Abstract

The Community Service Lecture (KPM) aims to carry out the tridharma function of higher education for every IAI Bunga Bangsa Cirebon Lecturer. One of the tridharma is carrying out community service by "Community Empowerment through making pastel cakes, sumpia, Bintang, ladu, gapit, kecimpring, fish crackers, ketapang seeds, salted dumplings, sweet dumplings, sweet potato chips, kunti tofu, pepes tofu, as a business "Home Scale in Improving Welfare in CipejeuhKulon Village, Lemah Abang District, Cirebon Regency". The problems with this service are (1) This business has not been managed professionally so that the pastel cakes have not varied in terms of taste to make them more attractive (2) There has been no guidance from the relevant agencies, such as entrepreneurship training regarding processing pastel cakes as a home business, (3) The community constrained by capital and marketing access. The approach method in the program includes: (1) Demonstration, namely through presentations and demonstrations of making pastel cakes (2) Training to the community about entrepreneurship, (3) All program activities are accompanied by the implementing team. The results achieved in the KPM program are (1) Snack food products in packaged form and flavor variants (2) Scientific articles. To make it easier for the target community to understand, direct practice is carried out at each stage of making snacks. From the results of this demonstration, the target community can implement pastel cake processing as a home-scale business so that it can improve the economy of the community in Cipeujeuh Kulon Village, Lemah Abang, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

Abstract

Blended learning provides a mixed learning experience for students, namely face-to-face and online. This study was designed to develop a blended learning strategy based on social media, where social media can be used as a source of additional learning information, especially in social studies courses. The objectives of this study are; 1) Describe the Development of a Blended Learning Strategy Based on Social Media in Students' Social Studies Learning; 2) Review and analyze the feasibility of a Blended Learning Strategy Based on Social Media in Students' Social Studies Learning. The research method used is research and development (R&D) to produce certain products or develop existing products. Using the ADDIE development model, through five stages; 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Implementation; 5) Evaluation. The results of this development are in the form of guidelines or guidelines for implementing a blended learning strategy based on social media in social studies learning. Based on the results of the validation of the learning syntax expert, a value of 81.66% was obtained, with a very feasible category. While the results of student responses reached 80.33 %, with a very practical category. This means that the blended learning strategy based on social media can be used during the learning process, so that the Android device you have can access information that is in accordance with the lesson on social media

Abstract

Development of an Anti-Bullying Pocket Book "Cua Meci Angi" and "Maja Labo Dahu" as an Effort to Prevent Bullying in Elementary Schools. "Cua Meci Angi" signifies mutual love and respect. The objectives of this study were: 1) to describe the stages of developing an anti-bullying pocket book; 2) to analyze the feasibility of the anti-bullying pocket book; and 3) to analyze the practicality of the anti-bullying pocket book. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model. The product was developed through four stages: 1) Definition; 2) Design; 3) Development; and 4) Dissemination. The developed anti-bullying pocket book "Cua Meci Angi" can be used as a guide for students, teachers, and parents. The results showed that the product was highly valid, with an average score of 92.72% for content, 97.77% for language, and 94.47% for design. It was deemed suitable for use. The results of the practicality and effectiveness test of the product on students (94.6%), teachers (90.79%), and parents (91.74%) showed that the developed product can provide understanding about the prevention, handling, and punishment of bullying behavior in school environments by prioritizing local wisdom values.

Abstract

Untuk memperkuat hubungan antara UMKM dan pariwisata, pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat harus bekerja sama dengan baik. Pemerintah harus membuat kebijakan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM dan sektor pariwisata. Pelaku usaha harus terus mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas produk mereka. Masyarakat harus aktif dalam menjaga budaya dan lingkungan. Bisnis kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dan pariwisata dapat bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat jika terjadi sinergi yang kuat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini difokuskan kepada konsep kewirausahaan dalam UMKM dan bagaimana membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan melalui beberapa tahap program dengan melakukan pendekatan secara induktif dan beberapa tahapan (Tahap Persiapan, Tahap Pelaksanaan, dan Tahap Akhir). Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM (pengrajin noken di Pasar Potikelek dan peternak lebah madu) untuk meningkatkan kegiatan kewirausahaan pada bisnis yang dijalankan serta cara mempertahankan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan penghasilan UMKM yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Papua Pegunungan yang berdaompak pada sektor pariwisata

Abstract

This objective is to develop valid, practical and effective Rattan media (cultural wheel) in increasing learning motivation of fourth grade students at SDN Inpres Samili. The type of research used by the researcher is R&D (Research & Development) using the ADIE development model (Analysis, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). In this development research, the effectiveness test was carried out in class V and the practicality test was carried out on fourth grade students at SDN Inpres Samili as a test of practicality and product effectiveness. The results of the study showed that the validity of the Rattan media (cultural wheel) from 4 media and material validators obtained an average score of 93.87 (very valid). The questionnaire response of limited test students showing the practicality of the Rattan media (cultural wheel) obtained an average score of 93.33 (very practical). Thus, the rattan media learning media in sub-theme 2 can be used as a thematic learning media for fourth grade students at SDN Inpres Samili.

Abstract

English This study aims to know and explain the influence of city branding on the interest of visiting, the image of the city of visiting interest, city branding against the decision of visiting, the image of the city against the decision to visit, city branding against visiting decisions through visiting interest, the image of the city against the decision to visit through visiting interests, visiting interest in visiting decisions. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach and using path analysis. The population of this study is Malang City Tour 2018, The sample used in this study as many as 100 respondents taken using convenience sampling. The results of this study indicate that the city branding is not significant to the interest of visiting, the image of the city significant to the interest of visiting, city branding is not significant to the decision of visiting, the image of the city significant to the decision visiting, city branding significant to the decision of visiting, the image of the city significant to the decision to visit through interest visited, visiting interest is not significant to the decision of visiting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Wisatawan Kota Malang 2018, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang diambi menggunakan convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa city branding tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung, citra Kota signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung, city branding tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, citra Kota signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, city branding signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung,citra Kota signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung melalui minat berkunjung, minat berkunjung tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is; 1) describe the problems of social studies learning in elementary schools; 2) identify solutions to social studies learning problems in elementary schools. The method used in writing this article is a literature review or literature study, which uses theories and reference approaches that are relevant to the problem topic of writing this article. The steps for analyzing literature studies are; 1) describe the comparison and relevance of references that will be used to examine the topic problem; 2) matrix mapping according to data and reference needs; 3) establish concepts that are contextual to the topic problem, so that they can be linked to each other. Based on the results of the literature study conducted, it is clear that; 1) Social studies learning problems in elementary schools include; the material presented is less contextual to real life, development of problem solving skills is not carried out; textbook-based learning approach; and students' disruptive behavior often occurs in learning; 2) Solutions for handling social studies learning problems include; minimizing abstract material and focusing on issues that develop in everyday life to make it more contextual, selecting appropriate learning strategies and approaches to create meaningful learning for students, and using technology in learning to increase students' attention and concentration to Avoid disruptive behavior during learning.
