Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem Pendukung Keputusan sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi maupun perusahaan guna mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan pertimbangan dari kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan untuk mengurangi subyektivitas dari pengambil keputusan serta menghindari kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tanaman sorgum telah lama dikenal di Indonesia dan dengan penyebutan berbeda untuk setiap daerah. Hal ini tentu membutuhkan keputusan dan pertimbangan yang tepat untuk menentukan bibit terbaik yang akan ditanam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Demspter Shafer, menggunakan aplikasi pendukung seperti XAMPP, Bahasa pemrograman desain menggunakan bahasa Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan antarmuka pengguna desain menggunakan MySQL.Tujuan utama dari aplikasi ini adalah merancang sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah petani untuk memilih bibit sorgum yang berkualitas.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Dempster Shafer Abstract - Decision Support Systems are needed by organizations and companies to facilitate decision making with consideration of predetermined criteria and to reduce the subjectivity of decision makers and avoid mistakes in decision making. Sorghum plants have long been known in Indonesia and with different names for each region. This certainly requires the right decisions and considerations to determine the best seeds to be planted. This research uses the Demspter Shafer method, uses supporting applications such as XAMPP, design programming language uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) language and the design user interface uses MySQL. The main objective of this application is to design an information system that can make it easier for farmers to select quality sorghum seeds. Keywords : Decision Support System, Dempster Shafer

Abstract

Children with disabilities in Indonesia still face various challenges in achieving independence in everyday life. Special attention is needed to provide adequate support so that they can overcome these obstacles and achieve their rights with dignity. The main focus of this international PkM activity is to introduce innovative methods and strategies that can increase their independence, with the main message "I'm Not Trash" as a call to recognize and respect the rights of children with disabilities. The aim of this activity is to increase the independence of children with disabilities in living their daily lives. The method of this international PkM activity is delivery of material, question and answer and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the independence of children with disabilities in aspects of daily life. They gain new skills, both in caring for themselves, participating in daily activities, and in managing their lives independently.

Abstract

This International Community Service activity is motivated by the community's need for quality assistance and mobility aids (orthoses). People who have physical limitations often face challenges in getting access to mobility aids that meet international health needs and standards. This assistance covers various aspects, including providing emotional support, education and training regarding the use of mobility aids. The focus of International PkM activities aims to increase the independence and quality of life of individuals with physical limitations. The method of International PkM activities consists of socialization, patient registration and examination, making orthosis devices, installing equipment, monitoring and evaluating activities. The result of the Catur Insan Scholar University (UCIC) International PkM activity is an increase in mobility and ability to move for individuals who receive mobility aids. This can have a positive impact on daily life, allowing them to be more independent and involved in social and economic activities.

Abstract

Thalassemia is a hereditary disease that makes sufferers experience red blood cell abnormalities and must receive continuous blood transfusions throughout their lives. Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City handles registration and scheduling of thalassemia patients with assistance from Perhimpunan Orang tua Penderita Talasemia Indonesia (POPTI). In handling patient data, it is necessary to have a system that facilitates all activities ranging from registration, scheduling, and make predictions about the patient's health condition along with recommendations for handling the patient's condition. The purpose of this study is to make a prediction system for health conditions related to thalassemia suffered by patients based on influencing variables using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. This system can also handle patient data, scheduling, and storing patient medical recap data. The final results of this system are patient data, patient care schedules, predictions of patient health conditions, and recommendations for patients. Abstract

Abstrak − Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Mamdani dalam sistem penilaian kontes bonsai berbasis web. Penilaian estetika bonsai bersifat subjektif dan dapat bervariasi tergantung pada persepsi masing-masing juri. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang lebih objektif dan terstandarisasi dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria utama, seperti keserasian bentuk, proporsi, keunikan, dan kesehatan tanaman. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani digunakan untuk memproses data masukan dari para juri, mulai dari fuzzifikasi nilai, inferensi berdasarkan aturan fuzzy, hingga proses defuzzifikasi. Hasil akhir berupa nilai estetika yang diklasifikasikan dalam kategori: Baik Sekali, Baik, Cukup, dan Kurang. Sistem ini juga menyajikan rekap nilai antar juri serta dapat diakses secara online melalui platform berbasis web. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan hasil penilaian yang akurat, efisien, dan transparan bagi seluruh peserta dan panitia kontes bonsai.Kata Kunci: Fuzzy Mamdani; Penilaian Bonsai; Sistem Web; Fuzzy Inference System; Kontes Bonsai; Abstract − This study discusses the implementation of the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) method in a web-based bonsai contest evaluation system. Bonsai aesthetics assessments are subjective and may vary depending on each judge’s perception. Therefore, the system was developed to generate more objective and standardized evaluations by considering several key criteria, such as shape harmony, proportion, uniqueness, and plant health. The Mamdani fuzzy method is used to process input data from the judges, starting from fuzzification, rule-based inference, to defuzzification. The final output is an aesthetic value classified into categories: Excellent, Good, Fair, and Poor. The system also presents an aggregated score recap among judges and can be accessed online via a web platform. The implementation results indicate that the system can provide accurate, efficient, and transparent assessments for all contestants and organizers of the bonsai contest.Keywords: Fuzzy Mamdani; Bonsai Assessment; Web System; Fuzzy Inference System; Bonsai Contest;

Abstract

Abstrak – Perkembangan jumlah penduduk pada suatu wilayah sangat penting untuk dipaparkan secara perencanaan dan penetapan sasaran pembangunan oleh Pemerintah Kota Cirebon. Sistem prediksi pertumbuhan penduduk pada Kota Cirebon digunakan untuk mengetahui dan membuat rencana pembangunan pada masa mendatang yang dapat dilihat dari seluruh faktor pembangunan seperti sosial, ekonomi, politik dan kebudayaan. Data pertumbuhan penduduk pada Kota Cirebon meliputi jumlah kelahiran, jumlah kematian, jumlah pindah, jumlah datang dan jumlah penduduk. Sistem prediksi ini menggunakan metode Least Square untuk perhitungan hasil prediksi. Dalam pembuatan sistem prediksi tentunya dibutuhkan metode data berkala (time series) yang dapat mengolah data asli agar dapat melakukan prediksi pertumbuhan penduduk pada Kota Cirebon. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Cirebon seperti jumlah kelahiran, jumlah kematian, jumlah pindah, jumlah datang dan jumlah penduduk selama 10 tahun yang lalu dan dimulai pada periode tahun 2015 sampai periode tahun 2024.Sistem berbasis komputer yang dibangun merupakan web sistem prediksi dengan metode least square dan dengan bahasa pemrogaman PHP dengan framework laravel. Hasil pengujian terhadap model prediksi dilakukan menggunakan tiga metode evaluasi, yaitu Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), dan koefisien determinasi (R-Square). Hasil rata-rata pengujian terhadap sistem prediksi pertumbuhan penduduk menunjukkan nilai keseluruhan evaluasi akurasi rata-rata pertumbuhan penduduk menggunakan MAPE sebesar 0,10014 atau 10,01, MSE sebesar  5.923.635.678,00 dan nilai R-Square 0,24952.Kata Kunci: Sistem prediksi; Penduduk;Pertumbuhan penduduk; Least Square; Kota Cirebon; Data berkala Abstract − Population growth in a region is very important to be explained in planning and setting development targets by the Cirebon City Government. The population growth prediction system in Cirebon City is used to determine and make future development plans that can be seen from all development factors such as social, economic, political and cultural. Population growth data in Cirebon City includes the number of births, the number of deaths, the number of emigrants, the number of arrivals and the number of residents. This prediction system uses the Least Square method for calculating the prediction results. In creating a prediction system, of course, a periodic data method (time series) is needed that can process the original data in order to predict population growth in Cirebon City. The data in this study uses population growth data in Cirebon City such as the number of births, the number of deaths, the number of emigrants, the number of arrivals and the number of residents for the past 10 years and starting from the period 2015 to the period 2024. The computer-based system built is a web prediction system with the least square method and the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The results of the prediction model testing were carried out using three evaluation methods, namely Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and coefficient of determination (R-Square). The average results of testing the population growth prediction system showed an overall value of the average accuracy evaluation of population growth using MAPE of 0.10014 or 10.01, MSE of 5,923,635,678.00 and R-Square value of 0.24952.
