Abstract

Perkembangan tehnologi dan komunikasi mengakibatkan kebiasaan membaca masyarakat terhadap suatu bacaan semakin berkurang  Diperlukan sebuah kegiatan yang  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat  tentang manfaat kebiasaan membaca dalam keluarga, Program ini dilakukan di desa Sumber Jaya,  Kampung Melayu Kota Bengkulu Program kegiaatan ini dilakukan atas beberapa tahapan yaitu (1 ) sosialisasi tentang manfaat membaca dalam keluarga , ( 2 ) Pengadaan bahan bacaan  dan membentuk pojok baca di sekolah dan rumah warga. ( 3 ) Mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman masyarakat dalam membudayakan kebiasaan membaca . Hasil kegiatan ini   sangat bervariasi yaitu : (1 ) Adanya kelompok masyarakat yang sudah menyadari tentang pentingnya dan manfaat membaca  dan  orang tua menyediakan bahan bacaan ( 2) Kelompok masyarakat yang mampu untuk menyediakan bahan bacaan atau pojok baca dirumah mereka tapi mereka tidak peduli tentang menumbuhkan minat baca pada anggota keluarga mereka (3 )Kelompok masyarakat yang menyadari manfaat membaca tapi belum mempunyai kemampuan untuk menyediakan bahan bacaan ( 4 ) Kelompok masyarakat yang belum melaksanakan program kebiasaan membaca  karena  ketidakmampuan mereka menyediakan bahan bacaan dan juga tidak peduli dalam meningkatkan minat baca pada keluarga merekaKeyword :Budaya Membaca , Literasi, Keluarga . Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity level of project-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) and to identify the practicality level of project-based LKPD in facilitating the learning independence of Grade X students at SMK Negeri 9 North Bengkulu. This research employed a Research and Development (RD) method using the 4D model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and limited disseminate. The research subjects were Grade X students of a vocational high school. The research instruments included expert validation sheets and response questionnaires distributed to teachers and students. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques with percentage calculations to determine the level of validity and practicality of the developed product. The results of the study indicate that the project-based LKPD obtained an average validity score of 94.67%, which falls into the very valid category. In addition, the practicality test results show that the project-based LKPD achieved an average score of 89.79%, categorized as very practical. These findings demonstrate that the developed worksheets meet the criteria of content feasibility, clarity of presentation, and ease of use in the learning process. Furthermore, the implementation of project-based LKPD encourages students to participate actively in learning activities, complete tasks independently, and develop problem-solving skills through project-based tasks.Therefore, it can be concluded that the project-based LKPD is feasible and practical to be implemented in classroom learning and can effectively facilitate the development of students’ learning independence

Abstract

        This study aimed to develop a contextual-based mathematics learning module on algebra material to improve the mathematical literacy of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 05 Bengkulu City. The study was motivated by the low level of Indonesian students’ mathematical literacy as reported by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development through the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2022, which indicates that most students are still below the minimum competency level. Preliminary observations at the research site also revealed that mathematics learning tends to focus on procedural exercises and abstract problems, with limited connection to students’ real-life contexts. This research employed a Research and Development (RD) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The limited trial subjects involved 29 seventh-grade students and one mathematics teacher. The research instruments included expert validation sheets for material and media, practicality questionnaires for students and teachers, and a mathematical literacy test based on PISA indicators. The results indicated that the developed module met the criteria of high validity, with an average material validation score of 3.50 (very good category), media validation score of 3.025 (good category), and language validation score of 3.86 (very good category). The practicality of the module based on students’ responses obtained an average score of 3.14 (interesting category), while the teacher’s response reached 3.65 (very feasible category). The use of the module improved students’ learning mastery, reaching more than 90%, indicating that the module is valid and practical for use in mathematics learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar siswa yang menggunakan model Discovery Learning, Problem Solving, dan pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel terdiri dari 111 siswa kelas VII dalam tiga kelompok: kelas VII B (Discovery Learning, n=37), kelas VII C (Problem Solving, n=37), dan kelas VII F (konvensional, n=37), dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes uraian untuk berpikir kritis dan angket skala Likert empat poin untuk kemandirian belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan One-Way ANOVA dan uji lanjut LSD dengan SPSS 26. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan berpikir kritis antar kelompok (F(2,108)=6,572; Sig.=0,002), di mana Discovery Learning (Sig.=0,036) dan Problem Solving (Sig.=0,000) lebih efektif dari konvensional, namun tidak berbeda signifikan satu sama lain (Sig.=0,140); (2) terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemandirian belajar (F(2,108)=17,667; Sig.=0,000), dengan Discovery Learning lebih efektif dari Problem Solving (Sig.=0,000) dan konvensional (Sig.=0,000), sementara Problem Solving tidak berbeda signifikan dengan konvensional (Sig.=0,081). Disimpulkan bahwa Discovery Learning merupakan model paling efektif untuk mengembangkan kemandirian belajar, sedangkan kedua model aktif lebih unggul dari konvensional dalam berpikir kritis.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted through an In-House Training (IHT) program aimed at addressing teachers' limited competence in using the Education Report as a data source for planning the Teacher Work Result Plan (RHK) at SMP Negeri 20 Lebong, Lebong Regency. The program involved teachers as the main participants and was implemented using a participatory and practice-based approach. The stages of the activity included problem identification, material delivery, group discussions, hands-on practice in analyzing Education Report data, and evaluation. The Education Report provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology was used as the primary reference for data-based planning. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in interpreting educational data and formulating more targeted and evidence-based work plans. In addition, the program fostered collaborative and reflective practices among teachers in improving learning quality. This activity demonstrates that structured and sustainable training programs are essential to support data-driven educational planning and continuous improvement in schools.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, including the process of teaching Social Studies. Digital-based Social Studies instruction is one innovation that can improve the quality of learning while supporting the enhancement of students’ social literacy. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital-based Social Studies instruction in improving students’ social literacy. The research method used is a qualitative approach in the form of a literature review. Data were obtained from various sources, such as scientific journals, books, and articles relevant to digital learning and social literacy. The results indicate that the use of digital media in IPS instruction can improve students’ ability to understand social phenomena, think critically, communicate effectively, and foster a sense of social responsibility. Additionally, digital-based learning creates a more interactive, engaging, and flexible learning environment. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as limited technological facilities, low digital literacy, and teachers’ readiness to utilize digital learning media. Therefore, support for infrastructure, teacher training, and innovative learning strategies are needed so that digital-based social studies learning can run optimally and sustainably improve students’ social literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul Interaktif pada materi Persamaan Dasar Akuntansi yang valid dan praktis guna memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas XII di SMAN 15 Bengkulu Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menerapkan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang dibatasi hingga tahap Develop. Subjek penelitian dalam uji validitas melibatkan Dosen dan Praktisi sebagai validator ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Subjek uji kepraktisan melibatkan Guru mata pelajaran akuntansi dan Peserta Didik kelas XII SMAN 15 Bengkulu Utara sebagai pengguna. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri atas lembar validasi untuk validator serta angket respon untuk guru dan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung rata-rata persentase skor instrumen untuk menentukan tingkat kevalidan dan kepraktisan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul interaktif yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dan kepraktisan yang sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan penilaian Dosen dan Praktisi validator, e-modul dinyatakan Sangat Valid dengan rata-rata persentase dari ahli materi sebesar 94,5%, ahli media 92,6%, dan ahli bahasa 90,65%. Dari aspek kepraktisan, e-modul dikategorikan Sangat Praktis berdasarkan respon Guru sebesar 96,00% dan respon Peserta Didik sebesar 97,84%. Penggunaan e-modul ini terbukti mampu memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada dimensi konseptual, prosedural, dan analitis.
