Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the use of digital technologies, including e-commerce and social media, can play an important role in enhancing the influence of business strategy on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study will evaluate whether digital technology acts as an intermediary that facilitates the positive impact of business strategy on MSME performance in Klambir V Kecamtan Hamparan Perak. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, observation and questionnaire methods, with purposive sampling of food and culinary products located around Klambir V District. The analytical tool used is Multiple Regression. Population and sample of SMEs as many as 55 SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal relationships and work effectively on public service quality in the National SAR Agency (BASARNAS). This research is a quantitative research using 53 respondents as the samples. A multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The research findings indicate that interpersonal relationships and work effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on public service quality.

Abstract

Communication skills are fundamental competencies that significantly support the success of the learning process and the achievement of student learning outcomes. This research aims to describe the level of proficiency, analyze roles, and identify the challenges faced by students in applying verbal and nonverbal communication skills during academic learning activities. This study concludes that the two aspects of communication are complementary and need to be developed in an integrated manner to realize effective and meaningful learning interactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada UD Tunas Perdana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif dengan jumlah populasi sekaligus sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan. Data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan sistem kompensasi secara optimal guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, work conflicts, and workload on employee performance in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office. The method used is an associative quantitative approach with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been prepared. The population of this study consisted of all employees in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office, which amounted to 30 people, and the entire population was sampled. Primary data were collected through questionnaires measured using the Likert scale. The data collection method is carried out by observation and dissemination of questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 statistical software. The results of the study show that work stress, work conflict, and workload each have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, simultaneously, work stress, work conflicts, and workload also have a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Medan Mayor's Office.
