Abstract

Nilai perusahaan dapat diukur melalui nilai harga saham di pasar, berdasarkan terbentuknya harga saham perusahaan di pasar, yangmerupakan refleksi penilaian oleh publik terhadap kinerja perusahaan secara rill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada emiten syariah sub-sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya terdapat perbedaan hasilmengenai nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, maka tentunya menjadi faktor pendorong untuk dilakukan penelitian dan menguji ulangteori tentang nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 73 emiten sub-sektor food and baverage. Metode pengambilan sampelyang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 16 emiten syariah sub-sektor food andbeverage untuk 5 tahun pengamatan (2019- 2023) dengan 80 data observasi. Data penelitian berasal dari perusahaan sampel yang dapat diakses melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi robust least square dengan bantuan E-views 12 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pendanaan dan profitabilitas memengaruhi nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen, keputusan pendanaan, dan profitabilitas masing-masing berdampak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur oleh PBV. Selain itu, profitabilitas berdampak positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen tidak berdampak negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on human life, one of which is in teaching and learning activities. Both students, teachers, and agencies are required to adapt to the situation and change learning methods to distance learning (online). The purpose of this research is to look for factors that influence teacher readiness for change, especially in terms of leadership and organizational culture. This study uses a quantitative approach to the statistical analysis used in the multiple regression method assisted by the SPSS tool. The measuring instruments used are arranged using a Likert scale based on various theories. From the results obtained, the principal's leadership and organizational culture have a significant influence on teacher readiness for change both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Transcendence in the workplace is an individual's sense of connectedness to colleagues and the larger community through the perception of work as a service for the common good that generates a sense of completeness and fulfillment. To analyze it, a measuring instrument is needed that can measure this. This study aims to adapt transcendence at work measuring instruments and test the psychometric properties to be tested on Muslim workers in Indonesia. This measuring instrument has been confirmed suitable for use in Hindu workers in India, but there have been no studies that test this measuring instrument on Muslim workers. The concept of transcendence which is quite attached to the teachings of Islam makes researchers interested in conducting this research. The transcendence at work measuring instrument developed by Khari and Sinha consists of 3 dimensions and 12 items that can measure transcendence in the workplace. The process of adapting measuring instruments refers to the International Test Commission. This study involved 200 Muslim workers in Indonesia. The reliability tests used are alpha Cronbach and CFA to measure construct validity. It was found that all items in the transcendence at work measuring instrument can measure transcendence in the workplace in Muslim workers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Optimal performance of police personnel is a crucial prerequisite for delivering effective public services, particularly in the traffic sector, which directly impacts the community. In carrying out law enforcement and public service functions, police performance serves as a benchmark for institutional success in fostering public safety and order. The West Java Regional Police Traffic Directorate, as the frontline of traffic management in the province, is expected to have personnel who are not only professional but also responsive and highly committed. In this context, continuous training, a fair reward system, and strong work motivation are considered three key factors that can drive improved field performance. To address these issues, this study adopts a quantitative approach using descriptive and path analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 members of The West Java Regional Police Traffic Directorate, selected using the Slovin formula. The research instruments were designed to measure respondents' perceptions of training, rewards, motivation, and performance. Each variable was analyzed both simultaneously and partially to determine its contribution to personnel performance. SThe results indicate that training, rewards, and motivation have a positive influence on police performance. Among these variables, training emerged as the most dominant factor influencing performance, followed by motivation and rewards. Furthermore, the findings suggest the presence of other influencing factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The school productivity of each institution needs to be considered in order to create optimal graduate results. School productivity needs to be considered because it affects the growth and development of the institution. Therefore, this study was conducted where in the observation there were problems, especially at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Klari District, Karawang. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method. Population of 240 teachers, sample of 150 teachers, Non Probability sampling technique, based on sample provisions by Slovin, data collection technique questionnaire "Likert scale" and data processing technique path analysis and using SPSS version 25 application. Teacher competency variables can be stated in the category of good enough and running optimally, organizational culture variables can be stated in the category of good enough and so is the motivation variable is in the category of good enough and has an effect on school productivity in integrated Islamic elementary schools in Klari District, Karawang. Teacher competency, organizational culture and motivation have a significant relationship. Teacher competency on school productivity also has a greater influence. This study aims to determine how much influence teacher competence have on school productivity at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Klari District, Karawang. This study was conducted at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Klari District, Karawang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Work Life Balance and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This study used a population of 41 employees working in the Lab Clinic of PT Biofit Putra Bandung using descriptive and verification methods. The data collection technique used by the researcher was to use primary and secondary data sources in the form of questionnaires given to employees of the Lab Clinic of PT Biofit Putra Bandung. The analysis used was path analysis using SPSS software version 27 The results of this study indicate that the variables of Work Life Balance is considered quite good, Work Motivation is considered quite good and Employee Performance is considered quite good. The verification show that Work Life Balance affects Employee Performance, Work Motivation affects Employee Performance and there is an effect of Work Life Balance and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the clinical lab section of PT. Biofit Putra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di departemen laboratorium PT. Pan Asia Jaya Abadi, sebuah perusahaan tekstil di Bandung. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dari seluruh 43 staf laboratorium dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Gaya kepemimpinan menunjukkan efek total sebesar 33,1% terhadap kinerja (21,9% langsung, 11,2% melalui komunikasi), sementara komunikasi berkontribusi sebesar 24,8% (13,6% langsung, 11,2% melalui kepemimpinan). Kedua variabel tersebut bersama-sama menjelaskan 58% varians kinerja (R² = 0,580). Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua faktor tersebut merupakan prediktor yang signifikan dan interaksi di antara keduanya memperkuat dampak masing-masing. Hasil ini merekomendasikan pelatihan terintegrasi kepemimpinan-komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengendalian kualitas di laboratorium manufaktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Penggilingan Padi Angga Jaya, Anjatan-Indramayu. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan kesuksesan organisasi, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan di industri pengolahan padi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 50 karyawan, yang semuanya menjadi responden (metode sensus). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja memperoleh skor total 1.070, dikategorikan sebagai cukup baik. (2) Disiplin kerja memiliki skor berkisar antara 154 hingga 207, dikategorikan sebagai cukup baik. (3) Kompensasi memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,41, dikategorikan sebagai cukup baik. (4) Kinerja karyawan menunjukkan skor tertinggi 198 untuk indikator "selalu mencapai target" dan skor terendah 137 untuk "keterlibatan karyawan", dikategorikan sebagai cukup baik. Analisis regresi membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja (B = 0.668; t = 7.791; Sig. = 0.000), disiplin kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja (B = 0.300; t = 3.492; Sig. = 0.001), dan kompensasi memiliki efek positif dan signifikan (Sig. < 0.05). Secara bersamaan, ketiga variabel tersebut secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (F = 54.630; Sig. = 0.000) dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,9% (R2 = 0.699). Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja, memperkuat disiplin, dan memberikan kompensasi yang adil guna mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal.
