Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the pattern of Coaching Children in Orphanages Arrohman Indonesian. The methods used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of determining the informant with a purposive sampling technique, key informants in this study is the head of the branch, the head of the dormitory, builder and foster care. The process of collecting data with interviews, documentation, observation. Techniques of data analysis and data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this research show that carried out a concerted pattern of authoritarian and democratic development that put more emphasis on Physical training, coaching, mentoring, coaching and Intellectual professions. Physical training is getting used to the child to follow the activities of sports such as gymnastics and healthy way in order to have a healthy and fit body. Construction of the religion that is the construction of the study about the system that regulates the faith (belief) and praying to the Almighty God and the rules relating to the guidelines for human beings and human beings and the environment. Construction of the intellect more leads to the childs academic ability meant that children can use in dealing with life issues intellect faced. Construction work and profession aims to provide economic security and youth labor candidates who are motivated, qualified ,skilled, creative and responsible.Keywords: Pattern, coaching

Abstract

Wajah merupakan salah satu ciri pada manusia untuk dapat dibedakan satu sama lain. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mendasari perbedaan setiap wajah manusia yaitu genetik, jenis kelamin, etnis dan usia. Seiring berjalannya waktu, wajah manusia mengalami beberapa perubahan akibat bertambahnya usia. Perubahan yang sering kali terjadi seperti penambahan garis halus pada wajah atau terdapat perubahan kontur pada wajah, hal tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengidentifikasi usia. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian melakukan pendeteksian usia berdasarkan wajah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Eigenface didasarkan pada metode statistik Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dengan menggunakan database fg-net yang berisi titik ciri dari citra wajah yang sudah diketahui usianya. Eigenvector dari Matriks fitur wajah data uji dibandingkan dengan eigenvector matriks dari database fg-net citra latih untuk menentukan kecocokan usia. Hasil pengujian usia berdasarkan citra wajah yang berasal dari 30 orang mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 56,66%.

Abstract

Teachers are not only required to be able to provide good teaching, provide good knowledge cognitively to students, so that students understand each material provided, but teachers should also be fun educators, educators who make students comfortable and motivated in learning. Even the teacher should also be the best model for students. Many cases occur, there are teachers whose students are not comfortable in class, teachers who always give corporal punishment, who are always angry with students. So this makes students' learning motivation to decrease, not only seen from their low learning outcomes, but also seen during learning activities at school, such as skipping class hours, often falling asleep, noisy in class and others. This paper discusses the application ofHigh-Touch, which is a counseling-based method, which can make learning fun, so that students become motivated in learning as; various efforts that can be done by the teacher, namely; 1). Generating student motivation by providing interesting learning methods. 2). Create a pleasant atmosphere in learning. 3). Using a variety of interesting presentation methods. 4). Give reasonable praise for each student's success. 5). Comment on student work. 6) Create competition and cooperation

Abstract

Various factors, including site-specific, determine the key to the success of pest control, carried out in a vast expanse, simultaneously and with good coordination between relevant agencies/officials, and the active role of farmers. Therefore, it is necessary to compile field references. The Directorate of Food Crop Protection, as the institution responsible for pest control, issued the OPT Control Technical Guidelines. This technical guide is expected to be used as a guide by stakeholders in terms of controlling OPT. Plant-disturbing organisms are found in many cereal plants. Cereals are grass-type plants producing starchy seeds that are usually processed into food. Cereals or cereals are plant species of rice-grain and grass-grass-grass-cultivated to produce grains. The objectives of implementing Community Service are (1). To find out the organisms that interfere with cereals, (2). To perfect and prevent the attack of organisms on cereals, (3). To carry out treatment of cereals that disturbing organisms have attacked. The principle of controlling plant pests developed today is to reduce the number of pest populations that attack plants to a population level that is not harmful. The components of OPT control that can be applied to achieve these objectives include (1). Physical control of OPT, (2). Mechanical Control of OPT.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, aktivitas ilmu dipengaruhi oleh tiga masalah pokok. Pertama, apa yang ingin diketahui; kedua, bagaimana cara mendapatkan pengetahuan tersebut; dan ketiga, apa nilai dari pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan- pertanyaan tersebut, diperlukan pendekatan berpikir yang radikal, sistematis, dan universal. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pustaka (library research), yakni penelitian yang obyek kajiannya menggunakan data pustaka berupa hasil penelitian dan buku-buku sebagai sumber datanya. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa Hubungan antara filsafat dan dunia pendidikan seperti halnya hubungan dua sisi mata uang, yaitu dua aspek dari hakikat yang satu, sebab pendidikan pada hakikatnya merupakan aplikasi praktis dari filsafat. Filsafat pendidikan mengkhususkan masalah pendidikan sebagai objek kajian yang terbagi dari ketiga persoalan, yaitu ontologis, epistemologi dan aksiologis.

Abstract

The lack of creativity faced by students, including a lack of self-confidence, is the main factor that also causes difficulties in thinking. This has to do with students who are not confident and lack confidence to explore creativity, feeling unprepared. The lack of effective models or support also contributes to difficulties in the creative experience. In the Learning of Motifs, Dances, and Carvings in the Riau Malay Cultural Arts Subject in Fostering Student Creativity. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data sources in this study were schools, waka kurukilum, 2 cultural arts teachers and 5 MI grade viii (eight) students. Data collection by means of documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the research discussed gave the result that learning Motif Artworks, Dances, and Carvings in the Riau Malay Cultural Arts Subject can foster creativity in students. The conclusion of the study states that it is important to learn Motif Artworks, Dance, and Carving in Malay Cultural Arts subjects to be improved, not only students' creativity but also to think critically.

Abstract

One of the main problems in the world of education is the weak learning process. Learning in the classroom tends to only teach memorization of information without connecting it to applications in everyday life. The purpose of this research is to find out problems related to material that are considered difficult and how to solve these learning in physics learning at MTS. The methodology of this study uses a mixed method ̧ where quantitative data is then strengthened with qualitative data. In this study, 2 science teachers, 30 students of grade VII MTS. This study uses interview, observation, and questionnaire instruments. Data is collected by directly going down to the field and analyzed using descriptive analysis for quantitative and qualitative analysis of interview results so that the data obtained becomes comprehensive. The results showed that students had difficulty distinguishing principal and derivative quantities (60%), understanding unit conversions (70%), writing unit symbols correctly (50%), and using measuring tools (57%). After applying Canva-based experimental video media, there was an increase in students' understanding of physics concepts, with an increase in understanding of principal and derivative quantities from 40% to 80%, unit conversion from 30% to 75%, and skills using measuring tools from 43% to 78%. The conclusion of this study is that the use of Canva-based interactive media can be an effective solution in improving students' understanding of the concept of quantities and units, especially for schools that have limited laboratory facilities.

Abstract

Kurang lebih 300 orang anak SD kelas I, II serta III yang waktu ini mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan menulis. Karena orang tua tidak sadar akan perannya dalam mendampingi anaknya, mereka hanya tahu bahwa merekalah yang menyekolahkan dan mereka yang bertanggung jawab, serta tidak mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk menyemangati dan memotivasi anak mereka untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran orang tua memberi semangat belajar anak dan kendala yang dihadapi orang tua, sesuai dengan rumusan masalah:1) Apa peran orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar anak? 2) Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar anak? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan metode kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk melihat bahwa terdapat tiga bentuk peran orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar anak di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Seresam Indragiri Hulu. kendala dalam memotivasi belajar anak adalah kondisi orang tua yang berbeda-beda, ada orang tua yang dari segi ekonomi memadai sehingga bisa mempersiapkan yang terbaik untuk anak, baik itu dari pola makan, istirahat, pakaian, dan fasilitas lainnya yang mendukung anak untuk nyaman dan semangat belajar. Kesimpulan masih ada orang tua yang memotivasi anak untuk belajar dan terus belajar. Kata Kunci: Peran orang tua, Motivasi, Belajar anak

Abstract

The decline in students' creativity in Indonesian language learning is often caused by teaching methods that lack innovation. Many educators still use the conventional lecture method, which does not actively engage students in the learning process. This affects the low level of students' creativity, as seen from their lack of ability to think critically, communicate, and express new ideas. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning method in improving students' creativity in Indonesian language learning. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving Indonesian language teachers and students as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Discovery Learning method can improve students' creativity in critical thinking, writing, and communication. Students become more active, independent, and have higher learning motivation. Thus, this method is recommended to be applied more widely in Indonesian language learning to improve students' creativity

Abstract

Karakter peduli lingkungan merupakan penanaman nilai moral, agar siswa dapat memahami sekaligus menerapkan peduli lingkungan seperti membuang sampah pada tempatnya, melakukan penghijauan dengan menanam pohon sehingga dengan hal tersebut siswa dapat membentuk kepribadian peduli lingkungan. Penerapan pendidikan ini bukan hanya berbasis pada pemahaman secara kognitif tetapi juga secara sosial emosional (afektif) dan juga penerapan yang dilakukan baik di dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar sekolah (psikomotorik). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian yang berlokasi di MIN 1 INHU. Para informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu mengambil informan dengan pertimbangan tertentu, diantaranya 4 informan yang terdiri dari 1 guru dan 3 siswa. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran sosial emosional yang dilakukan secara efektif menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan disekolah. Pembelajaran sosial emosional penting untuk diterapkan setiap jenjang pendidikan.
