Abstract

Obesitas pada anak merupakan masalah kesehatan karena prevalensi obesitas anak di dunia semakin meningkat. Di Indonesia, berdasarkan data Riskesda oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2013, prevalensi overweight dan obesitas pada anak usia 5-12 tahun mencapai 18,8%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pola konsumsi fast food, aktivitas fisik dan faktor keturunan terhadap kejadian obesitas pada anak sekolah dasar negeri 01 tonjong kabupaten brebes. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian survey analitik dan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 284 responden. Sampel berjumlah 72 responden (36 anak gemuk dan 36 anak nomal).Metode yang digunakan dalam penarikan sampel adalah random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat Chi-square. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui prevalensi kegemukan anak sekolah dasar negeri 01 tonjong sebesar 16,7 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola konsumsi fast food dengan obesitas  p-value sebesar 0,036 <α (0,05). Aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas  p-value sebesar 0,000 <α (0,05). Hubungan antara faktor keturunan terhadap kejadian obesitas dengan  p-value sebesar 0,002 <α (0,05). Peranan orang tua dan pihak sekolah sangatlah penting dalam mengajarkan hidup sehat melalui konsumsi makanan bergizi seimbang dan peningkatan aktivitas fisik untuk mencegah kejadian obesitas pada anak.Obesity in children is a health problem because the prevalence of child obesity in the world is increasing. This type of research is quantitative, with analytical survey research design and cross sectional design.The population in this study amounted to 284 respondents. The sample was 72 respondents (36 obese children and 36 nomal children). The instrument used  questionnaire. The data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate Chi-square. The research result, it is known that the prevalence of obesity of elementary school children of 01 tonjong is 16,7%. The results showed there was a significant relationship between fast food consumption patterns with p-value obesity of 0.013 <α (0.05). Physical activity with p-value obesity was 0.000 <α (0.05). The relationship between heredity to obesity with p-value was 0,002 <α (0,05). The role of parents and parties sekolh very important in teaching healthy life through the consumption of balanced nutritious foods and increased physical activity to prevent obesity in children.

Abstract

Prevalensi disabilitas termasuk retardasi mental di Indonesia meningkat pada tahun 2003 sampai 2012, yaitu 0,69 % menjadi 2,45 % dari total jumlah penduduk di Indonesia. Meningkatnya jumlah kasus ini menyebabkan sumber daya manusia menurun dan kualitas penduduk di Indonesia juga menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental berdasarkan status gizi di SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif didukung data kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui pengukuran langsung dan wawancara. Hasil: Anak retardasi mental di SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto sebagian besar memiliki status gizi normal, asupan energi dan karbohidrat baik, kemampuan kognitif mampu didik. Tidak ada hubungan antara status gizi, asupan energi dengan kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan karbohidrat dengan kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental. Kesimpulan: Kemampuan kognitif anak retardasi mental dengan kategori status gizi kurus, normal, gemuk, dan obesitas berada pada kategori mampu latih yaitu IQ 40-54.The prevalence of disabilities including mental retardation in Indonesia increased from 2003 to 2012, namely 0.69% to 2.45% of the total population in Indonesia. This leads to increased instances of human resources and the quality of the population decline in Indonesia also declined. This study aims to determine the cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation based on the nutritional status in SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto 2016. This research was supported quantitative qualitative data. Data were collected through direct measurements and interviews. Results: Children with mental retardation in SLB Yakut-C Purwokerto mostly have a normal nutritional status, good energy and carbohydrates intake, cognitive ability capable learners. There was no association between nutritional status, energy intake with cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation. There was a significant correlation between carbohydrate intake with cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation. Conclusion: Cognitive ability mentally retarded children with nutritional status category underweight, normal, obese, and obesity was the category that was capable of practicing (IQ 40-54).

Abstract

Kemampuan rumah sakit dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasien dapat menjadi tolak ukur puas atau tidaknya pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit, diperlukan pandangan dari pasien. Data jumlah pasien BPJS di RSUD Bima mengalami penurunan, pada tahun 2014 berjumlah 14.009 pasien, tahun 2015 berjumlah 12.202 pasien, bulan Januaru sampai bulan Oktober 2016 berjumlah 10.686 pasien. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor assurance terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS di ruang rawat inap RSUD Bima.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel 66 pasien dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok kelas, yaitu pasien BPJS kelas I, kelas II dan kelas III. Setiap kelas berjumlah 22 pasien. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariate. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kelas I, faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien yaitu faktor responsiveness, ditunjukkan oleh nilai OR tertinggi OR=45,000 P=0,015. Kelas II faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah emphaty OR=17,397, P=0,033. Kelas III faktor yang paling berpengaruh yaitu assurance OR=15,685, P=0,039. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor Assurance terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS kelas III. Sehingga perlu kiranya petugas medis dalam melaksanakan tugas, lebih peduli kepada pasien serta memberikan jaminan untuk menimbulkan kepercayaan pasien terhadap RSUD Bima.The ability of hospital to meet the needs of patients can be a benchmark for whether the patients satisfy or not to the services provided. To observe the quality of services provided by the hospital, it needs the views of the patients. The number of BPJS patients in Bima Regional General Hospital continued to decrease, in 2014 there were 14.009 patients, in 2015 there were 12.202 patients, January until October 2016 there were 10.686 patients. The study objective is to analyze the assurance factor, tangibles factor on the satisfaction level of BPJS patients in the wards of Bima Regional General Hospital.This study was a quantitative descriptive study, cross sectional study approach. The samples were 66 patients divided into three class groups, namely BPJS class I, BPJS class II and BPJS class III. Each class is 22 patients. Data were analyzed used univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The quality of medical staff service from responsiveness factor, empathy factor, and assurance factor greatly affected the satisfaction of BPJS Class I, Class II, and Class III patients. The conclusion was that there was significant influence between responsiveness, indicated by the value or highest OR=45,000, P=0.015. Class II the most influential factor is emphaty OR=17,397, P=0,033. In class III the most influential factor namely assurance OR=15,685, P=0.039. Conclusion there is a significant impact between the factor Assurance of customer satisfaction patients BPJS class III. So it is necessary for the medical staff to carry out their duty, provide more care to the patients and provide assurance to create patients’ trust to Bima Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

HIV / AIDS merupakan masalah besar dan baru-baru ini menarik untuk diangkat sebagai penelitian psikososial, terutama pada subyek yang beresiko tinggi.  Sejumlah kasus sindrom kejiwaan telah diidentifikasi dalam kaitannya dengan infeksi HIV Penderita HIV cenderung menggunakan mekanisme koping yang maladaptive dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif di Kabupaten Batang yang difokuskan pada problems focused coping penderita HIV Positif. Informan awal ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, selanjutnya ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Metode pegumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) terhadap 5 informan utama penderita HIV positif, teman sebaya, keluarga penderita dan 3 informan triangulasi yang terdiri dari KPA Batang, Manajerkasus FKPB, dan pendamping HIV positif.Selain permasalahan menurunnya kesehatan fisik sebagai stressor pertama, penderita HIV Positif dihadapkan pada permasalahan stigma di masyarakat yang cenderung menyebabkan penderita melakukan koping strategi salah satunya adalah problems focused coping.HIV / AIDS is a big problem and recently has become an interesting topic for psycho-social study, especially for high-risk subjects. A number of psychiatric syndromes cases have been identified in relation to HIV infection. The complexity of the problems faced by people with HIV can lead to the lower quality of life. People with HIV tend to use maladaptive coping strategies to solve their problems.This study is a qualitative study in Batang District with a focus on problems focused coping of people with HIV. Initial informant was determined using purposive sampling, then further informants were determined using snowball sampling technique. The data were collected using an in-depth interview to 5 key informants (people with HIV), peers, family and three triangulation informants consisting of AIDS Control Commission of Batang, FKPB case manager, and HIV patient companion. In addition to a decline in physical health problems as the main stressor, HIV people are faced with the problems of a stigma that causes them to form coping strategiesone of which is focused coping problems.

Abstract

Application of financial management flexibility independently exist in BLUD policy as one alternative to overcome the problem by the central government-run hospitals to regional government to fulfill its resources that are expected to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity kenerja finances and improving the quality of service performance. Financial performance and good service can determine the quality of service quality at the hospital so that patients feel satisfied with the services received, the study aims to evaluate policy implementation BLUD at RSUD Landak using the CIPP model of evaluation. This study is a qualitative evaluation approach desktiftif. Sources of data in this research with in-depth interview data collection techniques as the primary data and secondary data obtained documents and observation techniques. Context evaluation found RSUD Landak mission and vision is not fully achieved, however BLUD policies have a positive impact on the achievement of the vision and mission RSUD Landak. The input evaluation found that the implementation of MSS and the fulfillment of the organizational structure in RSUD Landak had not reached the target of MSS and the organizational structure had not been fulfilled in terms of human resources, but the BLUD policy has a positive impact on improving MMS performance and efforts to meet HR in services and other functional at the RSUD Landak. Process evaluation found factors that hindered the implementation of BLUD policy in RSUD Landak. Product evaluation was found based on 14 indicators of HPI categorized as good for all HPI indicators in RSUD Landak.

Abstract

The quality of health services relates to the level of perfection of health services in causing a sense of satisfaction in each patient, the more perfect the satisfaction, the better the quality of health services. There are 5 dimensions of service quality in assessing service quality including reliability , responsiveness , Assurance, Empathy and tangibles. The still high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia, especially in Pati regency, the government holds a National Health Insurance (JKN) through the Social Insurance Administration Organization  (BPJS) to address the problem of mortality. This study aims to analyze the service quality of obstetrics & gynecology clinics with the level of BPJS patient satisfaction in RSUD Soewondo Pati. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The research sample used purposive sampling technique that is 10 initial informants and developed by snowball sampling technique. The results of the study revealed that most of the informants aged> 20 years were 14 people (93.3%), there were 6 high school students (40%) and 11 non-PBI types of BPJS (73.3%).Interview results of Analysis of Obstetric & Gynecological Clinic Service Quality with BPJS Satisfaction Level at RSUD RAA Soewondo, from 5 dimensions of service quality obtained results of patients satisfied with service in terms of responsiveness, assurance and empathy as well as in terms of reliability and physical evidence, obtained patient results were quite satisfied with service

Abstract

Unwanted pregnancy is a reproductive health problem that has an impact on high maternal mortality and unsafe abortion rates, Indonesia is one of the developing countries with maternal mortality rates (MMR) in 2015 researching 305 per 100,000 live births, this number is still far from the target of sustainable development goals (SDGs) to reduce MMR to 70 per 100,000 live births in 2030 (Ministry of Health, 2017). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of married women demographic characteristics and unsafe abortion behavior on unwanted pregnancies in the Indonesian Family Planning Associating (PKBI) in Pemalang district. This research is a mixed method research with a quantitative explanatory design. The samples of the study were married women with unwanted pregnancies totaling 287 respomdents, with purposive sampling. Data analysis used chi square and logistic regression. Meanwhile, to support quantitative data from unsafe abortion behavior, eight informants were taken as qualitative data sources through interviews. The results showed that the characteristics of age, income and number of children were significantly associated with unsafe abortion behavior while the demographic caharacteristics that most affected the behavior of unsafe abortion were high risk age (p. 006 with OR 2,917) and the number of children was more than 2 (p. 0,044 with OR 2.069). Unwanted pregnancies in married women generally occur in old age whose already have enough children. Plan a pregnancy and arrange with contraceptive methods, so that the number of mobility and mortality associated with unsafe abortion can be reduced.

Abstract

Background: HIV is one of the major health problems and infectious diseases that can affect maternal and child mortality. HIV / AIDS in Indonesia from year to year is constantly increasing. Not a few people with this deadly virus is that they are still considered children. Children with HIV / AIDS in order to stay healthy immune system can be arrested by taking anti-retroviral / ARV. They are only successful if used in compliance, according to the schedule. The award of ARV therapy in children should be appropriate to the child can sustain life in the long term so that the child requires special attention and depending on the behavior of family members Method: This study used a qualitative approach, descriptive research type. The research object is the provision of antiretroviral therapy in HIV / AIDS. Subjects were parents and families of children with HIV / AIDS. Research with in-depth interviews. Qualitative data processing performed by the content analysis method based on a theme (thematic content analysis). Result: The primary informants in this study had a lifespan of 25 years up to 47 years. The education levels of primary informant school no 3, SD 1, SMA 2 and D2 1. Knowledge of HIV and antiretroviral mostly know about HIV is an infectious disease that attacks the immune system. ARVs are drugs to treat HIV / AIDS. Access to VCT / PMTCT distance from the house to the hospital where taking antiretrovirals majority of informants has a considerable distance to the point of taking ARV (over 20 km). Means of transportation used for the majority of health facilities to the motorcycle itself. Family Support shows that 4 immediate family informant know about the child's illness and provide support and attention. Children with HIV / AIDS have different accuracy in the delivery of antiretroviral therapy, most of the regular informant, at the same time, precise and has never been forgotten in the provision of antiretroviral therapy are 5 key informants. There is one informant who had never done ARV treatment. The remaining one informant said he had about 6 months did not take antiretroviral drugs to the hospital so do not take medication again. Conclusion: Most informants regularly taking antiretrovirals, at the same time, precise and has never been forgotten in the provision of antiretroviral therapy are 5 key informants. 1 informant who have never done ARV treatment. The remaining one informant said he had about 6 months did not take antiretroviral drugs to the hospital so do not take the medicine again. ARV consumption in children with HIV / AIDS is highly dependent on family members who care for children.

Abstract

Accreditation is the beginning to improve the quality of services including improving the quality of management and leadership, planning strategies, satisfaction of service users, strengthening coordination between stakeholders and increasing the ability of Human Resources. 37 Semarang City Public Health Centers have been accredited with predicate; 1 Plenary, 4 Main, 23 Intermediate and 9 Basic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of quality management as a service quality control system in the Semarang City Public Health Center after the accreditation assessment. This type of qualitative research with descriptive analytic design. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation, and document search. The population is the Public Health Center that passed the plenary and primary accreditation, the sampling technique used was using random sampling. Analysis of the data was using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions which are carried out simultaneously. The results showed that the internal quality instrument of UKP services in health centers after the accreditation assessment was not fully implemented, it was necessary to strengthen commitment, standardize facilities and infrastructure to support clinical services, analysis of human resource adequacy both in quantity and quality, increase in knowledge for employees about the clinical service quality system through regular training and assistance, capacity building of accompanying human resources on accreditation assistance techniques, support from the Department of Health and cross-sectoral, basic document review, restructuring of quality organizations and Public Health Center organization, monitoring and evaluation which is carried out maximally and continuously.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding decreases with age. Based on data in Semarang City, Pegandan Health Center is the second consecutive year (2016-2017) in the lowest exclusive breastfeeding (24.69%). This shows that there are still many mothers who give non-exclusive breastfeeding. The problem in this study is what factors cause non-exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the causes of non-exclusive breastfeeding by mothers in area of Pegandan Health Center. The research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months and obtained as many as 12 informants. The data collection technique was done by in-depth interviews using interview guidelines. The results found that low knowledge, lack of motivation, lack of husband and family support made mothers fail to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Suggestions for health center are to increase counseling about exclusive breastfeeding, not only mothers, but also those closest to them such as grandmothers / husbands that can be done through routine meetings such as PKK or other routine meeting activities.
