Abstract

Latar Belakang: Duplikasi yang terjadi di Puskesmas Bawang II sebanyak 8 berkas pada bulan Januari 2020, yang berdampak pada aspek legalitas berkas rekam medis terganggu apabila terjadi kasus hukum dan kesalahan dalam melakukan tindakan dikarenakan diagnosa terakhir atau tindakan terakhir yang tertera di berkas rekam medis bukan terakhir dipergunakan pada saat pasien mendapatkan pelayanan medis.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya duplikasi nomor rekam medis di Puskesmas Bawang II.Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta melalui pendekatan cross sectional, dimana pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan melihat kondisi pada saat pelaksanaan penelitian, yang dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu. Peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap kepala instalasi rekam medis dan petugas pendaftaran, kemudian observasi dilakukan terhadap kegiatan pendaftaran dan proses kegiatan penomoran pasien.Hasil: Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa sistem penomoran yang digunakan di Puskesmas Bawang II adalah unit numbering system. Penyebab masalah adanya duplikasi nomor rekam medis meliputi faktor man, material, dan method, salah satunya yaitu pendidikan petugas yang belum sesuai kualifikasi D3 Rekam Medis.Kesimpulan: Sistem penomoran rekam medis di Puskesmas Bawang II menggunakan Sistem Penomoran Unit (Unit Numbering System) dengan jenis penomoran personal folder,dan menggunakan sistem penyimpanan SNF (Serial Number Filing) sistem yang berurut dari nomor yang terkecil.

Abstract

This research aims to implement Google Sites as a web-based learning media to improve the learning process of children with special needs. Children with special needs face unique learning challenges and need a tailored approach to help them reach their full potential. This study uses a qualitative approach using an action research design. A number of children with special needs from various backgrounds and ages were involved in this study. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with classroom teachers, and children's responses to using Google Sites as a learning medium. The results of the study show that the implementation of Google Sites as a web-based learning media has the potential to improve the learning of children with special needs. Various features of this platform, such as the ability to present material with a variety of text, image, video media, flexibility of access, and ease of navigation, can facilitate learning that is more inclusive and interesting for children.

Abstract

E-Learning is an approach to developing knowledge, skills and competencies through internet-based means. E-Learning allows materials to be sent to students via the internet. The use of web-based E-Learning is currently widely applied for schools and universities, but for STMIK Amikom Solo still does not have an E-Learning system. The method used in this research is the literature study method which aims to develop the use of E-Learning websites from various journals that have been analyzed and processed by researchers into an Amikom Solo E-Learning website. From the website built, it can be concluded that it can facilitate students and lecturers in learning activities.

Abstract

Tourism promotion media are various facilities or platforms used to introduce, market, and advertise tourist destinations to a larger audience. The purpose of this tourism promotion media is to attract potential tourists, provide appropriate information about tourist destinations, and encourage tourists to visit Boyolali Regency. In making this promotional media using Adobe After Effects 2018 software. The design of this promotional media uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluations) method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with seven question indicators based on questionnaire data from 40 respondents resulting in a score of 84.8%, it is concluded that this promotional video is efficient for introducing Boyolali as a tourist destination. This promotional video contains 79 tours spread across 19 sub-districts in Boyolali. This video contains brief information about all tours in Boyolali.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the field of trade has grown very rapidly. Hijab is one of the needs of Muslim women, especially in Indonesia, which aims to cover their genitals. The growing trend of the current hijab is not intended to cover the private parts, but to become a style among women. Sellers must think ahead and be creative to create hijab models to make a profit, because currently the competition in the hijab business world is very tight. The method used in this study is the Rapid Application Development method. The purpose of the researchers using this method is to make the stages more structured. It was concluded that in designing this information system it was able to help the hijab selling process at the hijabku shop.

Abstract

The graph of the average mathematics scores from 2021-2023 shows that the material for recognizing diagrams in 2023 received an average score of 60. Meanwhile, the KKM value for the material for recognizing diagrams is 62. So it can be concluded that the material for recognizing diagrams is below the KKM value. This research uses the method development of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, evaluation). framework used in instructional design to develop and implement effective learning programs. This method has 5 structured and flexible parts. At the quiz test stage of the application for grade 1 students at SDN 2 Gondangslamet. Get the results of the increase in value compared to the previous daily value. The design of interactive learning media regarding the introduction of diagrams uses Adobe Animate CC 2020 software for design, CorelDraw as an asset creation for the interactive media application for the introduction of diagrams. The research method uses ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation), data collection techniques use observation, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires. b. The results of the questionnaire and tests, the results of the questionnaire showed a result of 86% and were included in the "Very Good" category in terms of design, text material and can make it easier for users to use the interactive learning media application for introducing diagrams. Then the assessment test shows an increase in scores based on interactive testing.

In the increasingly advanced digital era, the use of information technology is crucial in achieving business success. This paper discusses in depth the development and implementation of a CMS-Based Sales Information System in the “Rona Cake & Bakery” business. This paper includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, as well as the expected benefits of using this system. The CMS-Based Sales Information System allows “Rona Cake & Bakery” to improve product sales management, expand customer reach, and improve the shopping experience for consumers. With this platform, customers can easily place orders online, choose the desired products, and make payments securely. Abstract

The development of education and the delivery of information is increasingly rapid by utilizing increasingly sophisticated technology. One of them is the use of smartphones which are everywhere. However, not all users have the same reasons because of the sophistication of technology. Like the situation of parents and guardians of students at Barengan Boyolali State Elementary School. Parents of students are comfortable and feel that it is enough to just have a cellphone for calls and SMS because the price of a smartphone and maintenance costs can be said to be expensive due to unfavorable economic conditions and areas where the internet does not reach them. Parents of students are also not familiar with the systems available on smartphones such as WA chat, Telegram and other information providers. This makes it increasingly difficult for schools and committees to communicate and convey information to students' parents. So, given the conditions of parents and guardians of students, using a web-based SMS Gateway with gammu is the right solution. This research was conducted to facilitate the delivery of real-time school information by analyzing problem data using the pieces method, forming an application design using the waterfall method as a research flow to meet needs so that the web-based SMS Gateway application with gammu is successful in reducing missed information and it is hoped that parents of students will follow up. quickly and precisely.

Abstract

Learning videos are a medium or tool used in the educational process to convey information, concepts or learning materials to students using visual and audio elements. The aim of this design is to make teaching and learning activities enjoyable and effective. This learning video was made using Adobe After Effects to create the animation. The design of this learning video uses the ADDIE method. Then to collect data using a questionnaire with 6 question indicators, from the 6 question indicators a score of 57.5% was obtained, so it can be concluded that this learning animation video can be said to be successful and able to help in teaching and learning activities at MIM Pundungrejo. , Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. This 2D animated learning video contains roots, stems, leaves, fruit and flowers. This design aims to make students interested in studying and knowing the structure of plants and their functions in everyday life.

Abstract

The tourism sector in regional development, especially in Klaten, contributes significantly to income through various tourism potentials. The Klaten regional government is trying to increase this potential by developing facilities, providing comprehensive information, and increasing accessibility. The development of information and communication technology also encourages innovation in the tourism system. Apart from that, this study also highlights the phenomenon of queuing at public service facilities, such as in Umbul Pelem, which is caused by an imbalance between the number of customers and service capacity. With an average of 20 customers per day and a service time of 5-10 minutes per person, the system currently uses two service counters.
