Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari responden yang merupakan seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Camat Tenggarong yang berjumlah 59 orang beserta data sekunder yang bersumber dari berbagai dokumen dan literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melaku- kan observasi, menggunakan angket atau daftar pertanyaan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah dua macam uji regresi, yaitu regresi linier sederhana. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa : 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh kuat terhadap pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Tenggarong Kabu paten Kutai Kartanegara. Maka kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara yaitu apabila motivasi kerja diting- katkan, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan publik yang dise- lenggarakan pada organisasi tersebut, 2) Motivasi kerja internal lebih ber- pengaruh kuat terhadap pelayanan publik di Kantor Camat Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, daripada motivasi kerja eksternal, 3) Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara memiliki motivasi kerja internal yang lebih besar daripada motivasi kerja ekternal yang berasal dari organisasi, 4) Bentuk motivasi kerja internal di Kantor Camat Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara yang paling dominan adalah pemenuhan kebutuhan hubungan sosial berupa adanya situasi kerja yang terjalin harmonis antara sesama pegawai maupun dengan masyarakat, sedangkan bentuk motivasi kerja eksternal yang paling dominan adalah pemberian imbalan yang berupa kesesuaian besaran imbalan yang diterima dengan beban kerja pegawai, ketepatan waktu penerimaan imbalan serta terpenuhinya kebutuhan hidup pegawai dan keluarganya melalui imbalan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse and describe the implementation of public services at the Regional Secretariat about the use of fuel oil to the service in the General section. This research is a quantitative descriptive research and using statistical analysis techniques.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi khususnya organisasi Pemerintah. Dengan pengukuran kinerja  suatu organisasi dapat  memanfaatkan  dan meningkatkan efektivitas  dan efisiensi sumber daya manusianya, sebagai dasar pendistribusian  penghargaan, membantu dalam upaya pertimbangan  dan pengambilan keputusan serta mengidentifikasikan  kebutuhan  pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber  daya pegawai. Berkaitan dengan keberadaan Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Kutai Timur salah satu tugas pokoknya menangani masalah sumber daya aparatur dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aparatur secara baik dan berkesinambungan guna mendukung pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsinya serta pencapaian hasil kerja Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Dalam upaya  untuk mencapai prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Kutai Timur meliputi  motivasi kerja, kemampuan, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan kepribadian.

Abstract

This article will discuss the implementation of policies related to PATEN services in the Loa Janan District. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Sources of data come from observations, interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis used an interactive data analysis model. The results showed that the communication pattern carried out by Loa Janan District was quite good. The infrastructure facilities in Loa Janan District were quite good and adequate in implementing integrated administrative services. In terms of staff and abilities, it is still not ideal because there are officers who do not have the expertise appropriate to the field. Implementing officers have implemented transparency in the services provided to the community, but it has not been maximized because there are still people who feel discriminatory actions in delivering services. The existing procedures for the PATEN service in Loa Janan District are more concise and can bring benefits closer to the community.Keywords: implementasi, kebijakan, PATEN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Branch Office Micro Unit Palaran. The sample in this study were 92 customers of Mandiri Branch Office Micro Palaran Unit who were randomly assigned using a purposive sampling technique and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of service users of Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran. The influence of service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran is negative. This means that the higher and better the quality of service provided by Bank Mandiri Mikro Unit Palaran, the higher customer satisfaction, and customers are less satisfied with the quality of service provided by frontline staff or Bank officers.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) states that the financial literacy increase will be followed by developing the financial inclusion index. Nevertheless, the level of public financial literacy is still far behind the financial inclusion index. Perpres No. 82 of 2016 concerning the National Inclusive Finance Strategy sets a target of 75% of the adult population to access financial services in 2019. As information technology develops and internet penetration rates rapidly emerge, digital financial services emerge that make it easier for people to obtain financial services called financial technology. The increasing use of financial technology is one of the drivers for increasing national financial inclusion. This study aims to investigate studies of financial inclusion, financial literacy, both from knowledge, behavior, and financial attitudes, and financial technology. The research is a literature study research examining thirty journals and reports related to Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, and Financial Technology. Formed on the respondents' characteristics, gender, age, education, and occupation had an impact on increasing financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology in Indonesia. Many people use financial products and services without having a good knowledge of the functions, how to choose the right according to needs, and do not know the risks of the products used. Recommendation from this is a strategy strategic of the respondents' characteristics is needed in increasing financial inclusion.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the Indonesian Government's efforts in making policies to handle the development of micro Waqf banks in Indonesia. The handling strategy can be assessed by understanding the policies formulated and implemented by the Indonesian Government. This study used a deliberative policy analysis approach, and data were collected through a literature study. The results of this study conclude 1) management for groups that can avoid misuse of loan funds and disbursement of funds not on target; 2) training and mentoring can build management commitment and customer enthusiasm to build a more advanced business; 3) with the financing method without collateral, the Islamic financial system does not collect deposits, low yields, and fast and easy administrative processes such as Islamic banking. Combining these three factors optimizes the performance of the micro Waqf bank in economic empowerment and community productivity. It helps increase the income and welfare of the community around the pesantren (Islamic boarding school).

Abstract

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many state leaders must make decisions quickly. Quick decision-making also has a positive impact on society and the country. Leadership style greatly influences a president in managing a pandemic. As head of state, the President can use his executive power to solve problems, especially pressing ones. This study aims to examine the model of the President's leadership style in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. In addition, this model will be the basis for forming a particular program that focuses on developing leadership competencies and being an evaluation in urgent situations. This type of research is qualitative. The data used in this study is a literature study that focuses on using secondary data in the form of forty news media articles taken from March 2, 2020, to October 2020. The analysis of news media data was managed using Nvivo 12 Plus software through coding and cross-tabulation analysis. The results of this study are the model of President Joko Widodo's leadership style, applying various leadership styles in controlling the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study concludes that the leadership style is inefficient in handling the COVID-19 pandemic, even though President Joko Widodo has directly taken over the handling of the crisis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Implementasi Peraturan Presiden Nomor 104 Tahun 2007 tentang Penyediaan, Distribusi dan Penetapan Harga Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Kalimantan Timur pada kasus di Kota Samarinda. Dengena menggunakan model pendekatan George C. Edwards III yaitu Komunikasi, Struktur Birokrasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi serta Faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keempat dimensi tersebut diklaim pemerintah dan pihak terkait telah berjalan dengan baik. Namun pada kenyataan di lapangan justru membuat kebijakan subsidi elpiji 3 Kg menjadi paradoks dan penuh syarat permainan. Terdapat permasalahan nasional dan lokal yaitu tidak jelasnya kriteria penggunaan tabung elpiji 3 kg bersubsidi, tidak akuntabelnya penetapan kuota penerima elpiji 3 kg bersubsidi, disparitas harga jual eceran (HET) dengan harga patokan semakin besar, lemahnya sistem pengendalian distribusi elpiji 3 Kg bersubsidi, lemahnya pengendalian penerapan Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) bersubsidi untuk elpiji 3 Kg bersubsidi, belum optimalnya penataan zona distribusi untuk toko-toko dari pangkalan, perluasan penggunaan elpiji tidak sesuai dengan kebijakan konversi. Inilah yang membuat pendistrbusian subsidi LPG 3 Kg menjadi terhambat dan tidak tepat sasaran kepada masyarakat penerima subsidi.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, whether PKH has so far been in accordance with implementation indicators in achieving goals, integrity, and adaptation and also to find out the factors that influence the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The location is in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Data collection was carried out by library research, observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of this study indicate that the success of the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu District, in general, can be said to be running smoothly even though there are some beneficiaries who have not been on target.
