Abstract

Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS, 2007) menunjukkan penderita Diabetes Militus di Indonesia usia 65 sampai usia 74 tahun berjumlah 2,4 % dan  usia 75 tahun keatas berjumlah 2,2%. Sementara itu di Kota Tasikmalaya dalam satu tahun terakhir ini terdapat 547 orang lansia usia 60 tahun keatas yang teridentifikasi mempunyai penyakit  DM atau sekitar 0,7%. Tujuan penelitin ini untuk membuat penilaian terhadap gambaran kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat lansia diabetes mellitus tipe 2 sebelum dan sesudah therapi psikoedukasi keluargaJenis penelitian yang  dilakukan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiman,. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah konsekutif sampling, yang terdiri dari 20 kelompok intervensi dan 20 kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor pada kelompok intervensi yang mendapatkan terapi Psikoedukasi keluargayaitu kemampuan kognitif sebelum perlakukan 7,90 setelah perlakukan menjadi 10,70 sedangkan kemampuan psikomotor sebelum perlakuan 11,20 menjadi 15,75. Sementara kelompok yang tidak dilakukan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga tidak terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dalam merawat lansia dengan DM tipe 2. Berdasarkan hasil tersebutmaka terapi psikoedukasi keluarga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat klien lansia dengan Diabetes militus tipe 2.

Abstract

Banyak faktor untuk dapat melakukan pencegahan sedini mungkin terhadap Covid-19. Langkah awal yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah atau petugas kesehatan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik mengenai Covid-19. Hal ini dikarena pengetahuan dan persepsi yang baik dapat memberikan dampak positif terhap imunitas seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaf dengan desain pre and post grup design. Sampel sebanyak 30 orang melalui teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kusioner pengetahuan dan persepsi, serta kecemasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu pemberian animasi tersebut. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis yang dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan dan persepsi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan animasi. Hasil lain adalah akibat dari pengeatahuan dan kecemasan yang baik mengenai Covid-19 dapat mengontrol kecemasannya sehingga berpengaruh terhadap imunitas seseorang dalam masa pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Peningkatan usia lanjut membawa konsekuesi peningkatan kejadian penyakit degenaratif, salah satunya penyakit hipertensi. Penyakit hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sifatnya kronis dan merupakan faktor utama penyebab gagal jantung, gagal ginjal dan stroke. Angka kejadian hipertensi di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun terjadi peningkatan termsuk di Jawa Barat dan juga di Kota Tasikmalaya. Upaya strategi yang sudah diprogramkan pemerintah adalah melalui PIS-PK, dimana pelayanan pada pasien hipertensi merupakan salah satu indicator. Pendekatan ini mendorong kemandirian keluarga dalam merawat anggota keluarga (lansia). Kemandirian ini dapat dicapai bila keluarga memiliki pengetahuan. sikap dan keeterampilan dalam merawat lansia hipertensi. Upaya untuk meningkatakan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan edukasi. Salah satu media edukasi yaitu berbentuk audio visual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peningkatan tingkat kemandirian keluarga dalam merawat lansia hipertensi menggunakan edukasi video. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 orang kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang kelompok control. Hasil yang di dapatkan adalah sebelum dilakukan intervensi edukasi video baik kelompok intervensi maupun kelompok control berada pada tingkat kemandirian 1 dan setelah dilakukan intervensi edukasi video terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Indonesia continues to increase, even though DM control policies and programs have been implemented. According to existing policies, the family has not been involved in diabetes control. This study evaluates diabetes mellitus management policies by designing family-based community empowerment model interventions with a systems approach to surge capacity.   Methods: The design of this study used a cross-sectional operational analysis conducted in Cirebon City with 26 participants. Data collection was carried out using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews using interview guidelines from the surge capacity component. Inclusion criteria were Non-Communicable Diseases program holders at the Cirebon City Health Office and Community Health Centers with the highest and lowest prevalence, and DM sufferers and their families representing each age and gender category. Data analysis was performed using open code.   Results: The non-communicable disease program has not been integrated between the health office and the hospital; funds for the DM prevention program have not met the needs; there are limited human resources with multiple tasks and an excessive workload, so it is not optimal for DM health services; and there is a lack of family involvement in diabetes control, so the incidence of DM is still not usually controlled.   Conclusion: Policy studies using a system approach in surge capacity have been able to dig up various information on DM control efforts in terms of policy, organizational structure, DM surveillance, information systems, integrated services, case screening, budgeting, and community empowerment.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction impact Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Using a quantitative research approach, the study analyzed data from 70 respondents across 20 manufacturing companies in West Java and processed it through the SEM-PLS methodology. The study findings suggest that Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction both have a direct influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in manufacturing companies located in West Java.

Abstract

The performance of Vocational Program lecturers at Private Polytechnics in West Java shows signs of being below par. This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture, lecturer morale, and empowerment on lecturer happiness, and how these factors ultimately affect the performance of lecturers at private polytechnic universities in West Java. The primary framework utilized in this research is a combination of Management Science and Organizational Theory. By employing a Middle Range Theory approach, the study also incorporates elements of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, the study draws upon the applied theories of Organizational Culture, Morale, Empowerment, Happiness, and Performance. A comprehensive review of the literature has led to the formulation of the following hypotheses: Organizational culture and work enthusiasm have a simultaneous influence on happiness, organizational culture directly impacts happiness, work enthusiasm significantly affects happiness, and happiness directly influences lecturer performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the extent to which the implementation of current education and training programs affects the job productivity of kindhearted employees. According to the findings from data analysis, there are certain factors pertaining to the execution of education and training programs that should be taken into account and improved upon. These factors include: In order to enhance the efficiency of employees, there are several key elements that must be considered when implementing instructional and training programs. These include the preparation of materials, non-formal instruction, plan preparation, fostering camaraderie among educators, offering diverse training options, implementing effective strategies, and creating comprehensive training manuals. Additionally, it is crucial to maintain formal instruction, ensure teachers possess the necessary skills and capacities, provide adequate training facilities, develop comprehensive training curricula, and conduct regular assessments. The successful implementation of these instructional and training programs directly impacts the productivity of employees. Despite the theoretical nature of training programs, their practical application remains significant in the work of employees. Therefore, an appropriate and well-designed instructional and training program will undoubtedly contribute to increased employee productivity.

Abstract

Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa ada 60 pasien gangguan jiwa yang terdaftar di Puskesmas Kawalu, tetapi tidak ada data tentang masyarakat sehat jiwa atau gangguan risiko. Oleh karena itu, untuk menemukan dan menjaga kesehatan jiwa masyarakat, kader sehat jiwa harus diberdayakan. Dalam upaya untuk menurunkan angka kejadian gangguan jiwa di masyarakat, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pelatihan 46 kader sehat jiwa untuk deteksi dini masalah kesehatan jiwa. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, dan peran. Hasilnya, terkumpul data tentang kategori sehat jiwa, risiko sehat jiwa, dan gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work climate and motivation on employee performance at the Primary Health Care Unit (UPTD Puskesmas) in Tasikmalaya City. Employee performance (Y) is affected by work climate (X1) and motivation (X2) both partially and simultaneously. However, there are dimensions within each variable that require improvement, such as leadership's responsiveness to assistance requests in the work climate and the provision of recognition in motivation. The research employs a descriptive and verificative survey method with path analysis. Findings reveal that a positive work climate fosters a conducive work environment, while strong motivation drives employees towards achieving organizational goals. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that factors of leadership, work climate, motivation, and employee performance are interrelated within the context of Primary Health Care Units, contributing to the effectiveness of primary healthcare services.

Abstract

Self-care is self-care is done to maintain good health, both physically and psychologically. No one in four people experienci mental problems in the world, an estimated 450 milion people worldwide who experience mental health disorder (World Health Organization). The purpose of research to describe self-care in patient with mental disorders regarding personal hygiene, ornate, eating, and toileting (defecate or urinate) in the Liver of the Foundation Sun Tasikmalaya City. Self-care deficit is impaired ability to perform activities which consisted of a shower, ornate, eating, and toileting (defecate or urinate) or personal hygiene independently. The method in this research is descriptive. The patient population 200 people with mental disorders, sampling random was 22 people, the type of research instrument used observation sheet, measured by observing the way. The result of self-care personal hygiene of patients with mental disorder category are not good (100%), personal care ornate category are not better than male patients (41%), personal care ornate of the patients were female category was not good (45%), both category (14%), personal care eating the category is not well (91%), while self-care toileting (defecate oe urinate) category is not good (82%). Both category (18%). Self-care deficit mental patients due to a lack of motivation and lack of facilities and infrastructure. All patients with mental disorders self-care deficit, expected to officer foundations to increase motivation and attention to the fulfilment facilities and infrastructure.
