Abstract

Research was conducted to look at how the direct and indirect influence of workload, andwork conflicts to turnover intention through work stress (case study PT.Aurora IndahElectric Sunggal). The population in this study is all employees of PT. Aurora Indah ListrikSunggal numbered 134 employees with the number of samples taken by 101 respondentswhere the number of samples was determined by the formula Slovin. The data used primarydata was taken directly from respondents using questionnaires. This study uses quantitativedata processed with SPSS with path analysis. Path analysis results show workload and workconflicts directly affect positive and significant work stress where the value StandardizedCoefficients Beta workload and work conflicts to work stress by 0.423 and 0.532, by asignificant 0.000, were 0.423 and 0.532, with a significant .000. In addition, workload, workconflict, and work conflict directly also positively and significantly affect turnover intentionwith standardized coefficients beta values of workload, work conflict, and work stress againstturnover intentions consecutively of 0.406, 0.286, and 0.326 with significantly in order of0.000; 0.004, and 0.002. The results of the path analysis also showed that indirectlyworkload and work conflicts did not have a significant influence on turnover intentionsthrough work stress. Indirect influence of workload on turnover intention through work stressby 0.121 which is smaller than the direct influence of 0.406 and indirect influence of workconflict on turnover intention through work stress by 0.152 which is smaller than the directinfluence of 0.286Keywords: Workload, Work Conflict, Work Stress, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test and find out how the correlation of the application of standard operating procedures and work environment conditions to the level of work discipline of PT Ghania Creative Indonesia employees with work motivation as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods, with a correlation analytic approach. The population of this study amounted to 40 people and the sampling technique used total sampling technique, so the number of research samples became 40 people. This research data collection method uses a questionnaire / questionnaire method. The results showed that each independent variable partially had a direct effect on the level of employee discipline. Simultaneously, the application of the SOP and the work environment has a direct effect on the level of employee work discipline with a value of Fcount (5.527) > Ftable (2.87) with a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, it has an R square value of 0.647 or 64.7% which means that as far as 64.7% there is a significant and direct influence of the application of SOPs and the work environment on employee work discipline together, while the other 35.3% are variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of work environment, motivation and leadership partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The population is employees who work for PT. Tirta investama Langkat totaled 173 people and the sampling technique was taken using a random sample, namely the Slovin formula so that the total sample used was 63 respondents. The type of data used in this research is primary data and the data source used is distributing questionnaires to respondents on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The results of this research partially show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially motivation has no effect on employee performance, partially leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research simultaneously or as a whole show that the work environment, motivation and leadership influence employee performance. In the calculation results, the R Square value is 0.663, this means that 66.3% of variations or changes in employee performance are influenced by the work environment, work motivation and leadership, while the remaining 36.7% is explained by other reasons.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how The Effect Of Work Ethos, Work Discipline, And Work Motivation On Work Productivity Of Private Offices In North Sumatra The number of samples was 73 respondents. This research was conducted in 2022. This research used quantitative data processed with SPSS 24.0 with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that work ethic, work discipline, and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra. Work discipline was the most dominant variable affecting work productivity with tcount of 4.141. In addition, 91.8% of work productivity could be explained and obtained from work ethic, work discipline, and work motivation, while the rest was due to other factors. Work productivity had a very strong relationship to work ethic, work discipline, and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, work conflicts, and workload on employee performance in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office. The method used is an associative quantitative approach with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been prepared. The population of this study consisted of all employees in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office, which amounted to 30 people, and the entire population was sampled. Primary data were collected through questionnaires measured using the Likert scale. The data collection method is carried out by observation and dissemination of questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 statistical software. The results of the study show that work stress, work conflict, and workload each have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, simultaneously, work stress, work conflicts, and workload also have a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the use of digital technologies, including e-commerce and social media, can play an important role in enhancing the influence of business strategy on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study will evaluate whether digital technology acts as an intermediary that facilitates the positive impact of business strategy on MSME performance in Klambir V Kecamtan Hamparan Perak. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, observation and questionnaire methods, with purposive sampling of food and culinary products located around Klambir V District. The analytical tool used is Multiple Regression. Population and sample of SMEs as many as 55 SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to find how the influence of compensation, discipline, and HRIS Development on HR Management at PT Pegadaian Medan Branch, the research method used is quantitative with a Multiple Regression Analysis approach. The number of samples taken was 52 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The problem to be studied is to find the right model of application of Compensation, Discipline, and development of HRIS applications that will affect HR management in general and specifically increase the business productivity of Medan branch pawnshop employees to provide the best, both for internal companies and in the wider community to help the process of pawning goods or gold. The results of this study indicate that a) The results obtained from research conducted on HRIS variables (X1), namely there is an influence between HRIS on HR Management at PT Pegadaian Medan Petisah. This means that one of the factors of HR management is influenced by the use of HRIS by employees. Employees who can operate IT properly will get optimal performance results, b) The results obtained from the Work Discipline variable influence HR Management. Where the greater the discipline received by employees both internal and external, the greater the management of HR at PT. Pegadaian, c) The results obtained prove that compensation influences HR Management. This means that the amount of compensation obtained for their work provides enthusiasm that gives birth to maximum HR management.

Abstract

Sasaran dari pengkajian ilmiah ini adalah demi menilai dampak kompetensi serta pengembangan karir dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Metodologi dalam kajian ini adalah kuantitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data penelitian dengan pemberian kuesioner terhadap sampel. Penelitian ini melibatkan total 40 partisipan dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu sampel dikumpulkan dari seluruh komunitas. Pengolahan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi computer yaitu SPSS versi 25. Prosesnya diawali pengujian kapasitas data, pengujian asumsi klasik untuk memverifikasi kelayakan data. regresi linier berganda, Uji Hipotesi, dan uji r2. Temuan pengkajian ilmiah ini memperlihatkan bahwa tiap - tiap variabel memberikan dampak yang positif dan substansial secara statistik terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Nilai Uji F memperlihatkan bahwa kompetensiX1 dan pengembangan karriX2 mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Hasil uji R2 menunjukkan nilai R-square terkoreksi sebesar 0,756. Artinya, 75,6 persen kinerja disebabkan oleh kompetensi dan pertumbuhan karier, sedangkan 24,4% sisanya disebabkan oleh item lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam kajian ilmiah ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, job satisfaction, and commitment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Binjai. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 72 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the analysis showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (t-statistic = 2.935 > 1.99; p = 0.000 < 0.05). Job satisfaction also had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (t-statistic = 2.916 > 1.99; p = 0.000 < 0.05). In addition, commitment had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (t-statistic = 4.628 > 1.99; p = 0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the three independent variables significantly affect the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Binjai.
