Abstract

Banyak faktor untuk dapat melakukan pencegahan sedini mungkin terhadap Covid-19. Langkah awal yang dapat dilakukan pemerintah atau petugas kesehatan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik mengenai Covid-19. Hal ini dikarena pengetahuan dan persepsi yang baik dapat memberikan dampak positif terhap imunitas seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaf dengan desain pre and post grup design. Sampel sebanyak 30 orang melalui teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kusioner pengetahuan dan persepsi, serta kecemasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu pemberian animasi tersebut. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis yang dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan dan persepsi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan animasi. Hasil lain adalah akibat dari pengeatahuan dan kecemasan yang baik mengenai Covid-19 dapat mengontrol kecemasannya sehingga berpengaruh terhadap imunitas seseorang dalam masa pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Tracking, tracing dan isolasi mandiri penderita covid-19 merupakan upaya tatalaksana terpilih dari seluruh negara didunia untuk pencegahan dan pemutusan rantai penularan. Implementasi kebijakan tatalaksana covid 19 di puskesmas perlu dievaluasi, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dan dampak kontraproduktifnya, karena kasus sejenis dapat terjadi kapan saja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi kebijakan tata laksana covid-19 meliputi tracking,tracing dan isolasi terhadap burnout tenaga kesehatan sesuai dengan pengalaman pelaksana. Metoda penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 24 orang informan terdiri dari Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Puskesmas, tenaga surveilans dan tenaga kesehatan, masyarakat penyintas covid 19 di lima puskesmas, serta 124 tenaga kesehatan yang ditentukan secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, diskusi kelompok terarah, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan teknik kualitatif melalui reduksi, dan interpretasi data, validasi data dengan triangulasi terhadap sumber data dan metode, serta menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi pelacakan kontak erat dan pemantauan isolasi mandiri serta vaksinasi tahun 2020 sampai Juni 2022 belum mencapai target. Pelaksana sudah memahami kebijakan sesuai fungsi pelaksana sehingga disadari sebagai tanggung jawab profesi. Kebijakan tatalaksana dikomunikasikan secara berjenjang dan bertahap sesuai kebijakan nasional yang berlaku secara struktural direktif. Koordinasi, integrasi dan sinkronisasi dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal. Terbatasnya jumlah tenaga teknis pelaksana, dan belum terintegrasinya sistem informasi menyebabkan tingkat burnout mayoritas pelaksana kategori rendah sampai sedang, artinya tenaga kesehatan merasakan adanya tuntutan tugas yang tinggi dan mengganggu pikiran, dan waktu istirahat tetapi tidak mengganggu tugas, karena tata nilai budaya saling membantu dan ikhlas berkorban sebagai bentuk ibadah menjadi motivasi kuat pelaksana tugas.

Abstract

The performance of Vocational Program lecturers at Private Polytechnics in West Java shows signs of being below par. This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture, lecturer morale, and empowerment on lecturer happiness, and how these factors ultimately affect the performance of lecturers at private polytechnic universities in West Java. The primary framework utilized in this research is a combination of Management Science and Organizational Theory. By employing a Middle Range Theory approach, the study also incorporates elements of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, the study draws upon the applied theories of Organizational Culture, Morale, Empowerment, Happiness, and Performance. A comprehensive review of the literature has led to the formulation of the following hypotheses: Organizational culture and work enthusiasm have a simultaneous influence on happiness, organizational culture directly impacts happiness, work enthusiasm significantly affects happiness, and happiness directly influences lecturer performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the extent to which the implementation of current education and training programs affects the job productivity of kindhearted employees. According to the findings from data analysis, there are certain factors pertaining to the execution of education and training programs that should be taken into account and improved upon. These factors include: In order to enhance the efficiency of employees, there are several key elements that must be considered when implementing instructional and training programs. These include the preparation of materials, non-formal instruction, plan preparation, fostering camaraderie among educators, offering diverse training options, implementing effective strategies, and creating comprehensive training manuals. Additionally, it is crucial to maintain formal instruction, ensure teachers possess the necessary skills and capacities, provide adequate training facilities, develop comprehensive training curricula, and conduct regular assessments. The successful implementation of these instructional and training programs directly impacts the productivity of employees. Despite the theoretical nature of training programs, their practical application remains significant in the work of employees. Therefore, an appropriate and well-designed instructional and training program will undoubtedly contribute to increased employee productivity.

Abstract

Background: Fatigue in pregnant women can lead to cesarean delivery, also triggering problems during pregnancy, childbirth, and the puerperium. Therefore, there is a need for non-pharmacological interventions to reduce the level of fatigueObjective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) and aromatherapy to complaints of fatigue in pregnant womenMethods: This is a quasi-experiment with pretest and post-test with control group design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, consisted of 52 respondents who were divided into two groups. The statistical using a paired t-test and independent t-testResults: After the administration of PMR and aromatherapy interventions, the fatigue score decreased significantly from 5.15 to 3.15; p<0.001. In the control group, the fatigue score was reduced from 5.04 to 4.00; p<0.0001. There was a significant difference in fatigue scores in the intervention and control groups (3.15 ± 1.592 vs. 4.00 ± 0.980; p<0.05).Conclusion: Combination progressive muscle relaxation exercises and aromatherapy are effective in reducing fatigue scores in pregnant women

Abstract

Proses penuaan berdampak pada berbagai sistem tubuh, termasuk sistem kardiovaskular yang dapat menyebabkan hipertensi. Prevalensi hipertensi pada lansia terus meningkat, terutama akibat pengelolaan yang kurang tepat, sehingga berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi serius. Kombinasi rendam kaki air hangat dan aromaterapi cendana dapat menjadi alternatif terapi nonfarmakologi melalui aktivasi sistem saraf otonom parasimpatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi rendam kaki air hangat dan aromaterapi cendana terhadap tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group. Jumlah responden penelitian ini 28 orang (14 kelompok intervensi; 14 kelompok kontrol). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi harian dengan alat ukur sphygmomanometer terkalibrasi. Untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi, analisis statistik dilakukan dengan Uji dependent T test dan independen T test. Terdapat perbedaan rerata tekanan darah setelah pada kelompok intervensi dengan (p-value 0,016) pada sistolik dan (p-value 0,023) pada diastolik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi rendam kaki air hangat dan aromaterapi cendana berpengaruh dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Intervensi ini dapat diterapkan sebagai terapi nonfarmakologi yang sederhana dan mudah dilakukan di tatanan komunitas.

Abstract

Background: Elderly people experience a natural decline in body function (aging process) over a long period of time. One of the problems that can occur in the elderly is pressure sores. The worldwide incidence of decubitus ulcers ranges from 1 to 56, with 60 to 90% occurring in people over 65 years of age. Skin care to prevent pressure sores is a back massage using VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) as a moisturizer. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) back massage therapy on the risk of pressure sores in the elderly at the Welas Asih Home, Tasikmalaya Regency. Method: The research design used was a quasi-experimental one-group pretest and posttest using quantitative methods. This study used the Braden Scale to measure the risk of pressure ulcers in respondents. The sample for this study consisted of 18 elderly people from Panti Welas Asih who met the inclusion criteria. This test was carried out twice a day for four consecutive days, from 3 May to 8 May 2023. An analysis was performed to determine the impact of this research using a paired sample t-test. Results: obtained p-value = 0.000 < α. α value = 0.05. Conclusion: Back massage therapy with VCO is effective in preventing the risk of pressure ulcers in the elderly at Panti Welas Asih.

Abstract

Pelayanan rumah sakit dituntut meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas dalam menunjang kesehatan individu dan masyarakat, Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit sangat di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yang paling dominan adalah sumber daya manusia dan salah satunya adalah tenaga perawat. Perawat dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien, beban  tugas perawat yang meningkatka  dapat menyebabkan timbulnya stres. Stres kerja yang muncul dan tidak ditangani dengan baik tentu akan berdampak, baik bagi fisiologis, psikologis maupun sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stress kerja, dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap. Metode penetian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan jenis data kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah beban kerja dan stres kerja perawat dalam katagori sedang dan ada pengaruh antara beban kerja terhadap stres kerja

Abstract

This study aims to develop a theoretical model that explores the relationship between sense of belonging and work effectiveness among employees. Sense of belonging, defined as an individual’s feeling of being a valued and integral part of an organization, has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in enhancing employee motivation and performance. However, the mechanisms through which sense of belonging influences work effectiveness remain underexplored. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this paper proposes a model that illustrates how sense of belonging impacts work effectiveness directly and indirectly through mediating variables such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. Data were collected from a diverse sample of employees across various industries, and the results indicate a significant positive correlation between sense of belonging and work effectiveness. The findings suggest that fostering a strong sense of belonging within organizations can lead to improved work outcomes, providing valuable insights for human resource management practices

Abstract

Based on the results of the preliminary study that the number of patients with mental disorders registered at the Puskesmas was 22 person while data on risk disorders and mental health communities did not yet exist. Therefore it is necessary to form mental health Kader to identify and maintain the mental health of the community through Kader. This community service activity consists of three activities, namely mental health Kader training activities, early detection of mental health problems and, mental health counseling activities. Kader training activities were carried out using lecture, question and answer methods, and role play. Activities for early detection of mental health problems are carried out by Kader as well. Outreach activities to the community about mental health are carried out together with Kader. The participation of Kader who attended were targeted at 80%, in fact 98% attended. There was an increase in knowledge from the pre and post scores, namely the pre-test score of 72 to 85 post-test scores. The discovery of new cases of clients with mental disorders that had not previously been recorded in the public health's data.
