Abstract

Inventory management and logistics are crucial aspects in the operation of business incubator centers, especially in ensuring the efficient availability and distribution of resources. This research aims to develop and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system in inventory management and logistics at the IBIK57 Innovation Center and Business Incubator Center. The system is designed to provide automation solutions in goods tracking, stock monitoring, and asset distribution optimization using RFID sensor technology, QR codes, and cloud-based communication. The research methods used include literature studies, user needs analysis, IoT-based system design, implementation, and system performance evaluation. RFID sensors and QR codes are used to detect the presence and movement of goods in real-time, while the data obtained is sent to a cloud-based server for processing and analysis. With this system, it is hoped that inventory management will be more accurate, reduce the risk of asset loss, and increase the operational efficiency of business incubator centers. The results show that the application of IoT in inventory management and logistics is able to increase efficiency by up to 40% in stock recording and asset tracking compared to manual methods. In addition, the system also provides users with real-time access to manage inventory in a more transparent and integrated manner. In conclusion, the use of IoT in inventory management and logistics can be an innovative solution in improving the effectiveness of resource management in academic and business environments.

Abstract

This narrative review explores the critical intersection between Knowledge Management (KM) practices and organizational innovation. As innovation becomes a key determinant of competitive advantage in the digital economy, organizations increasingly rely on KM strategies to harness collective expertise and accelerate problem-solving. The study synthesizes peer-reviewed literature drawn from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar using targeted keywords and Boolean combinations related to KM, innovation, and organizational learning. Inclusion criteria focused on empirical and theoretical studies that directly connect KM practices with innovation outcomes across diverse sectors and geographical settings. The results reveal that communities of practice, digital knowledge platforms, and strategic alignment of KM are primary drivers of innovation. Factors such as organizational culture, leadership style, and structural flexibility significantly mediate KM effectiveness. Cross-national comparisons highlight disparities in KM integration, with institutions in technologically advanced economies showing higher maturity levels. Challenges identified include resistance to change, underdeveloped digital infrastructure, and compartmentalized organizational silos. The discussion emphasizes policy and institutional strategies to overcome systemic constraints, including fostering leadership in KM and embedding KM within cross-functional collaboration initiatives. This review underscores the strategic importance of KM in enabling sustainable innovation and recommends future research on context-specific implementation and long-term impact. It calls for broader geographic representation and multi-sectoral analysis to develop more inclusive KM frameworks responsive to global innovation demands.

Abstract

Industrial Era 4.0 brought Indonesian people to a technological mindset that covered various aspects of life. Technology is now open again to luxury things (luxury) so that people can not be separated from the rise of technological facilities. In preparation for entering the industrial era 5.0, there is no doubt that information retrieval is greatly supported and facilitated by various technology-based devices and applications. Information which is currently an important basic material in shaping concrete data makes information important in various aspects of life.Based on the adage "do not know then do not love" will bring every human being will continue to need information that is used to recognize something so that it can more quickly adapt and easily accept the positive things that exist. For this reason, the existence of a computer-based application created by using a specific programming language coding as a tool that can help humans in finding things that can be information for him. Responding to this matter, where there are still so many people who are not familiar with coding, especially in school-age children, we intend to help one of the current government programs, which is helping programs that lead people to better recognize coding, especially at school age.

Abstract

Technology which is currently developing rapidly requires and guides human life to be more advanced. But technology can also sometimes be a "boomerang" for ourselves both physically and mentally related. Mainly in the field of health, the impact of the latest technology is increasingly in the spotlight and attention because so many people no longer place technology according to its functionality but rather to the primary needs that must be used and included in every aspect of their lives. The phenomenon of "dependence" which can be the most appropriate word on the current human and technological conditions. Especially for women who tend to use technology tools such as smartphones / gadgets to be a primary need that always participates in all daily activities, thus there needs to be extensive knowledge about the impact of technology on health, especially women's health, and of course additional knowledge about women's physical anatomy. complicated, vulnerable and must be maintained. One thing that is no less important is that women are aware of the importance of the health of vital organs of women. In connection with all the things explained above, we feel the need to create persuasive programs that provide knowledge about the dangers of computer technology / gadgets for health, especially women's health, the importance of knowledge about the health of vital organs of women that we pack in our "Family Health Friday" program intended for the IBI-Kosgoro academic community in 1957 and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Information technology era nowadays has brought challenges for counselor to participate and master it. Therefore, counseling is not only face-to-face in a closed room, but can be done through a remote format. The counselor uses the information media as a tool in carrying out his duties, which is hereinafter known as e-counseling service. The real form of the application of e-counseling is the emergence of online counseling services, through websites of online counseling service providers, or, more simply, counseling is done by telephone, mobile phone and / or through personal email and several application programs for chatting such as Skype, WhatsApp and so on. Also, the use of other application programs that support the implementation of the duties of the counselors, such as the emergence of the Problem Identification Tool (AUM) processing application program. So far, school counselors have been administering AUM and processing it manually, so it is time consuming and inefficient. To help the counselors, finally the Instrument Development Team with the permission of the AUM instrument drafting team took the initiative to develop an AUM application program based on the Microsoft Access program, the e-counseling technology in this program allows displaying more information regarding respondent problems, in this case especially students who later can be used as a tool for counselors in carrying out their professional duties. This training activity is a similar training that will be carried out at SMKN 62 Lenteng Agung School, so that knowledge and mastery of skills can be improved.

The development of science in today's era has increased so rapidly. The increasing need for information encourages people to develop new technologies so that data and information processing can be done easily and quickly. To make things easier, of course not only using human labor, but also using modern technology, for example by utilizing internet technology. Many teenagers are competing to install internet networks to be able to enjoy the convenience of obtaining information via the internet, one of which is RT 014 / RW 01 Gg. Rambutan Jagakarsa, South Jakarta City. Youth at RT 014 / RW 01 Gg. Rambutan Jagakarsa, Jakarta City. Currently, most teenagers have used the Internet in their environment but the use of this Internet network is still not optimal due to the ability to utilize information technology. Abstract

Tumor payudara mungkin jinak (bukan kanker) atau ganas (berpotensi menjadi kanker). Mereka adalah pertumbuhan abnormal di jaringan payudara. Misalnya, fibroadenoma adalah sejenis tumor jinak yang jarang menyebar ke bagian tubuh lain dan dapat menyebabkan rasa sakit yang parah. Di sisi lain, tumor ganas dapat menyebar ke organ lain dengan menghancurkan koneksi di dekatnya. Nyeri, benjolan, atau perubahan ukuran atau bentuk payudara bisa menjadi penyebab kesedihan. Menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes, metode klasifikasi berbasis probabilitas yang kuat dan efektif, penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan jenis tumor menurut tingkat toksisitas ganas atau jinaknya. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data rekam medis pasien yang mengandung variabel klinis dan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium, dilanjutkan dengan proses data preprocessing, pemisahan data latih dan data uji, serta penerapan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk klasifikasi. Algoritma ini menggunakan beberapa kumpulan data yang berisi fitur-fitur yang relevan seperti ukuran tumor, tekstur, dan hasil biopsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes mampu mengklasifikasikan jenis tumor payudara dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi, mencapai lebih dari 85%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Naive Bayes dapat dijadikan alternatif metode klasifikasi yang sederhana namun efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan medis di RSUD.

Abstract

Phishing remains one of the most prevalent cybersecurity threats worldwide, with a growing focus on human error as a primary attack vector. This study investigates whether structured security awareness training featuring embedded microlearning, periodic reinforcement, and difficulty calibrated phishing simulations can reduce susceptibility to phishing and improve organizational resilience. Using a cluster randomized field experiment design, the intervention was implemented across multiple business units. Participants received an initial training module (30–60 minutes), followed by booster sessions every 3–4 months. Simulated phishing emails, rated for difficulty via the NIST Phish Scale, were distributed to measure failure, reporting, and credential submission rates. Resilience factor, defined as reporting rate divided by failure rate, was introduced as a composite behavior metric. Statistical analyses included GLMMs for repeated binary outcomes and survival models for latency behaviors. The training significantly lowered failure rates (from 11.2% to 7.5%), doubled reporting rates (14% to 28%), and increased resilience (1.2 to 3.7). Time to report metrics suggested faster user response, while stratified analysis showed greater gains among newer and non technical employees. Real world phishing incident rates declined post intervention, correlating with training engagement. These results validate the long term impact of calibrated and behavior driven awareness programs. In conclusion, this study offers a scalable, ethical, and statistically grounded approach to phishing risk mitigation. Emphasizing performance metrics such as resilience factor, it supports the integration of adaptive training strategies into broader cybersecurity frameworks.

Abstract

Pelanggaran data yang semakin marak telah memicu keinginan kuat dari tim abdimas untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota komunitas Majelis Ta'lim Sa'adatunnisa di Ciganjur, Jagakarsa untuk mempelajari cara melindungi diri mereka secara online dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan literasi digital, meningkatkan keamanan online, dan memberdayakan perempuan agar dapat menavigasi lanskap digital dengan percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab Rangkaian kegiatan, termasuk sesi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi jangka panjang, telah berhasil memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Setelah sesi penyuluhan dan pemberian materi keamanan data di majelis ta'lim, sejumlah peserta mengungkapkan bahwa mereka sekarang lebih sadar akan risiko yang terkait dengan keamanan data pribadi mereka.

Abstract

Chandi's Harvestime is a moving Micro , Small and Medium Enterprise in field culinary. The culinary in question is food and drink. Products made​ including kefir milk, mayonnaise risol , fruit salad , various juices, bakery, cakes dry and still lots again. However , Chandi's Harvestime Not yet has social media and a website promote the product. Promotion and sales in a way direct and only through whatsapp. This purpose of research is designing and creating Websites at Chandi's Harvestime for development marketing and promotion product culinary . The landing page will displays products flagship Chandi's Harvestime , as well information about services and contacts required by the candidate consumer . Method used is design thinking which consists of from empathy , definition , ideation , prototype , and testing . The result of research is in the form of a website- based landing page prototype for promotion product Chandi's Harvestime culinary and already done black box testing results conclusion in accordance with need user .
