Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Inquiry Learning Model combined with the Respect Education approach on the achievement of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of eighth-grade students in the Integrated Social Sciences subject at SMP Negeri 1 Tilamuta. The study employed a quantitative method using a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 65 students. The results indicate that students who were taught using the Inquiry Learning Model showed greater improvement in HOTS achievement compared to those who received Expository Learning Model instruction in the Integrated Social Sciences subject for eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Tilamuta. This finding is supported by the results of a paired sample t-test, which revealed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 (P < 0.05), confirming a significant difference between the control and experimental groups. Therefore, the inquiry-based learning model, which emphasizes exploration and student autonomy, combined with the Respect Education approach that highlights appreciation of students' potential, is proven effective in improving Higher Order Thinking Skills.

Abstract

Gaya kognitif adalah suatu kecenderungan yang konsisten cara bereaksi terhadap rangsang dari lingkungan. mendefinisikan gaya kognitif sebagai dimensi psikologis yang merepresentasikan konsistensi individual dalam mengumpulkan dan memproses informasi. Gaya kognitif berkaitan dengan metode yang digunakan individu untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan menginterpretasi data dalam menyelesaikan suatu persoalan. Bahwa gaya kognitif merupakan bagian dari gaya belajar yang menggambarkan kebiasaan berprilaku relatif tetap dalam diri seseorang dalam menerima, memikirkan, memecahkan masalah maupun dalam menyimpan informasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kognitif Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Atinggola. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada Gaya Kognitif Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Atinggola. Besar Pengaruh Gaya Kognitif Terhadap Hasil Belajar yakni sebesar 93,3% dan sisanya sebesar 6,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of utilizing interactive learning multimedia on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the economics subject at SMA Negeri 4 Gorontalo. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The total sample consists of 60 students.The findings indicate that there is an influence of utilizing interactive learning multimedia on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the economics subject This is shown through data analysis using a paired sample t-test, which resulted in a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0 000. This value is far below the predetermined significance level of 005, indicating a significant difference between students' learning outcomes before and after utilizing interactive multimedia, as well as a significant difference between the experimental class (utilizing multimedia) and the control class (not utilizing multimedia). Therefore, the utilization of interactive learning multimedia not only provides variety in the teaching and learning process but also contributes meaningfully to improving students' conceptual understanding, material retention, and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the offect of using the Kahoot application on the learning motivation of Social Science students in grade XI studying economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tilango, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 115 students and a sample of 60 students, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include descriptive and statistical analysis using the SPSS 25 software (2025). The results indicate that the hypothesis testing regarding the Kahoot application’s effect on students’ learning motivation shows a moderately strong, positive, and significant effect, as demonstrated by the correlation coefficient value. The coefficient of determination indicates that the percentage of the efeect is 66.20%, while the remaining percentage is affected by other variables. Therefore, the results of this study empirically prove that the independent variable in this study is the use of the Kahoot application (X), and the dependent variable is the learning motivation of students (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Tilango, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of educational qualifications on the improvement of performance of village apparatus in Duhiadaa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive research method. This research utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to village apparatus in Duhiadaa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The sample consists of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 21. The findings indicate a positive (8.755 > 2.010) and significant (0.000 < 0.05) effect between educational qualifications and the improvement of performance of village apparatus in Duhiadaa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The coefficient of determination of the regression model is 0.615, which means that 61.5% of the variability in the improvement of the performance of village apparatus can be explained by educational qualifications. In other words, the better the educational qualifications of the village apparatus, the higher the performance they can achieve. This shows that education plays an important role in shaping the village apparatus's abilities, knowledge, and skills in effectively carrying out village government tasks. The remaining 38.5% is affected by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLiterasi keuangan yang baik di kalangan peta.ni kopra. dapat membantu mereka. mengelola pendapatan yang fluktuatif akibat perubahan harga pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan Petani Kopra, Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Terhadap Kesejahteraan Petani Kopra di Kec. Taopa Kab Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatf deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara Variabel Literasi Keuangan (XI), Pendapatan Petani Kopra (X2) dan Kebijakan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (X3) terhadap variabel Kesejahteraan Petani Kopra (Y). Variabilitas mengenai Variabel Kesejahteraan Petani Kopra dapat diterangkan oleh Variabel Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan Petani Kopra dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh Variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian iniABSTRACTGood financial literacy among copra farmers can help them manage their fluctuating income due to market price changes. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of financial literacy, copra farmer income, and village community empowerment on the welfare of copra farmers in Taopa District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 134 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of Financial Literacy (XI), Coconut Farmers' Income (X2), and Village Community Empowerment Policies (X3) and the variable of Coconut Farmers' Welfare (Y). The variability in the Coconut Farmer Welfare variable can be explained by the Financial Literacy variable, Coconut Farmer Income, and Village Community Empowerment. The remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Moodle-based e-learning on the social studies learning outcomes of grade IX students at MTs Negeri 3 South Bolaang Mongondow. The research employed a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental design using the Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 43 students from classes IX A and IX B. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using an Independent Sample T-test. The findings revealed that the average posttest score of the control class was 61.91, while the experimental class, which used Moodle-based e-learning, scored an average of 84.15. The significance value obtained was 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. These results suggest that the use of Moodle-based e-learning has a positive impact on student learning outcomes in social studies. Therefore, it can be concluded that Moodle is more effective than conventional learning methods in enhancing students’ academic performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Shopping Lifestyle and Discount Prices on Impulsive Buying through TikTok Shop media among Generation Z in Dulalowo Timur Village, Kota Tengah Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the sample size determined using the Siovin formula, resulting in 86 respondents. The data collection technique employed in this research is a questionnaire, which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Shopping Lifestyle and Discount Prices positively and significantly influence Impulsive Buying through TikTok Shop media. The coefficient of determination (R Square) indicates a value of 55.8%. In conclusion, Shopping Lifestyle and Discount Prices simultaneously influence Impulsive Buying through TikTok Shop media, while the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Fasilitas belajar adalah segala sesuatu yang diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar, baik yang bergerak maupun yang tidak bergerak, untuk memastikan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, teratur, efektif, dan efisien. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah kelengkapan fasilitas belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kelengkapan fasilitas sekolah mempengaruhi kesiapan belajar siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Kecamatan Randangan Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan sistematis dan objektif untuk menguji hipotesis yang ada. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung untuk variabel kelengkapan fasilitas sekolah adalah 6,502, sementara nilai t-tabel pada tingkat signifikansi 5% adalah 1,682. Karena t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel, maka hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Hal ini menyiratkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kelengkapan fasilitas sekolah terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa, di mana semakin baik kelengkapan fasilitas sekolah, semakin tinggi pula kesiapan belajar siswa. . Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,508, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kelengkapan fasilitas sekolah bisa meningkatkan 50,8% kesiapan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam upaya peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the KIP-K scholarship program policy and learning motivation on the academic achievement of students in the Economics Education Department at Gorontalo State University. The study applies a quantitative approach using survey techniques for data collection. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software. Information was collected directly from KIP-K scholarship recipients through questionnaires distributed at Gorontalo State University. The partial results show that there is a positive influence of the KIP-K Scholarship Program Policy (X1) on Academic Achievement (Y), with a t-value of 2.626 > 1.687 and significance level of 0.012 < 0.005. Learning Motivation (X2) also has an influence with a t-value of 4.067 > 1.687 and significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. Simultaneously, the KIP-K scholarship program policy and learning motivation significantly contribute to students’ academic achievement, with an F-value of 11.581 > 2.859 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. However, there are also other factors influencing academic achievement that were not the focus of this study, such as family support and environmental conditions, which account for 58.5% of the influence.
