Abstract

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between work discipline variables and work facilities on employee performance in the Depok City Regional Secretariat. Problems that occur regarding work discipline, work facilities, so that it can interfere with employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS program version 27, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study amounted to all employees of the Depok City Regional Secretariat, the research sample was 50 people and all permanent employees were used as research samples (saturated samples). The results of this study obtained that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously affect employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Louvrea cosmetic customers. The population in this study were Louvrea cosmetics customers, while the samples that met the observation sampling criteria were 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used the slovin technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using the t test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the promotion variable partially did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and based on the hypothesis test regarding the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously there was a significant effect between promotion and service quality on satisfaction customers on Louvrea products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Dexalove Collection Stores. To determine the number of samples in the study, researchers used the Slovin formula, where the Slovin formula was used when calculating data in the form of a survey with the population in this study taken from consumers who shopped at the Dexalove collection in April 2023 as many as 1,816 consumers. So, it can be concluded that the sample in this study was 95 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The test methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation determination test, f test, and t test. The results obtained in this study showed that the f test results were sig 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results were sig (0.000 <0.05). that there is an influence of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store where this can be proven by the results of the data quality test, namely the value of r count is greater than r table. And the correlation value in this study shows that the relationship between the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store concludes that the results of the degree of correlation coefficient are high.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This study was conducted at the Al-Amien Foundation, SMK Taruna Bhakti Cikarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was 42 respondents, the data was distributed using a questionnaire via Google form. Data were collected with a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. Based on the SPSS22 output, the results of the study showed that the leadership style variable with a t count of 3.913 r table 2.023 and a significance level of t less than 0.05 (sig. T = 0.000 0.05), it was concluded that leadership style partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance. While the work discipline variable with a t count of 4.933 r table 2.023 and a significance level of t less than 0.05 (sig. T = 0.000 0.05), it was concluded that leadership style partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the study showed that the F-count (F-statistic) of 12.997 was greater than the F table of 3.24 with a significance value of 0.000. It was concluded that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously (together) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sangwoo Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires. Obtain population data on the total number of PT employees. Sangwoo Indonesia as many as 107 and a sample of 84 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data analysts use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, namely the t test and f test, and partial and simultaneous coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that the t test value on the leadership style variable t count > t table namely 1.794 > 1.663, while for the work discipline variable t count > t table, namely 13.914 > 1.663 so that each variable X has a partial effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, the f test produces a calculated f value > f table, namely 149.154 > 3.109 and a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. With the results of this research, it is hoped that the leadership of PT. Sangwoo Indonesia can continue to develop its leadership style as well as the employees of PT. Sangwoo Indonesia can continue to improve its work discipline to obtain maximum performance.

Abstract

Kantor Desa sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan masyarakat dituntut untuk memberikan layanan yang optimal, responsif, dan akuntabel. Dalam era pelayanan publik yang semakin menuntut efisiensi dan profesionalisme, kualitas kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan organisasi, termasuk instansi pemerintahan di tingkat desa. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, sering kali ditemukan tantangan dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa, yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh aspek manajerial seperti gaya kepemimpinan dan efektivitas komunikasi. Kondisi ini juga dirasakan di Kantor Desa Serang, Kabupaten Bekasi, di mana peran kepemimpinan dan komunikasi menjadi faktor penting yang perlu dianalisis secara mendalam dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Desa Serang Kabupaten Bekasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 32 responden dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 30.0. Variabel yang diteliti adalah gaya kepemimpinan (X1), komunikasi (X2), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 72,2%, sedangkan komunikasi berkontribusi sebesar 80,9%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 94,8%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan dan efektivitas komunikasi memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa, serta memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap pengembangan kebijakan manajemen SDM di lingkungan pemerintah desa. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Persaingan yang ketat dalam industri klinik kecantikan mendorong setiap penyedia layanan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana harga dan strategi promosi dapat membentuk preferensi pelanggan dalam memilih layanan perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih treatment di Klinik Kecantikan Selaras di Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, berdasarkan data dari 117 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,143 dan signifikansi 0,013 (p < 0,05). Sementara itu, variabel promosi juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dan lebih dominan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,921 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 76,460 dan nilai determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,573. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi penetapan harga dan promosi yang efektif berperan penting dalam membentuk preferensi dan keputusan pelanggan dalam memilih layanan kecantikan.

Abstract

Dunia kewirausahaan melalui tehnologi digital mulai berkembang dengan pesat. Hal ini membuka peluang khususnya bagi remaja didalam memulai bisnis tanpa terikat batasan geografis maupun modal. Fenomenanya masih banyak remaja yang belum memiliki ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai dalam bidang tehnologi digital untuk pengembangan usahanya. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya akses dan informasi mengenai pelatihan kewirausahaan digital dan terdapatnya keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai kewirausahaan dan tehnologi digital, serta membekali remaja dengan keterampilan praktis dalam menjalankan bisnis berbasis teknologi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan secara tatap muka. Materi pelatihan disampaikan secara langsung kepada para remaja yang terdapat di Yayasan Rumah Harapan, Bekasi, Jawa Barat dengan mengggunakan slide presentasi. Adapun materi yang disampaikan meliputi pembuatan website toko online, pemasaran produk melalui media social dan pengelolaan bisnis digital secara efektif. Program ini juga mencakup pemberian wawasan tentang manajemen bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan dan strategi branding. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan remaja dalam dunia digital, memperoleh kemandirian ekonomi, dan memperluas wawasan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif, tidak hanya untuk pengembangan keterampilan usaha, tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan percaya diri dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia digital.

Abstract

Gedung Pengadilan Negeri Bogor telah mengalami renovasi selama bertahun-tahun agar tetap baik dalam kondisi kerja, namun setiap kali renovasi, bentuk inti bangunan tetap dipertahankan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan sehingga para pekerja lebih bahagia dan lebih berinvestasi dalam keberhasilan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadilan negeri Bogor kelas 1 A. Kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Bogor Kelas 1 A. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, juga disebut sebagai sensus. Pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis statistik Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji-T, dan Uji-F, yang dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS V25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan, dan uji t menunjukkan bahwa keduanya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kelas 1 A Pengadilan Negeri Bogor baik secara partial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of parents and managers of children with special needs resources in providing education effectively and sustainably. This training was motivated by the still low understanding of institutional managers regarding school resource management, especially in the aspects of planning, utilization, and evaluation of human resources and infrastructure. The activity was carried out on Sunday, October 19, 2025, through the stages of opening, delivery of materials, interactive discussion sessions, filling out questionnaires, and closing. The implementation method involved a participatory approach so that participants could play an active role in the learning process. The implementation of the community service took place in a special room of the Lazama institution. It was attended by approximately 20 participants consisting of special needs school management and parents. The results of the activity showed that participants experienced significant improvements in their understanding of concepts and practical skills in school resource management. Ninety-two percent of participants stated that the training material was highly relevant, 88% stated that their understanding improved, and 85% stated that they were ready to implement the strategies they had learned. The training also encouraged the formation of an internal resource management team at the KAZAMA Institute as a follow-up to the program. This activity not only increased the individual capacity of participants but also strengthened sustainable institutional governance. This community service activity successfully raised new awareness about the importance of collaborative, adaptive, and sustainability-oriented educational resource management, particularly in schools serving children with special needs.
