Abstract

For applying good mining principles, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 1827 provides guidelines on the implementation of coal conservation, one of which is joint mining at the IUP border. Joint mining is called the Sharing Wall Project which aims to optimize the achievement of marginal reserve mining recovery. Technically, the Sharing Wall Project can only be carried out if both companies are mining simultaneously at the IUP border with the geometry parameters and policies that have been previously agreed upon. Therefore, it is necessary to have a LOM Design Option that is safe to do during the preparation process as well as to anticipate if there is no cooperation agreement. Making the LOM Design Options must take into account the analysis of slope stability and the potential amount of remaining marginal reserves. Factors that influence the results of slope stability analysis are the groundwater level and the overall slope design. The geotechnical recommendation after declaring the LOM Design Option safe is to add ground water level data and material properties in the rehandle disposal area to strengthen the next analysis. Marginal coal that is not mined at the IUP border becomes a gain when the Sharing Wall Project collaboration is carried out. Based on the calculation of reserves the Design Option LOM resulted in a total coal gain of 2.6 million tons for both companies. This means additional royalty payments to the Government from the acquisition of marginal coal reserves at the IUP border.

Abstract

Dunia usaha adalah dunia yang terus berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Setiap individu yang menjalankan usaha, senantiasa mencari jalan untuk selalu memperoleh sesuatu yang lebih menguntungkan dari sebelumnya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha dan Motivasinya terhadap peluang mahasiswa dalam memasuki dunia usaha bagi mahasiswa.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kreatifitas dan motivasi dapat memberikan kontibusi ataupun pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peluang memasuki dunia usaha bagi mahasiswa Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kantitatif, Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan Variabel Kreatifitas (X1) dan Variabel Motivasi (X2) serta Variabel Dunia Usaha (Y) yaitu dengan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner, setelah sebelumnya melakukan wawancara dan observasi, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muhadi setiabudi, sedangkan yang dijadikan sampel adalah 57 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang sudah mempunyai usaha. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif yaitu menyajikan data masing-masing variabel secara tunggal, dan inferensial ststistik yaitu untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan metode One-Way ANOVA, hipotesis penelitian dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dapat diandalkan pada variabel X1 dengan Cronbach Alpa (Thitung = 0,777> ttabel = 0,244) dan Variabel X2 Cronbach Alpa (Thitung = 0,872> ttabel = 0,244) sedangkan koefisien determinasi sederhana (R Square) = 0,885 dengan nilai probabilitas sig = 0,000. Berarti sig> yaitu 0,000 <0,885 sehingga R Square = 0,885 signifikan, rata-rata variabel peran Kreatifitas dan Motivasi mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh 88,5% terhadap Peluang memasuki dunia usaha bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The twenty-first century may be referred to as the century of language, considering how human life is inseparable from the various forms of mass media. However, concerning the construction of facts and reality, especially whenever mass-media becomes colored by ego-centric tendencies, biases in reporting frequently occur that raiseethical problems. It follows that there has been a conspiracy behind mass-mediathat has impact inobstructing the function of media as a forum for political education for the people. Therefore, in order to reveal the conspiracy a new media text analysis method --which in this paper is called speech-act analysis method of communication-- is required. The method is heuristically, critically and contextually brought about through contemporary principles of Ordinary Language Philosophy. Thereby, in addition asserting that mass communication should be used ethically and with emancipation, this method will also examine the other media text analysismethods which have been known but may not be useful to discover conspiracy behind mass-media reports.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, it has greatly affected daily life and organizational life. Many organizations and even everyone has used web-based applications, both in personal projects, and in companies, because they are easily accessed anytime and anywhere by everyone. Therefore, with this theme as a learning media that can later be used after graduation and want to continue to the job level. The partner of this activity is SMK Negeri 43 Jakarta. This material is also brought as a means of training for SMK Negeri 43 in using the Wordpress application, and how to create a Portfolio using Wordpress. The stages of the event from preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparation stage is a survey to the place asking for permission and submission of proposals. Stages of direct activities in place on Monday, November 06, 2023, then presentation of material. The results of the activity gave students insight and understood that a web-based portfolio would be more flexible. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of liquidity, company size, and leverage on the financial performance of coal mining manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. This research uses financial performance as the dependent variable and liquidity, company size, and leverage as independent variables. The population used in the study consists of all coal mining manufacturing sector companies consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2020-2022, with a sample of 24 companies. The sampling method used in the study is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the liquidity variable has a non-significant positive effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the company size and leverage variables have a non-significant negative effect on financial performance. From the determination test, the Adjusted R square value is obtained at 0.055 or 5.5%, which can be interpreted as liquidity, company size, and leverage in this regression model are able to explain 5.5% of the dependent variable financial performance within the model

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of Islamic studies in building an understanding of law based on Qur'anic values. In the midst of the complexity of modern legal challenges, approaches that integrate Islamic teachings with contemporary legal principles are becoming increasingly relevant. Through analysis of Qur'anic texts and interpretations of scholars, this article identifies the moral and ethical values ​​contained in Islamic teachings and how these values ​​can be applied in the legal system. This research also explores the contribution of Islamic studies in creating a legal framework that is not only fair and just, but also reflects social justice and community welfare. Using qualitative methods, this article presents various perspectives from Islamic legal experts and academics, as well as case studies that show the application of Qur'anic values ​​in legal practice. It is hoped that the findings from this article can make a significant contribution to the development of law that is more inclusive and responsive to the needs of society, as well as strengthening the position of Islamic studies as a relevant scientific discipline in the current legal context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana pada bank syariah melalui pendekatan kajian literatur, dengan fokus pada efisiensi operasional, risiko manajemen, dan optimalisasi strategi. Pengelolaan dana dalam bank syariah tidak hanya berlandaskan aspek teknis, tetapi juga memegang prinsip syariah yang melarang riba dan gharar. Efisiensi operasional meningkat dari penurunan rasio Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan penerapan teknologi digital yang mendukung peningkatan aksesibilitas layanan perbankan. Di sisi lain, manajemen risiko meliputi mitigasi risiko syariah, risiko kredit, risiko operasional, risiko likuiditas, dan risiko pasar, dengan pendekatan pengawasan yang ketat serta kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Strategi optimalisasi dana dilakukan melalui diversifikasi sumber pembiayaan, inovasi produk keuangan, dan penerapan teknologi canggih untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana. Analisis data sekunder dari laporan tahunan bank syariah menunjukkan tren positif dalam pertumbuhan aset, Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), dan pembiayaan. Transformasi digital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana. Penelitian ini memberikan penguatan sinergi antara efisiensi, manajemen risiko yang efektif, dan optimalisasi strategi untuk memastikan keinginan dan daya saing bank syariah di masa depan .

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran UMKM dalam memperkuat perekonomian nasional melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis isi artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, laporan pemerintah, dan literatur akademis yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap PDB, penyerapan tenaga kerja, penanggulangan kemiskinan, dan pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ada, termasuk akses pembiayaan yang terbatas, literasi digital yang lemah, persaingan global, dan regulasi yang kompleks. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat faktor kunci keberhasilan UMKM: akses permodalan, infrastruktur, inovasi dan teknologi, serta dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Penguatan aspek-aspek tersebut melalui kebijakan yang holistik dan berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan peran UMKM sebagai pilar perekonomian nasional. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the model of collecting and distributing infaq funds at the Nurul Ashri Foundation Yogyakarta as an instrument for economic empowerment of the people. The focus of the article is to find out the model of collecting infaq of the Nurul Ashri Foundation, the distribution of infaq funds, and the economic empowerment of the ummah through infaq funds. This article uses a qualitative method with a field approach, where the researcher goes directly into observing and interacting with the subject to understand the phenomenon discussed. The research sample consisted of employees of the Nurul Ashri Foundation, Secretary, Treasurer, and Division Coordinator. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the collection and distribution of infaq funds at the Nurul Ashri Yogyakarta Foundation. Data analysis is carried out through four stages: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study concludes that the Nurul Asri Mosque develops a model of infak collection with social, digital, and transparent approaches, which increases public participation and trust. The Nurul Ashri Foundation distributes infak funds for educational, social, and religious purposes, with programs such as vegetable wholesale and educational scholarships that have a positive impact. In addition, infak funds are used for economic empowerment through borewell programs, skills training, entrepreneurship, and pre-marriage classes that strengthen the capacity of individuals and families.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has opened up new opportunities for the growth of creative businesses in the region, especially through the role of digital communities as social infrastructure that encourages collaboration, knowledge exchange, and commercialization of local products. This article explores the concept of a local digital ecosystem by placing the digital community as a key actor in building a contextual, inclusive, and locality-based digital ecosystem. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, reviewing the current literature related to digital communities, creative economy, and participatory technologies. The results of the study show that the digital community has a strategic role in strengthening the capabilities of MSME actors and local creators, especially in non-urban areas that are often marginalized by urban-centric narratives. This article offers a conceptual model based on five main elements: Community, Connectivity, Collaboration, Commercialization, and Sustainability (5K), which represents the dynamics of a community-based digital ecosystem. These findings make a conceptual contribution to the study of digital ecosystems with a bottom-up approach, as well as open up space for regional development policies that are more participatory, contextual, and based on local social forces.
