Abstract

Rumah Sakit Medistra harus menjaga produktivitas tenaga non medis yang optimaI untuk mendukung operasionaI dan peIayanan yang berkuaIitas tinggi. OIeh karena itu, perIu peneIitian yang secara khusus mengkaji pengaruh IingkunganHkerja dan disipIinHkerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan rumah sakit Medistra. Tujuan_dari penelitian ini adalah untuk_mengetahui pengaruh Iingkunganhkerja dan disipIinhkerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. AnaIisis data diIakukan menggunakan anaIisis regresi_Iiniergberganda, asumsitkIasik, koefisiensi determinasi, uji-t, dan uji-F, dan pengoIahan data diIakukan menggunakan program SPSS 25. HasiI peneIitian menunjukkan bahwa variabeI Iingkungan kerja dan disipIin kerja memiIiki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan niIai uji t (2,065) Iebih besar dari t tabeI (1,97427) dan niIai uji t (9,631) Iebih besar dari t tabeI (1,97427). HasiI uji F, dengan niIai hitung F (83,020) Iebih besar dari t tabeI (3,05), menyimpuIkan bahwa Iingkungan_kerja dan disipIin_kerja memiIiki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas.

Abstract

The development of the cosmetic industry is increasing so that companies must innovate and must provide appropriate prices and maintain the quality of their products. Price is indeed the first measuring factor that is assessed by consumers as well as for the quality of the product. This study aims to determine the Price and Quality of Lipcream Wardah Products on Purchasing Decisions partially and simultaneously. The object of this study is Wardah Lipcream Products. In this study, primary data was collected by 100 respondents buying and using Wardah Lipcream products. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The test phase was carried out with the results of the Validity and Reliability tests stating Valid and reliable, and normality test results 0.200 , multicollinearity test tolerance values 0.700 and VIF 1.429 and heteroscedasticity test spread randomly, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and test coefficient of determination. This study used a questionnaire instrument with the help of Google Form and valid data which was collected by 100 respondents. This test used the SPSS Version 24 tool.The results of this study indicate that the variable price and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between work discipline variables and work facilities on employee performance in the Depok City Regional Secretariat. Problems that occur regarding work discipline, work facilities, so that it can interfere with employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS program version 27, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study amounted to all employees of the Depok City Regional Secretariat, the research sample was 50 people and all permanent employees were used as research samples (saturated samples). The results of this study obtained that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously affect employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Louvrea cosmetic customers. The population in this study were Louvrea cosmetics customers, while the samples that met the observation sampling criteria were 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used the slovin technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using the t test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the promotion variable partially did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and based on the hypothesis test regarding the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously there was a significant effect between promotion and service quality on satisfaction customers on Louvrea products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Dexalove Collection Stores. To determine the number of samples in the study, researchers used the Slovin formula, where the Slovin formula was used when calculating data in the form of a survey with the population in this study taken from consumers who shopped at the Dexalove collection in April 2023 as many as 1,816 consumers. So, it can be concluded that the sample in this study was 95 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The test methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation determination test, f test, and t test. The results obtained in this study showed that the f test results were sig 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results were sig (0.000 <0.05). that there is an influence of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store where this can be proven by the results of the data quality test, namely the value of r count is greater than r table. And the correlation value in this study shows that the relationship between the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store concludes that the results of the degree of correlation coefficient are high.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menguntukkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menguntukkan metode slovin dengan jumlah sampel 65 orang. Metode analisis data berupa uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji T (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan uji t dengan nilai sebesar 4,596 > 0,244 berarti thitung > ttabel dan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t sebesar -0.565 < 0,244 berarti thitung < ttabel dan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,574 > 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 serta nilai F hitung 10,563 > 3,14. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengukur besarnya pengaruh Budaya Organsisasi, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan memberi gambaran pada kenyataan dari detail kejadian yang diteliti. Pengumupulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada pegawai pemerintah.Pengukuran kinerja merupakan suatu proses penilaian kemajuan pekerjaan terhadap tujuan serta sasaran sesuai dengan ketentuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja pegawai pemerintah secara keseluruhan sudah cukup maksimal, hal ini kerena dilihat dari budaya organisasi yang ada mampu memberikan dorongan kepada pegawai sehingga pekerjaan yang diterima bisa terselesaikan dengan baik. Dilihat dari ketersediaan kegiatan pelatihan serta peluang adanya pengembangan karir, sudah maksimal karena dengan adanya pelatihan pegawai mampu menyelesaikan pekerjannya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan sehingga mampu menunjang karirnya. Abstract

Toko Maju Mandiri salah satu toko grosiran alat tulis kantor dan sekolah. Toko ini mejual berbagai kepentingan masyarakat seperti alat tulis kantor dan alat tulis sekolah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja pada Toko Maju Mandiri. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah guna memahami deskripsi dari gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja,reward dan pusnihment pada kinerja pegawai di toko maju mandiri. Metode pengumpulan data pada penulisan tugas akhir yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka serta atau menggunakan kuesioner, secara teknik analisinya berupa analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis regresi linear berganda yang terbagi atas uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis secara menerapkan SPSS. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menerapkan teknik sampling jenuh menggunakan sampel sejumlah 40 narasumber.Temuan dari penelitian ini secara parsial diketahui perihal gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, reward serta punishment berdampak positif serta signifikan pada kinerja pegawai di Toko Maju Mandiri. Dengan simultan dipahami perihal gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, reward serta punishment dengan serempak berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pegawai pada Toko Maju Mandiri Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya kerja, Reward, dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This study was conducted at the Al-Amien Foundation, SMK Taruna Bhakti Cikarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was 42 respondents, the data was distributed using a questionnaire via Google form. Data were collected with a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. Based on the SPSS22 output, the results of the study showed that the leadership style variable with a t count of 3.913 r table 2.023 and a significance level of t less than 0.05 (sig. T = 0.000 0.05), it was concluded that leadership style partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance. While the work discipline variable with a t count of 4.933 r table 2.023 and a significance level of t less than 0.05 (sig. T = 0.000 0.05), it was concluded that leadership style partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the study showed that the F-count (F-statistic) of 12.997 was greater than the F table of 3.24 with a significance value of 0.000. It was concluded that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously (together) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sangwoo Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires. Obtain population data on the total number of PT employees. Sangwoo Indonesia as many as 107 and a sample of 84 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data analysts use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, namely the t test and f test, and partial and simultaneous coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that the t test value on the leadership style variable t count > t table namely 1.794 > 1.663, while for the work discipline variable t count > t table, namely 13.914 > 1.663 so that each variable X has a partial effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, the f test produces a calculated f value > f table, namely 149.154 > 3.109 and a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. With the results of this research, it is hoped that the leadership of PT. Sangwoo Indonesia can continue to develop its leadership style as well as the employees of PT. Sangwoo Indonesia can continue to improve its work discipline to obtain maximum performance.
