for operational goods inventory at the Lovina Inn hotel so that it makes it easier to manage data by not doing manual recording. With the application of a structured analysis model method for the creation of an Operational Inventory Information System, it can make it easier to build a system using the PHP language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and a database using MySQL. This application is designed to make it easier for the hotel to manage the incoming and outgoing stock of goods to the hotel operational inventory report
