Abstract

The role of the leader is a strategic factor that drives the performance of the organization's members. This study aims to examine the effect of transactional leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening. The study was conducted at PT Anindita Niaga Galantri - Honda Auto Serang by distributing questionnaires to 50 sales & marketing divisions. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results showed that extrinsic motivation had significant effect on job satisfaction and transactional leadership had a significant effect on employee performance. While transactional leadership has no effect on job satisfaction; extrinsic motivation has no effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Low levels of salary and high job pressures make job satisfaction can not be an intervening effect on employee performance at PT Anindita Niaga Galantri - Honda Auto Serang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership style on employee satisfaction, to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee satisfaction and to determine the effect of participatory leadership style and organizational climate together on employee job satisfaction at PT. Muliavisitama Desanta in Serang City. This research uses a quantitative approach. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. The Desanta of Muliavisitama, totaling 34 people. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples so that the sample used in this study is 34 people. The results of this study in the first hypothesis obtained that tcount > ttable (2.433 > 2.037) with a significance level of <0.05 so that there is a significant influence between participatory leadership style on job satisfaction at PT. Desanta Muliavisitama Serang City, the second hypothesis obtained the results tcount > ttable (4.572 > 2.037) with a significance level of <0.05 so that there is a significant influence between organizational climate on job satisfaction at PT. Desanta Muliavisitama Serang City, the third hypothesis is obtained by Fcount > Ftable (11,833 > 3,305) with a significance level of < 0.05 so that there is a significant effect of participatory leadership style and organizational climate on job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study on the first hypothesis there is a significant influence between participatory leadership style on job satisfaction at PT. Muliavisitama Village, Serang City. The second hypothesis has a significant influence between organizational climate on job satisfaction at PT. Muliavisitama Village, Serang City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance and to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation together on employee performance in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon City. This study uses quantitative research methods, quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine populations or specific samples, sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly, data collection using research instruments, quantitative data analysis / statistics in order to test the hypothesis set. As for the population in this study were employees in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon City as many as 47 employees while the sample used a saturated sample that took all of the total population of 47 employees in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon City. Based on the results obtained in hypothesis one, there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon, the result of tcount> ttable (3,557> 2,014) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0 , 05) with a correlation value of 0.473 with a positive direction this means that if compensation increases it will improve employee performance, hypothesis two there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Inpatient Division at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon, the result of tcount> ttable (5.148> 2.014) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) with a correlation value of 0.613 with a positive direction this means that if work motivation increases it will improve employee performance and hypothesis 3 there is a significant influence between compensation and work motivation together on employee performance in the Raw Division at Hospitalization at Krakatau Medika Hospital in Cilegon, the result of Fcount> Ftable (21,278> 2.761) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) while the coefficient of determination of 0.527 means that the compensation and work motivation variables affect 52.7% of employee performance while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Human resources are a determining factor in achieving company goals. With these, human resources are required to be professional to achieve the targets and progress of the company so that they are superior to competitors. This type of research is a quantitative study to find out the effect of training and leadership on employee performance at Ramayana Mall Serang. The population in this study amounted to 63 employees, while the sample used was the saturated sample technique, which means that the entire population was sampled. The primary data used is through the distribution of questionnaires which are distributed directly to the respondents. The tool used to analyze the data obtained is using the help of SPSS software. The results showed that training and leadership either partially or simultaneously significantly affected employee performance. Ramayana Mall Serang is advised to pay attention and improve training and leadership to improve the quality of employee performance more optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job placement and job training on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Frisian Flag, totaling 50 employees, the sample and this study were the employees. The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires. Data were collected and processed using SPSS computing program. The results of this study have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and show a correlation between placement and job training on job performance which has a strong influence. The results showed that partially the work placement variable had a positive effect on work performance, and job training has a positive effect on work performance. And simultaneously the variable of job placement and job training has a positive effect on work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance and to determine the effect of work discipline and work experience on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT Galeri Print Indonesia using the Saturated Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples so that the sample used in this study was 30 people. The results of this study obtained r table 0,374. The first hypothesis obtained results tcount > ttable (6,350 > 2,052) with a significant level <0,05 (sig. 0,000 > 0,05) then Ha is accepted. So that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. The second hypothesis is the result of tcount > ttable (5,237 > 2,052) with a level significant < 0,05 (sig. 0,000 > 0,05) then Ha is accepted. so that there is a significant influence between work experience on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. The third hypothesis obtained the results of Fcount > Ftable (21.117 > 3.35) with a significant level of < 0,05 (sig. 0,000 > 0,05) so there is a significant influence of work discipline and work experience variables on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant influence between work discipline and work experience on the performance of employees of PT Galeri Print Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terhadap observasi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) untuk produk hottang di perumahan taman ciruas permai RW 06 kecamatan Ciruas. Bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha mikro melalui digitalisasi dan Rebranding guna memaksimalkan pemasaran produk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif menyertai informasi faktor internal dan eksternal atas keunggulan kompetitif berbentuk metode kerja atau teknologi, kemasan, promosi dan pemasaran. Sebelumnya produk dikemas memakai kemasan palastic dan belum menggunakan logo penjualan pada kemasan produk. Sewaktu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung, kami memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan usaha tersebut agar semakin meningkat mulai dari pendaftaran di google maps, implementasi pembayaran QR, serta pembuatan banner, logo dan kemasan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013- 2016. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2013- 2016. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS 22.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan IBMSPSS 22.0 diketahui bahwa: 1) nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,353 > 1,69236) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,025 < 0,05), artinya pertumbuhan perusahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. 2) nilai t hitung (-0,003 < -1,69389) dan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,998 > 0,05), artinya pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. 3) nila t hitung > t tabel (-3,169 < -1,69389) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,004 < 0,05), artinya profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kemudian hasil uji sobel menunjukan bahwa 4) nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 1,8892 > 1,74 sehingga dapat disimpulkan, profitabilitas mampu memediasi secara signifikan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

The company value is correlated with the stock price so that if the stock price increases, there is a possibility that the company value will also increase. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, and Company Size on Company Value. This study uses a causal associative research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Random Sampling so that the companies sampled amounted to 12 Textile and Garment Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data panel data obtained from annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Research data testing starts from descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that partially ROE has no positive and insignificant effect on Company Value (PBV), DER and CR have a positive and significant effect on Company Value (PBV), Company Size has a negative and significant effect on Company Value (PBV). While simultaneously the ROE, DER, CR, and Company Size variables together have a positive and significant effect on Company Value (PBV).

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan merupakan aspek krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi karyawan serta mempengaruhi kinerja mereka dalam jangka panjang. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah karyawan dan manajer di beberapa perusahaan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis karyawan, memperkuat kemampuan kepemimpinan, serta memperbaiki hubungan antar karyawan dalam suatu tim. Selain itu, pengembangan melalui program pelatihan juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pelatihan yang berkelanjutan dan terstruktur untuk memastikan pengembangan SDM yang optimal. Dengan demikian, perusahaan yang fokus pada pengembangan SDM dapat mencapai peningkatan kinerja yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengambil kebijakan dan manajer sumber daya manusia dalam merancang program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan serta karyawan.
