Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan penelitian post test only control group design. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran IKRAR berorientasi kearifan lokal dan kecerdasan logis matematis terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD No. 3 Banjar Jawa pada semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes kecerdasan logis matematis serta tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Data mengenai kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh positif penerapan model pembelajaran IKRAR berorientasi kearifan lokal terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa, (2) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kecerdasan logis matematis terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.   Kata kunci : Model IKRAR, kearifan lokal, kecerdasan logis matematis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika   Abstract This research was a quasi experiment with post test only control group design. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of IKRAR teaching-learning model with local-wisdom oriented and logical mathematical intelligence to students’ mathematical problem solving ability. The population of this research was the second semester of grade V of the students at SD No. 3 Banjar Jawa in academic year 2011/2012, meanwhile random sampling technique was used to determine the sample. Two packages of test namely the logical mathematical intelligence test and mathematical problem solving test were used to gathered the data. The data were analyzed by two ways of ANAVA. The research findings show that, (1) the IKRAR teaching-learning model with local-wisdom oriented has a positive influence to the students’ mathematical problem solving ability, (2) there is no interaction between teaching-learning model and logical mathematical intelligence toward the students’ mathematical problem solving ability.   Key word        : IKRAR teaching-learning model, local-wisdom, logical mathematical intelligence, mathematical problem solving ability

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze: 1) The difference of critical thinking ability between Model Tri Pramana SPA (MTPSPA) and Model Pembelajaran Konvensional (MPK), 2) the differences in critical thinking skills between MTPSPA and MPK in students with high learning motivation, 3) The differences in critical thinking skills between MTPSPA and MTPSPA in students with low learning motivation, 4) The interactive effect between learning model and learning motivation toward students' critical thinking ability. The population of this study was all students of SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar academic year 2016/2017. The Samping technique that was used was group random sampling method with a quasi experiment design. The prerequisite data analysis consisted of internal validity analysis and interrater reliability. Two Way Analyze of Variant (ANAVA) by using SPSS 17 for Windows Software was used as the data analysis technique. The result of the present study are 1) there was significant difference of students’ critical thinking between MTPSPA and MPK (p=0,000 < α = 0,05), 2) there was significant difference of students’ critical thinking between MTPSPA and MPK for high motivation (p=0,000 < α = 0,05), 3) there was significant difference of students’ critical thinking between MTPSPA and MPK for low motivation (p=0,000 < α = 0,05), 4) there is no interaction effect between learning model and students’ learning motivation toward students' critical thinking (p = 0,482> α = 0,05).

Abstract

Mejejahitan is one of the cultural arts in Bali. Mejejahitan is an activity to get shapes from pieces of leaves. The results of this activity are known as jejahitan. This research is a qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to analyze the etnomathematics that exist on the Jejahitan Bali. The subjects of this study were four housewives from Ubud village as many as four people.Data in this study were obtained through interviews and observations. The data obtained are then analyzed with three steps, namely reduction, presentation, and conclusions. Mathematical elements found in the Jejahitan Bali include square, rectangle, triangle, isosceles trapezoid, and circle. This plane shapes can be used in teaching planimetry especially the properties of the plane, the area and perimeter, line of symmetry and rotational symmetry of plane shapes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan analisis matematika siswa kelas X SMK dengan mengintegrasikan sistem kognitif new taxonomy marzano dan pembelajaran penemuan terbimbing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali implementasi menggunakan tiga kelas dengan masing masing terdiri dari 35 siswa di SMKN 1 Denpasar. Perangkat yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perangkat yang sudah valid berupa (1) buku siswa, (2) buku guru, (3) RPP. Data diolah berdasarkan skor rata-rata dari (1) lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan perangkat, (2) lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa, dan (3) angket respon siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima fase pada proses pembelajaran terdiri dari (1) retrieval knowledge, (2) stimulation, (3) comprehension, (4) problem statement, (5) analyzing, (6) verification, (7) conclusion. Pada implementasi 1 skor rata-rata tingkat kemampuan analisis siswa  seluruh kelas adalah 69,8 yang berarti masih berada pada kriteria rendah. Namun pada implementasi 2 dan 3 skor rata-rata siswa sudah berada pada kriteria baik. Begitu juga dengan tingkat rata-rata keaktifan seluruh siswa pada implementasi 1 adalah 2,38 termasuk dalam kriteria kurang aktif. Setelah dilakukan beberapa kali perbaikan, akhirnya pada implementasi 2 dan 3 aktivitas siswa sudah berada pada kriteria aktif.

Abstract

This correlational research aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence, independent learning and learning creativity with the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires and tests. The sample used is a number of 80 people who are determined by the cluter random sampling technique. Hypothesis test used is simple and multiple regression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning outcomes, the relative contribution is 46%. There is a significant relationship between independent learning and mathematics learning outcomes, the relative contribution is 39%. There is a significant relationship between creativity and mathematics learning outcomes, the relative contribution is 64%. There is an influence between emotional intelligence, independent learning and learning creativity with mathematics learning outcomes of students with a relative contribution of 62%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan objek kajian yaitu Schoology yang merupakan salah satu Learning Management System yang bersifat terbuka untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran. Fokus kajian meliputi fitur yang dimiliki Schoology dan fungsinya untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media mobile learning dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penggunaan schoology sebagai mobile learning dalam pembelajaran matematika, dapat digunakan di berbagai tingkatan pendidikan mulai dari tingkat SD, SMP, SMA, SMK, hingga Kuliah baik D1, D2, D3, D4, S1, S2, dan S3. Dalam pembelajaran matematika, sangat penting bagi guru untuk memperhatikan topik materi yang akan disampaikan atau dimuat di schoology. Proses interaksi di kelas tentu tidak bisa dipindahkan sepenuhnya ke schoology tetapi jika dikaitkan dengan sumber belajar atau materi, maka schoology bisa digunakan sebagai media untuk penyampaian seluruh materi yang akan disampaikan oleh guru.

Abstract

This paper is study about the existence of ethnomathematics on the Bali woven handicraft. Ethnomathematics is mathematics that grow and develop in a particular culture. Unconsciously, the society use tesselation concepts in making woven handicraft. A tessellation is a special type of pattern that consists of geometric figures that fit without gaps or overlaps to cover the plane. The existence of ethnomathematics on woven handicraft can be used as a source of learning and of course can make learners better understand how their cultural relate with mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality: 1) the level of clarity of the method used by the teacher, 2) the teacher's enthusiasm level, 3) the interaction done by the teacher in the class, 4) the quality of setting & arrangement of the subject, 5) step of giving information, 6) assessment criteria in the classroom, 7) teacher's voice, 8) level of proximity relation between teacher and student. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive approach with purposive sampling method. So determined two schools namely SMP 3 Denpasar and SMP Saraswati 1 Denpasar which became the location of research. A total of 2 model teachers were observed using teacher teaching behavioral instruments, and interviews and as data triangulation used 2 observers and 73 students as respondents. The results showed that in 1) the clarity aspects of teaching post-certification biology teachers in Denpasar City with a total mean of = 3.90 and being in good qualification 2) the aspect of teacher's enthusiasm is in good category with total mean = 3.57, 3) The interaction aspect to develop student participation is in good category with the total mean = 3,73,4) the arrangement aspect for arranging subject of teacher lessons is in good category with mean total = 4,18,5) aspects of steps in giving information teachers are in good category with the total mean = 4.04, 6) the aspects of teacher learning and teacher's criteria are in good category with the total mean = 4.08,7) the teacher characteristic aspect is in either category with the total mean = 4.13 , 8) aspects of the teacher's sound characteristics with the students are in the medium category with the total mean = 3.29, and the need for improvement.

Abstract

Program IbM ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para guru di SMP Negeri 4 Mengwi dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pegawai perpustakan dalam penataan ruang perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dalam program IbM ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Metode ceramah dipilih untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang strategi menulis artikel ilmiah dan strategi dalam menembus jurnal-jurnal ilmiah. Dengan pemberian penjelasan ini diharapkan para guru peserta pelatihan memiliki pemahan yang komperhensif berkaitan dengan penulisan artikel ilmiah. Metode tanya jawab sangat penting bagi para peserta pelatihan, baik di saat menerima penjelasan tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah serta saat mempraktekkannya. Metode ini memungkinkan guru-guru menggali pengetahuan sebanyak-banyaknya tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah dan juga pengalaman setelah praktek menulis artikel ilmiah. Selanjutnya, metode simulasi ini sangat penting diberikan kepada para peserta pelatihan untuk memberikan kesempatan mempraktekan materi pelatihan yang diperoleh. Kegiatan IbM ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 13 Mei 2017 di ruang guru SMP Negeri 4 Mengwi dengan diikuti oleh 52 orang peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut. 1) Guru-guru sangat tekun mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan, mereka aktif mengajukan pertanyaan, dan melakukan kerja sama yang baik dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah. 2) Meningkatnya pemahaman guru-guru tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah dan strategi dalam menembus jurnal ilmiah 3) Meningkatnya pemahaman para pegawai perpustakaan dalam penataan ruang perpustakan. 4) Modul penulisan artikel ilmiah ber-ISSN. Modul ini dapat dijadikan referensi ketika para guru ingin menulis artikel ilmiah. Berkat bantuan modul ini para guru mampu menghasilkan artikel ilmiah yang siap untuk diterbitkan pada jurnal yang diinginkan.

Abstract

The main purpose of this community service program is to optimize the marketing and diversification of jamu products. Jamu is a herb derived from natural herbs formulated without using chemicals as additives. Tumeric Juice is a traditional jamuthat using turmeric as its main material. In the management of tumeric juice still facing several problems, namely: 1) the limited gas stove so that the gas stove for business is used together for household purposes, 2) the limited capacity of the blender machine to smooth the raw materials, 3) the marketing is not yet optimal that is only for foreign tourists alone and only 1 type of jamu, and 4) does not have a monthly cashbook cash so that cash flow becomes unclear. To overcome these problems required transfer of technology through mentoring activities, counseling, and training. From the activities that have been done, 1) the existence of a special gas stove for the business, 2) the existence of a blender machine with a capacity of 1 kg, 3) the marketing of jamu is not only for foreign tourists but also for local communities, 4) there are three types ofjamu products, namely piduh, sambiroto, and temulawak and 5) the existence of cash book finance.
