Abstract

Arc-plasma sintering (APS) for 5 s has been applied to the post tungsten inert gas (TIG) weld joint of Fe–15Cr–25Ni austenitic stainless steel (ASS). The treatment is intended to observe the effect of heat generated by plasma on micro-crystal structures around the fusion zone (FZ), especially internal stress relief in steel after being subjected to welding. The effect of stress relief in weld was measured using the neutron diffraction technique. ASS that is predominantly composed of Fe, Cr, and Ni elements, with contents of 57%, 15%, and 25%wt. respectively, was cut into two parts. Both parts were then welded with TIG without filler with a current and voltage of 60 A and 50 V, respectively. After APS for 5 s, the sample was characterized and analyzed using high-resolution powder neutron diffractometer at a high-temperature laboratory facility. The results show that the tensile residual stress decreased with the APS heat input. The residual stresses significantly decreased from 82.40 MPa to 1.21 MPa in the FZ and continued almost evenly from 65.92 MPa to 1.24 MPa in the heat-affected zone (HAZ). The residual stress is a tensile stress that can reduce the mechanical strength of materials. This condition is also applicable to applied loads. A microstructure gives a confirmation that the C element migrates from the FZ to HAZ. The content was very high in dark traces. The C element reacts to Cr and O to form chromium carbide (Cr23C6) and chromium carbonyl (CrC6O6), respectively. It rapidly migrates among its grain boundaries. It may also weaken materials and probably initiate intergranular cracks.

Abstract

Latensi tidur adalah periode waktu antara persiapan untuk tidur dan awal tidur yang sebenarnya. Latensi tidur merupakan indikator utama untuk menentukan kualitas tidur seseorang. Semakin lama latensi tidur yang diperlukan seseorang untuk tertidur maka kualitas tidur seseorang tersebut juga semakin rendah. Dzikir nafas merupakan sebuah alternatif metode terapi untuk dapat mengurangi latensi tidur seseorang sehingga kualitas tidurnya lebih baik. Dalam dzikir nafas terdapat relaksasi dan meditasi transendental yang efektif untuk membuat relaks dan akhirnya tertidur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas menjalankan dzikir nafas dengan latensi tidur.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan crossectional. Subjek penelitian adalah jamaah dzikir nafas sebanyak 21 responden. Data intensitas dzikir nafas dan latensi tidur  diperoleh melalui pengisian kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor intensitas dzikir nafas rata-rata responden adalah 81,14  sedangkan latensi tidur rata-rata adalah 13,05 menit. Analisis hubungan dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test  menunjukkan nilai p=0,00, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat  hubungan yang secara sangat signifikan antara intensitas dzikir nafas dengan latensi tidur.  Semakin tinggi  intensitas melakukan dzikir nafas seseorang maka semakin rendah latensi tidurnya.Kata kunci : dzikir nafas, intensitas, latensi, tidur

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the formation of psychosocial through traditional games and sports. Various traditional games and sports activities such as clogs, boy-boyan, cat-mouse, hopscotch, gobak sodor, snakes and ladders and stilts can create things that arouse students' social attitudes. This creates a learning experience to be able to train teamwork, goal setting, psychosocial adjustment needs and psychosocial adjustment needs from social relationships. This study used an experimental method with a pretest and posttest design with a sample of 25 elementary school students. The results showed that there was a significant influence on increasing psychosocial in the sample given the traditional games and sports program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembentukan psikososial melalui permainan dan olahraga tradisional. Kegiatan-kegiatan permainan dan olahraga tradisonal yang beragam seperti bakiak, boy-boyan, kucing tikus, engklek, gobak sodor, ular tangga dan egrang dapat menciptakan hal-hal yang menggugah sikap sosial siswa. Hal ini menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran untuk dapat melatih kerja tim, penetapan tujuan, kebutuhan penyesuaian psikososial dan kebutuhan penyesuaian psikososial dari hubungan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest and posttest sebanyak sampel 25 orang siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan psikososial pada sampel yang diberikan program permainan dan olahraga tradisional.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between sports nutrition and gross motor skill development in young athletes, focusing on maintaining optimal nutrition levels. The primary issue identified is the lack of understanding of how nutrition impacts gross motor skills and athletic performance in children and adolescents. This study explores the relationship between sports nutrition and gross motor skill development in young athletes. The study aims to analyze how nutritional strategies affect gross motor skill development and overall health in young athletes. A qualitative descriptive research model, informed by a comprehensive literature review, was used. Literature was collected from reputable scientific databases using keywords such as "Sports Nutrition," "Gross Motor Skills," and "Youth Athletes." Data from ten relevant articles were analyzed to identify the impact of nutritional strategies on motor skill development. Results indicate that optimal nutrition plays a crucial role in enhancing gross motor skills, such as running, jumping, and coordination, which are essential for athletic performance. Macronutrients—carbohydrates, proteins, and fats—support energy levels, muscle growth, and recovery, while micronutrients like vitamins and minerals contribute to cognitive function and overall well-being. The study also reveals that socioeconomic factors affect access to nutritious food and motor skill outcomes. The conclusion underscores the importance of balanced nutrition for motor skill development and athletic performance. Recommendations for future research include employing longitudinal study designs to establish causal relationships, exploring synergistic effects of nutrients, and examining socioeconomic factors more deeply. Additionally, integrating nutrition education with physical training could offer practical solutions to enhance motor skill development in young athletes
