Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether leadership and competence have apositive and significant effect on human resource development at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Binjai Timur. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative associative research method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and using the SmartPLS application. This study usesmultiple linear regression. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Primary data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on human resource development at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Binjai Timur. Competence partially has a positive and significant effect on human resource development at PTPLN (Persero) ULP Binjai Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the employee performance evaluation system used at the PTPN II central workshop. This research includes data collection through interviews with managers and employees as well as analysis of relevant documents. The research results show that the current PTPN II Workshop employee performance appraisal system has several weaknesses, namely the lack of quality of employee performance appraisal in the areas of skills, personal, soft skills and hard skills. The evaluation process is not always objective, the assessment criteria are unclear and the comments provided are not systematic. Additionally, there is a need to improve employee training and development based on their performance appraisal. Recommendations include establishing clearer evaluation criteria, training managers to provide effective feedback, and improving the employee development system to determine the objectives of research on employee performance and quality in the areas of personal skills, soft skills and hard skills. It is hoped that this will help improve the quality of employee performance assessments and their contribution to the success of the PTPN II focus workshop. This study provides useful information for other organizations seeking to improve their employee performance appraisal systems and also provides guidance for improving overall human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the use of digital technologies, including e-commerce and social media, can play an important role in enhancing the influence of business strategy on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study will evaluate whether digital technology acts as an intermediary that facilitates the positive impact of business strategy on MSME performance in Klambir V Kecamtan Hamparan Perak. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, observation and questionnaire methods, with purposive sampling of food and culinary products located around Klambir V District. The analytical tool used is Multiple Regression. Population and sample of SMEs as many as 55 SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal relationships and work effectively on public service quality in the National SAR Agency (BASARNAS). This research is a quantitative research using 53 respondents as the samples. A multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The research findings indicate that interpersonal relationships and work effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on public service quality.
