Abstract

Abstract Edupreneurship, also known as entrepreneurship education, is an important and rapidly growing field of research. It makes significant contributions in understanding global and national trends as well as in formulating educational policies and measures for the future. One effective way to facilitate student learning in the context of entrepreneurship education is to implement a project-based learning model. This model encourages creativity and innovation and prepares the skills needed to face the Society 5.0 era. This research focuses on how learning media products can be used as a tool to improve student performance. Accordingly, this study aims to understand how learning media can affect student performance and how it can be used to improve the quality of education in the German Language Education study program at the State University of Malang. It also seeks to explore how sustainable strategies can be implemented in this context to ensure that improvements in student performance can be sustained in the long term. In addition, this research also attempted to understand how student morale could be improved through the implementation of these strategies. As such, this research has comprehensive and multifaceted objectives in an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand the research phenomenon and its influencing factors in depth. The research design is experimental, with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, documentation studies, questionnaires, and focus groups. The data were analyzed using the 6P simultaneous technique. This research has the potential to significantly contribute to the development of entrepreneurial skills, innovation, and academic performance of students in the Department of German Literature. Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive learning media called Jiapu Puzzle to support students’ understanding of the kinship system in Chinese culture, which is a crucial component of Mandarin language education. The media was developed using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and initial evaluation stages. Development involved classroom observations of grade XI IBB students at SMA Laboratorium UM, teacher interviews, and validation by media and content experts. The final product is a family tree puzzle board representing kinship structures on both paternal and maternal sides, complete with narratives and Hanzi illustrations. Validation results showed that the media was highly feasible in terms of visual appeal, content quality, and usability. The implementation stage revealed positive student responses, especially in terms of engagement, enthusiasm, and comprehension. Using a conventional gamification approach, Jiapu Puzzle proved effective as an alternative medium to support engaging and contextual Mandarin language and cultural learning.

Abstract

Salah satu kompetensi bahasa komunikatif adalah kompetensi strategis. Strategi pembelajaran bahasa menjelaskan bagaimana suatu bahasa dapat dipelajari dan bagaimana konsep mental dapat diciptakan untuk mencapai kompetensi bahasa tertentu. Teknik mnemo adalah bagian dari strategi pembelajaran kognitif. Mereka memungkinkan siswa untuk secara sistematis menyimpan kosakata baru di otaknya yang kemudian dapat diakses dengan mudah kapan saja. Tkenik mnemo terdiri atas, a) mnemonic rhymes, akronim, b) teknik storytelling, c) visualisasi. Strategi belajar teknik Mnemo bukan merupakan strategi belajar yang baru, terlebih strategi akronim kita telah mengenalnya sejak di sekolah dasar ketika kita menghafal warna pelangi. Tidak ada salahnya dan bahkan dianjurkan dalam belajar bahasa asing, pembelajar menggunakan strategi belajar yang telah dikenalnya sehingga belajar itu menjadi lebih baik dan bermakna, seperti yang dikatakan oleh Neuner yaitu man lernt besser wenn man weisst.

Abstract

A good textbook is very important in the German language learning process and must meet certain criteria. This study aims to describe the suitability of Beste Freunde für Jugendliche A2.1 textbook based on Ott's theory proposed by Christine Ott. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The research data were obtained from Beste Freunde für Jugendliche A2.1 book which consists of Kursbuch and Arbeitsbuch with documentation technique. The result shows that the book Beste Freunde für Jugendliche A2.1 fulfills Ott's criteria. The criteria include Grammar, Vocabulary, Landeskunde & Interkulturalität, Text and Content, Lernenden-Orientierung, and Weitere Analysedimensionen. The results of the analysis show that this textbook generally fulfills the criteria set by Ott. The book successfully teaches various grammatical phenomena from different linguistic levels in a systematic and functional manner, introduces vocabulary relevant to teenagers' daily lives, and provides guidance in understanding intercultural and regional aspects of German. However, there are shortcomings in the lexis aspect, especially in terms of the relationship between German and other languages, such as the origin of words from other languages, which are not discussed and not categorized in terms of cultural history.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and student responses to the use of web-based Interactive worksheet called Liveworksheet as a tool for training German Listening skills in grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. The Liveworksheet used in this research focuses on the theme Kennenlernen with the sub themes sich vorstellen and Zahlen. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, the study involved 30 students from class XI L during the odd semester in 2024 academic year as its data source. Observations revealed that interactive Liveworksheet serves as an effective supplementary teaching material for practicing German Listening skills. Furthermore, student responses indicated that Liveworksheet offers a new and exciting task experience. Despite its advantages, the findings highlight the need for guidance and assistance from teachers. Continuous support is needed to ensure students can utilize the Interactive worksheet effectively during the learning process and overcome difficulties during practicing with Liveworksheet.
