Abstract

Saat ini permasalahan permukiman kumuh di perkotaan masih menjadi isu utama yang menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah daerah di Indonesia. Di pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo, masalah yang dihadapi dalam menangani masalah permukiman kumuh perkotaan adalah belum adanya konsep penanganan kawasan permukiman kumuh dan pengelompokkan basis data kumuh berbasis spasial. Hal ini berakibat Pemerintah Kabupaten Bone Bolango sulit dalam mengambil keputusan penanganan kawasan permukiman kumuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsep penanganan kawasan permukiman kumuh perkotaan di Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui survey lapangan dengan kategori kawasan permukiman kumuh Ringan, Kumuh Sedang, dan Kumuh Berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk melihat nilai bobot dari masing masing kriteria. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peta informasi permukiman kumuh dengan kategori kumuh ringan, kumuh sedang, kumuh berat di Kabupaten Bone Bolango yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pemerintah daerah dalam pengambilan kebijakan penanganan kawasan permukiman kumuh perkotaan. Currently, the problem of urban slums is still the main issue that is a serious concern of the local government in Indonesia. The problem faced by Bone Bolango district government in Gorontalo province in dealing with the problem of urban slums is the absence of the concept of handling slums and grouping spatially based slum databases. This resulted in bone bolango regency government difficult in making decisions on the handling of urban slums. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of handling urban slums in Bone Bolango regency. The research data was obtained through field surveys with categories of Light Slums, Medium Slums, and Heavy Slums. This study used the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method to look at the weight values of each criterion. The analysis shows an information map of slums in the category of light slums, medium slums, heavy slums in Bone Bolango regency that can be used to assist local governments in policy making handling urban slums.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan memiliki beragam objek wisata bahari yang berpotensi menjadi tempat yang ramai akan pengunjung. Terdapat 52 lokasi spot diving yang tersebar di beberapa kecamatan maupun pedesaan yang diketahui. Lokasi spot diving ini cukup tersebar, sehingga membuat para wisatawan mengalami kesulitan untuk melakukan perencanaan perjalanan berwisata. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pengembangan aplikasi informasi spot diving menggunakan model Prototyping. Hasil penelitian adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi spot diving yang dapat membantu perencanaan perjalanan berwisata ke lokasi spot diving di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.South Bolaang Mongondow District has a variety of marine tourism objects that have the potential to attract many visitors. There are 52 diving spot locations scattered in several sub-districts and villages. The locations of these diving spots are scattered, making it difficult for tourists to plan their trips. This paper aims to describe the steps of developing spot diving information applications using prototyping models. The results of the study are applications developed that can be used to produce spot diving information that can help plan trips to diving spot locations in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency, North Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The manual process of collecting and distributing aid for persons with disabilities at Yayasan Putra Mandiri Gorontalo had faced challenges, including inefficiency, data inaccuracy, and weak coordination. These problems had impacted the accuracy and effectiveness of aid distribution. This study had offered a solution through a centralized web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that integrated data, volunteer management, and location mapping. The contribution of this study was a system design that improved data accuracy and aid distribution effectiveness. The research used the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design with UML, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and black-box and white-box testing. The results showed that the system successfully performed CRUD operations, displayed interactive maps, and facilitated structured coordination. White-box testing indicated that the program logic complied with cyclomatic complexity. This system had supported better data quality and operational efficiency. The study concluded that the developed system was effective for managing aid distribution and could be further enhanced with automatic notification features
