Abstract

Kota Semarang memiliki laju pertumbuhan penduduk tercepat di Jawa Tengah yaitu sebesar 0,33. Saat ini terjadi bonus demografi di Semarang, untuk itu pemerintah membentuk program kampung KB di Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi program kampung KB. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Rancangan penelitiannya adalah diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitiannya adalah input program belum sesuai indikator karena tidak adanya dana kegiatan dan kurangnya SDM. Proses kegiatan kampung KB belum sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan yang sebaiknya dilakukan karena kegiatan tersebut dilakukan bersama dengan kegiatan PKK. Belum semua indikator output terpenuhi, dari 20 indikator hanya 10 indikator yang terpenuhi hal tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya SDM dan dana untuk kegiatan serta kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan masih rendah. Simpulannya adalah belum semua indikator input, proses, dan output terpenuhi. Saran penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya penelitan selanjutnya tidak hanya dari segi pemberdayaan masyarakatnya saja namun juga dari segi yang lainnya. Kata kunci: Kampung, KB, Proses Semarang has the fastest rate of population growth in central java that 0,33. Todays there is a demographic bonus in Semarang, so government holds kampung KB in Semarang. The purpose of this research was to know the evaluation of kampung KB. The research method used qualitative method. The research planning was descriptive qualitative. The results of the research were inappropriate yet sine there was no funds and lack of human resources. Kampung KB has not been in accordance with the plan of activities that should be done because it conducted jointly with PKK. Not all the output indicators were met from 20 indicators it just met 10 indicators, it was because lack of human resources and funds for activities and low society’s awareness. The conclusion is not all indicators of inputs, processes, and output sare met. Suggestion is it is better for next research not only in society’s emmpowerment but also in other term. Abstract

The development of the times greatly affects life, one of which is in the field of education, many innovations related to education, one example is the use of learning media in the teaching and learning process and motivation. Lots of learning innovations that produce technology that makes it easier for an educator to provide learning material so that students get motivation to learn. Learning media is very useful in every lesson at the Junior High School level. This study aims to determine the application of the use of any media that can influence and encourage students' learning motivation at the Junior High School level. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the use of learning media on students' learning motivation greatly supported motivation in learning activities. Students are very motivated when the learning uses projector media and speakers. In addition, the use of learning media at the junior high school level has an important role in the interest and motivation of students to learn, including feelings of pleasure and interest in the material increases. The implication of this research is that educators in delivering learning materials in the classroom must be good at choosing and using the right media, educators must also have creative and innovative ideas so that the learning atmosphere of students is more enthusiastic and motivated. The limitation of this study is that researchers only observed one school, therefore researchers hope that future researchers can observe more schools and better ways.

Abstract

Waste disposal and management is the biggest threat to the environment and the people of Kejoren hamlet, Gerbo village. This service is carried out to start a program for handling waste problems, especially wet waste, starting from the beginning until it becomes clean waste that is utilized as much as possible. The service team uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with a SWOT analysis strategy to describe the events that arise according to the circumstances in the village concerned. The results of the dedication through distributing questionnaires carried out pre-activity, and post-activity explained that the community's response and knowledge about waste management had increased.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan hal yang perlu dikelola dengan baik oleh perusahaan dikarenakan perusahaan dapat berjalan secara optimal jika menerapkan sistem keamanan informasi guna mempertahankan bisnis yang dijalankan. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem informasi dalam proses bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko yang terjadi pada tiap aset perusahaan terlebih khusus pada aset sistem perencanaan produksi bahan baku di PT.XYZ menggunakan standar NIST SP 800-30. PT.XYZ mengalami kebobolan data berupa terjadinya risiko web spoofing sehingga perusahaan kehilangan data perencanaan produksi bahan baku. Setelah dilakukan analisa dengan penerapan standar NIST SP 800-30 didapati hasil bahwa aset sistem perencanaan produksi bahan baku di PT.XYZ memiliki kemungkinan sangat jarang dengan nilai likelihood sebesar 0,015 namun didapati dampak yang sangat besar sehingga tergolong kedalam risiko level tinggi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan mitigasi berupa penerapan pengamanan sistem dan pembaruan keamanan perangkat lunak yang diupdate secara berkala dengan patch keamanan terbaru untuk mengatasi kerentanan risiko serta penggunaan alat deteksi intrusi untuk memantau aktivitas mencurigakan dalam jaringan dan sistem.

The process of early childhood learning is done by the technique of "learning as a play". Increasing the creativity of educators in creating innovations in learning. This study aims to improve the ability to recognize the symbol of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in RA Darussalam Sumberkembang Sumbermanjing-Malang. Classroom Action Research (Action Research) using two cycles is applied to children aged 4-5 years. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of observations before the action show that the increase in the ability to recognize symbol numbers occurs starting from the pre-action, the first cycle to the second cycle. In pre-action, the percentage of recognizing number symbols in children reached 45.83%, in cycle I it reached 63.42% and in cycle II it reached 82.87%. Research can be concluded that the game method is very effective in improving aspects of development, especially in cognitive abilities through learning to recognize the number symbols for early childhood.

Abstract

Intercultural communication is key in shaping national identity, especially for migrant children growing up in multicultural environments. This study aims to uncover the effectiveness of intercultural communication strategies in shaping the national identity of Indonesian migrant children in Malaysia. Through a qualitative approach, this study found that the Hulu Kelang Guidance Center (SBHK) has successfully implemented various innovative strategies. Active participation in activities related to the Indonesian language and culture significantly enhances the sense of pride in the national identity of migrant children. This study provides a new contribution by identifying the key factors that influence the success of intercultural communication strategies in the context of non-formal education for migrant children. This finding could serve as a foundation for the development of more effective non-formal education programs that facilitate the social and cultural integration of migrant children.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa internasional memiliki peran penting dalam komunikasi global, pendidikan, dan dunia kerja. Namun, masih banyak siswa sekolah menengah pertama yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep-konsep dasar Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, khususnya aplikasi Quizizz, dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Bahasa Inggris pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Purwosari Pasuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor rata-rata pemahaman siswa, dari 53,4 pada pretest menjadi 76,7 pada posttest, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 23,3 poin. Selain itu, sebagian besar siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan Quizizz karena dinilai interaktif, menyenangkan, dan memudahkan pemahaman materi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Quizizz merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Bahasa Inggris di tingkat SMP, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk integrasi lebih lanjut dalam praktik pembelajaran.

Abstract

Era digital telah secara signifikan mengubah lanskap ekonomi dan perilaku konsumen, menuntut adaptasi strategi pemasaran bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), termasuk di wilayah pedesaan. Desa Pucangsari, Kecamatan Purwosari, memiliki potensi produk unggulan lokal yang pemasarannya masih terbatas. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran digital menjadi kendala utama. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat produktif di Desa Pucangsari dalam mengoptimalkan pemasaran produk unggulan mereka melalui pelatihan digital marketing berbasis media sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop interaktif selama satu hari pada tanggal 16 April 2025 di Balai Desa Pucangsari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung penggunaan media sosial untuk bisnis. Peserta yang terlibat berjumlah sekitar 20 orang, yang mayoritas merupakan pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep pemasaran digital. berdasarkan pre-post test, serta peningkatan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri (soft skill) dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk promosi, yang berpotensi meningkatkan nilai ekonomis produk. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya kegiatan serupa dalam membekali masyarakat desa dengan keterampilan digital yang relevan untuk pengembangan ekonomi lokal
