Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis persiapan latihan yang dilakukan para atlet bola voli putri Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey dan menggunakan populasi atlet tim bola voli putri Jawa Timur yang berjumlah sepuluh orang. Sehingga atlet bola voli putri Jawa Timur yang menjadi subjek penelitian tidak terbatas pada usia tertentu. Instrumen Penelitian dikembangkan oleh peneliti dan uji validitasnya oleh tim ahli yang berlatar belakang pelatih, akademisi dan pengurus di PBVSI Jawa Timur. Instrumen ini berbentuk skala likert dan terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu dimensi dukungan, sarana prasarana, pelayanan, prosedur persiapan Latihan, kesiapan mental atlet dalam persiapan latihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan google form dan di share melalui grup whatsapp yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan uji deskriptif dengan memunculkan persentase secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan dari dimensi dukungan, pelayanan, prosedur persiapan Latihan dan kesiapan mental atlet dalam berlatih memiliki penilaian yang baik serta melebihi 90%. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu dioptimalkan beberapa dari dimensi dukungan, dimensi pelayanan dan dimensi kesiapan mental atlet. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu lima dimensi penilaian persiapan atlet tim bola voli putri secara keseluruhan sudah baik dan perlu ditingkatkan beberapa indikator untuk memaksimalkan kinerja atlet yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research is aimed and finding how far the effect of barbell curl and shoulder press load and to enhance the power of arm muscle at the students of sport program in IKIP Mataram 2016 generation. This research use quantitative approach with pseudo Quasi Experimental Design (Sriundy, 2015 p.200) and (pretest and postest control group design).the subject of this research is amount thirty nine students of sport program who are being decided to follow the pretest, thirteen students as the first experiment groups who are given barbell curl exercise then the second groups are given shoulder press exercise, thirteen students as a control group. Collecting data method uses agility t-test instrument.to measure the power of the arm muscle use ball medicine test, the strength of the arm muscle use expanding dynamometer. The data analyzing use in this research is t-test and analysis of varians. Based on the data collected, it can be concluded there is significant enhancement of the second experiment groups compare to the first and the control group. Finally the result of shoulder press exercising which is given more effective to the power of arm muscle and the strength muscle at the students of sport program in IKIP Mataram in 2016 academic year. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan beban barbell Curl dengan Shoulder Press terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan olahraga angkatan 2016 IKIP Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu Quasi Experimental Design (Sriundy,2015.p.200) dan desain yang digunakan yaitu (Pretest and Postest Control Group Design). Subjek penelitian yang berjumlah 39 mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan olahraga yang dilakukan pretest untuk menentukan pembagian kelompok masing-masing 13 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen I yang diberi program latihan barbell curl berikutnya kelompok eksperimen II yang diberi program latihan shoulder press dan 13 mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan olahraga selanjutnya sebagai kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Untuk mengukur power otot lengan menggunakan tes medicine ball selanjutnya kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan expanding dynamometer. Sedangkan analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji beda (t-test) dan (Anova) Analisis of Varians. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang lebih signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen II dibandingkan dengan kelompok eksperimen I dan kontrol. Dan dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah dari hasil pemberian pelatihan shoulder press memberikan hasil yang lebih efektif terhadap peningkatan power otot lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan olahraga angkatan 2016 IKIP Mataram. Abstract

Covid-19 affects various aspects of life, including sports and everything in it, including athletes. Physical conditions, training patterns/programs, nutrition, and psychological athletes are required to be well maintained even though there are obstacles during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to provide an overview of physical conditions, exercise patterns, nutrition/eating patterns, and the psychology of athletes during the pandemic based on the results of the analysis of published articles. The method used in this research is literature study or literature review. A literature study is a research design used in collecting data sources related to a topic. Data collection for the literature study was carried out using a database search tool to search for literature sources regarding physical conditions, training patterns and programs, nutrition/eating patterns, and psychological athletes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the data set that match the criteria to be conveyed in this study are five articles in each sub-discussion, including reports that have been published nationally and internationally. The results of the literature review analysis are expected to be used as studies or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in the attention of athletes, especially in physical conditions, training patterns/programs—nutrition/diet and psychology of athletes during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The first covid-19 case was founded in Indonesia on March 2020. Then, Indonesian government then announced the study from home policy a few weeks afterward. The teaching learning activity needs to be conducted by online teaching. This study aimed to evaluate the online teaching process at Physical Education subject. There were 447 physical education teachers were involved in this study. The Physical Education Online Learning Scale (PEOLS) was developed and used as research instrument in this study. The construct validity and reliability of PEOLS are 63.288 % and α = .880. The data were analyzed by independent t-tens and one-way anova based on gender (male/female), school status (public/private), and age groups. The result, there are significant different on age and teaching place. Younger teachers are facing less difficulties in online teaching (sig. >0.05). Furthermore, the teachers who teach in the public area have more beneficial in their teaching process (sig. >0.05). In Conclusion, the online teaching learning activity during covid-19 pandemic were influenced by the teachers’ capability of using internet and the accessibility of online teaching facility.

Abstract

Service atas merupakan gerak dasar permainan bolavoli yang dilakukan dengan posisi badan sedikit condong kedepan dengan posisi tangan diatas kepala untuk memukul bola dan menjaga keseimbangan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa paham siswa dalam menangkap materi tentang keterampilan gerak dasar service atas bolavoli menggunakan media bola yang dimodifikasi dengan cara menggambarkan atau menjelaskan situasi yang terjadi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen pada dua kelas dengan total siswa sebanyak 40 siswa yang dimana sampel di ambil secara acak atau random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dengan melakukan service atas, sebelum dilakukan penilaian diberikan pembelajaran selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi satu minggu satu kali setiap hari Kamis. Gerak dasar permainan bolavoli yang dilakukan adalah service atas berdurasi 90 menit (tiga jam pelajaran) dengan rincian gerakan meliputi pemanasan, gerakan inti, dan pendinginan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terjadi setelah melakukan pembelajaran data di olah menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji paired sample t test di SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa Sig < Alpha (0.000 < 0.05) menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap perbedaan perlakuan yang diberikan karena Sig < Alpha, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pembelajaran sesuai indikator service atas permainan bolavoli menggunakan media bola yang dimodifikasi berpengaruh terhadap siswa yang semula tidak bisa melakukan service atas setelah diberikan pembelajaran siswa dapat melakukannya dengan benar sesuai dengan indikator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stop motion media on learning motivation. This research uses quantitative. The sample used is class XI as many as 45 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire of 27 statements for learning media and 26 statements for learning motivation with a Likert scale. The results of the research obtained are stop motion learning media has an effect of 9.1% on learning motivation. The conclusion in this study is that stop motion learning media can be used as a solution to increase students' learning motivation

Abstract

Penurunan motivasi siswa dalam belajar pendidikan jasmani di era saat ini menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran hybrid terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam pendidikan jasmani. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dan desain One-Shot Case Study. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berasal dari siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya dan teknik untuk penentuan sampel menggunakan total sampling, sehingga terpilih 44 siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji normalitas melalui Shapiro-Wilk. Wilcoxon untuk menguji perbedaan motivasi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pembelajaran hybrid. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan motivasi siswa dikarenakan efek dari pembelajaran hybrid dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran hybrid dapat menjadi solusi bagi guru pendidikan jasmani sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah.

Abstract

The research objective was to find out whether and how much influence plastic ball modification had on volleyball learning on students' learning motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Torjun. This research method is a quantitative method with quasi-experimental research using a one-group pretest-pottest design. This study used the population as the sample in the study, namely class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Torjun with 75 students. The data collection procedure was carried out by the researcher by giving a learning motivation questionnaire, giving treatment or treatment then filling out a motivational study questionnaire again. Data analysis used the mean, standard deviation, normality test, t-test of similar samples, and percentages. The results showed that the learning motivation of students before being given treatment was 60.28% in the medium category. Then given treatment with a modified ball and again given a learning motivation questionnaire which showed a value of 86.75% included in the very high category. So that the percentage that there is an increase in the modification of plastic balls in volleyball learning on student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Torjun with a percentage of 67% is in the high category.

Abstract

This study aims to test the application of interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline to increase student motivation in PJOK lessons. Work Safety material focuses on research studied by grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 14 Madiun. This research is classified as development research developed using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research on interactive multimedia development based on articulate storyline work safety material developed according to material experts, media experts, and linguists are very valid, with a percentage of 84%, 84%, and 88%. Student learning motivation using articulate storyline learning media is classified as a very high category with an average percentage of 86%. The results of this study show that the development of interactive multimedia based on an articulate storyline can increase student motivation in class VIII PJOK lessons at SMP Negeri 14 Madiun

Abstract

Physical fitness is one of the needs that must be met so that many activities such as playing, working, exercising and studying do not feel excessively tired. The goal is to influence the human body's ability to develop its tasks better and develop the body's strength and abilities. Extracurricular sports are various activities carried out outside class hours and carried out outdoors. The aim is to support students' achievements in the sports they like. This research aims to determine the comparison of the physical fitness levels of students who take part in extracurricular volleyball at SMAN 2 Lamongan and SMAN 3 Lamongan. Researchers use a comparative type in this research with a quantitative approach. The total population for this study was 60, divided into 30 in each agency. The instrument used is MFT. Sample collection used purposive sampling. The results of this research are that there is no significant difference between the physical fitness of students who take part in volleyball extracurriculars at SMAN 2 Lamongan and SMAN 3 Lamongan as seen based on the t-count value (-0.022 < 1.671) and Sig value (0.983 > 0.05).
