Abstract

One of the teacher competencies that has not been implemented properly is skills in teaching activities, namely Making Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media for teachers. This difficulty is caused because teachers lack the ability to make learning media. Therefore, it is necessary to hold training activities on Making Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media for teachers of Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah Paddinging. Through this training activity, teacher competence in Making Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media is expected to increase. Based on the situation analysis, the problems formulated: 1) The implementation of learning, is felt to be less attractive to students and tends to be boring, 2) Teacher motivation to carry out learning implementation innovations is very low, 3) The knowledge of teachers in designing and using interactive power point-based learning media. The training was conducted for 1 day face-to-face, by inviting 15 teachers of Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah, with a frequency of 3 visits. The outputs include: increasing teacher competence in the field of Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media.

Abstract

Educator activities in Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah, Paddingging Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency are currently mostly based on teaching and learning activities that are still carried out conventionally. Based on the results of the initial survey of the Proposal Team to Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah Paddinging Village, there are many teachers who need assistance and education related to creative and innovative learning systems so that the quality of human resources can be further improved, and students are less enthusiastic and less enthusiastic in following the formal learning process. Referring to the results of service, the various problems faced by Partners and their solutions are: 1. The learning system by teachers is still monotonous, teaching methods are still conventional which are like habits and habits applied by teachers, even though there are many strategies that can make students more creative and innovative in working such as making wall magazines, portfolio tasks, making handicrafts according to the cultural culture of the community. 2. Students are less enthusiastic about participating in learning, because the learning system still uses makeshift media, even though science and technology must move forward simultaneously, technological developments are very fast so teachers must master learning media as a companion in the learning process. Like the film surgery system, the presentation of material with power points that can make learning more interesting by displaying photos or videos related to the material delivered by the teacher. As well as many methods that can be applied to students to make creative and innovative such as discussions, expert teams, problem solving, film review, and action / role-playing. 3. The teaching method is only in the classroom, because according to this era, namely the 5.0 era, students are expected not only to understand theory but must understand practice and its use. Educators can use outdoor learning or field studies, so students can directly witness and Linking directly between theories obtained in books and in class. Be it social subjects, natural science subjects, religious sciences, science and technology and so on. The results of creative and innovative learning training are that teachers understand various multi-learning methods, teachers use media in delivering material such as power points and learning videos, students are directed to collaborate with their colleagues, understanding the film surgery system, where students are directed not just to watch but there are moral messages and wisdom that can be learned, and teachers understand outdoor learning or field observation.

Abstract

This PKM activity was carried out in Paddinging Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency for four months. The economic activities of the people of Paddingging Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency are mostly based on agricultural business activities and small industries. not used and just thrown away which is detrimental to the environment. The Assamaturu Farmer Group is the Target Audience in this PKM program and is one of the agricultural business groups that has the potential to be developed. The main problem he faced was that corn production did not meet expectations due to the less-than-optimal use of urea and NPK fertilizers due to the high price of fertilizers. In addition, the availability of fertilizers on the market is sometimes rare, so the prices of fertilizers that are successfully obtained and purchased are very expensive. The purpose of carrying out this PKM activity is so that the target audience can utilize eggshell waste to become organic fertilizer. To achieve this goal, the activities carried out in this PKM as a solution to overcome the problems experienced by the Target Audience are the Provision of Science and Technology Understanding through presentations to the Target Audience on the utilization of eggshell waste into organic fertilizer and assistance in the use of organic fertilizer in corn plants. The results achieved from this PKM activity are that the target audience can utilize eggshell waste to become organic fertilizer and be able to use this organic fertilizer on their corn plants.  ---  Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Desa Paddinging Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar selama empat bulan. Kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Paddingging Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar sebagian besar berbasis pada kegiatan usaha pertanian dan industri kecil, Berdasarkan hasil survei, terdapat banyak industri kue, rumah makan, toko roti (donat), dan martabak telur yang menggunakan telur sebagai bahan bakunya sehingga terdapat banyak limbah kulit telur yang tidak dimanfaatkan dan hanya dibuang begitu saja sehingga dapat merugikan lingkungan. Kelompok tani Assamaturu sebagai Khalayak Sasaran dalam program PKM ini, dan merupakan salah satu kelompok usaha bidang pertanian yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan. Permasalahan utana yang dihadapinya adalah hasil produksi jagung tidak sesuai harapan dikarenakan kurang optimalnya penggunaan pupuk NPK dan pupuk urea yang disebabkan harga pupuk yang mahal, bahkan ada rencana pemerintah untuk mengurangi subsidi pupuk. Selain itu, keberadaan pupuk di pasaran kadang langka sehingga harga pupuk yang berhasil didapatkan dan dibeli memiliki harga yang sangat mahal. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan PKM ini adalah agar Khalayak Sasaran dapat memanfaatkan limbah kulit telur menjadi pupuk organik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam PKM ini sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami Khalayak Sasaran adalah Pemberian Pemahaman IPTEK melalui persentasi kepada Khalayak Sasaran tentang pemanfaatan limbah kulit telur menjadi pupuk organik dan pendampingan penggunaan pupuk organik pada tanaman jagung. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah Khalayak Sasaran mampu memanfaatkan limbah kulit telur menjadi pupuk organik dan mampu menggunakan pupuk organik tersebut pada tanaman jagungnya.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role and impact of implementing strategic plans in improving the quality of education at Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar. The research method used in this research involves a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, with data reduction, presentation and verification processes. The validity of the data was verified through data triangulation techniques, ensuring the consistency and validity of the research results. The results of the research show that the implementation of strategic plans at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Alauddin State Islamic University, Makassar, has a positive impact on improving the quality of educational institutions. The steps taken, such as SWOT analysis, operational policy updates, and collaboration between leadership and staff, contribute significantly to improving the quality of education. Alignment between strategic plans, institutional goals, and objectives and implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) encourages achieving effective and efficient work results. The implications of this research show the importance of implementing strategic plans in the management of educational institutions to improve the quality of education and provide better services to stakeholders.
