Abstract

Indonesia is one country that has a very large number of people in the world . The population is very big cause various problems , such as uneven economic development and education, especially in remote areas , it is resulting in the emergence of health problems.Health is very important to note for the development of a better country. By having a healthy young generation, will produce a successor to a strong and able to compete without hampered by limitations. Until now, if a child has a variety of disorders do not realize that the disorder is apparently caused by food allergies. Various such disorders often incorrectly perceived by society and even by some doctors. Often mistaken for a variety of disorders of the other things that food allergy sufferers often experience overdiagnosis and overtreatment other diseases. Allergies can be defined as an exaggerated reaction of the immune system as a response to bodily contact with foreign objects from the outside. The method used in diagnosing allergic disease in children is Fuzzy Logic, the programming language used is PHP and Software used are Dreamweaver. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the user in diagnosing allergic disease in children based on symptoms entered by the user.

Abstract

Anggaran Program Kemiskinan melalui Kementerian/Lembaga dalam kurun waktu tahun 2006 - 2011 (sekitar 5 tahun] mencapai sebesar Rp351,5 triliun, hanya mampu mengurangi jumlah penduduk miskin sebesar 9,3 juta orang sehingga dalam tahun 2011 jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia sekitar 30,024 juta atau sebesar 11,5-12,5 persen dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia. Agar Indonesia terbebas dari kemiskinan tanpa perbaikan anggaran Program Kemiskinan maka dibutuhkan waktu sekitar 15 tahun, dan biaya sekitar Rpl.054,5 triliun. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendorong percepatan pengurangan penduduk miskin, perlu dirumuskan alternatif skenario anggaran versi baru melalui pendekatan bantuan langsung bersyarat (wajib menabung) setara dengan UMR nasional sebesar Rp908.800 per bulan diberikan kepada 17.488,007 kepala keluarga (KK) miskin, dalam waktu tiga tahun sebesar Rp572,151 triliun, diharapkan penduduk miskin sudah menjadi sejahtera, sehingga terjadi penghematan anggaran sebesar Rp482,35 triliun, dan penghematan waktu sekitar 12 tahun akan direkomendasikan dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

In the year 2010 the number of citizens who have health coverage reaching 139 424 348 or 59.07 percent of Indonesia's population, while the remaining 40.93 percent do not have health insurance. Province of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam and South Sulawesi entire population already have health insurance, while that of South Sumatera and Bali respectively reached 99.60 percent and 99.56 percent. Health insurance needs to be evaluated, whether based on capitation funding awarded in accordance with the number of people, .or diverted to improving the quality of health services in health centers, hospitals, incentives for medical personnel, provision of medicines, as well as the procurement of medical equipments in accordance with the local government, so that the whole communities to utilize health care facilities specified.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the types of student errors in solving HOTS-based circle questions based on kastolan theory, then it will also be explored regarding the factors that cause errors, and the percentage of student errors when solving problems. The method that will be used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments in this study consisted of written tests, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The subjects in this study were 13 students from class VIII A of SMP Negeri 4 Randublatung in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 academic year. Then interviews will be conducted by taking 3 samples of student answers grouped based on types of conceptual, procedural, and technical errors. The results showed that the most dominant errors occurred in technical errors where errors were made in the counting process with a percentage of 69.23%. Student procedural errors were made due to the incompatibility of the steps in solving the questions which resulted in wrong answers, with a percentage of 53.84%. Students' conceptual errors were made because students misinterpreted concepts and incorrectly determined the problem solving formula, with a percentage of 46.15%. Factors that cause students to make mistakes in solving HOTS-based questions are: students are not careful in the process of calculating ranks, use formulas that do not meet the prerequisites of the formula, and incompatibility of steps in solving problems.Keywords: Error Analysis, Cricles, HOTS Type Questions, Kastolan Theory

Abstract

Daya ikat hukum internasional banyak mendapatkan tantangan dengan berbagai pelanggaran atas hukum internasional yang penyelesaiannya masih sarat dengan kepentingan politik negara. Tulisan ini mengkaji dua pertanyaan fundamental dalam hukum internasional, yaitu apa dasar atau landasan filosofis daya ikat Hukum Internasional bagi negara?; dan bagaimana negara-negara terikat dan patuh pada norma-norma Hukum Internasional dalam praktek masyarakat internasional kontemporer?. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa walaupun hukum internasional sebagai suatu sistem hukum diakui dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat internasional, namun demikian masih terdapat kelemahan utamanya dalam hal kekuatan mengikatnya. Realitanya, hukum internasional tetap ada dan semakin diperlukan untuk mengatur hubungan-hubungan internasional yang semakin kompleks dan itulah yang menjadi dasar mengikat HI bagi masyarakat internasional. Dalam rangka meningkatkan lagi legitimasi hukum internasional, maka sistem hukum internasional harus memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kepada negara-negara berkembang dan NGO untuk mengekspresikan sudut pandang mereka dalam negosiasi di tingkat internasional serta prosedur pengambilan keputusan dari organisasi internasional.

Abstract

Educational platforms and human resource development are the sole goals of forest farmer group organizations. However, based on field observations, the enormous potential of non-timber forest products is still less accessible to forest farmer groups. Forest farmers must be empowered to become independent group business managers, as evidenced by low production and minimal human resources. The first objective of this research is to explain the empowerment program offered at KTH Bangkit Sejahtera. The second objective is to describe the empowerment methods applied there. (3) Mention the challenges faced by Bangkit Sejahtera forest farmers in their efforts to gain greater authority. By using case study methodology, this research uses a qualitative research strategy. At the Bangkit Sejahtera Forest Farmers Group Institute located on Jl. The Southern Cross of Gajahrejo in Gedangan District, Malang Regency, research has been carried out. Interviews and observations were used as data collection methods. The stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are used to test the data obtained. Source and time triangulation was used to verify the accuracy of the data. The research results show that by carrying out various empowerment activities and successfully completing them, the Bangkit Sejahtera Farmers Group has been able to carry out its role as a forum for learning and community development. Communities gain information, skills and improved economic conditions as a result of these empowerment initiatives. The KTH Rising Sejahtera empowerment process follows the current stages, which include planning, implementation and assessment. However, there are many obstacles faced by institutions in implementing it. Keywords: Forest Farmers Group; Empowerment

Abstract

Information technology is very developed in society, generally information technology is a technology that is used to manage data, process, store and manipulate data in various ways and procedures to produce quality and high-value information. Such technology is needed by SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah Harapan Mekar Schools. It is school's hope to process new student data so that it can be stored in a database and make it easier for the school to carry out the process of registering new students. Manual or conventional registration systems that use physical forms are considered ineffective and efficient, many obstacles are faced including: requiring a lot of paper, prone to making mistakes or writing cannot be read, requires a lot of storage space, and takes a long time to find the desired data. This information system is also designed to assist the public in obtaining information about the SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah Harapan Mekar School. This information system is designed on a mobile basis where using a mobile can make it easy for students, teachers and the public to find information anywhere and anytime. Because of this, the author carried out the activity of creating a school information system with students at the SMK Tarbiyah Islamiyah Harapan Mekar School. The Students have good will and competence in carrying out activities for making school information systems. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants and the success in carrying out these activities. It is hoped that this activity can improve the ability of students to create school information systems, especially those used as promotional media

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven its utilization in various activities, including the education sector. One of its applications is the Computer-Based Test (CBT) system, which replaces conventional paper-based exams. SMK PAB 8 Sampali faces challenges in conducting paper-based exams, such as the risk of grading errors and inefficiency in the process. Therefore, developing a CBT application is a potential solution to improve the quality of exam administration. This application allows students to easily complete exam questions using internet-connected devices, eliminating the need for additional writing tools. Teachers also benefit from a more efficient grading process and structured evaluation reports. This research aims to design and develop a CBT application to support exam administration at SMK PAB 8 Sampali, with the hope of providing significant benefits for students, teachers, and other users. Additionally, training provided by the researchers aims to enhance students' knowledge of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) application to assist them in taking exams.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology highlights the importance of mastering website development skills, especially for vocational high school students who are being prepared for the workforce. This training aimed to improve the understanding and skills of students at SMK Pangeran Antasari in creating and managing websites using the WordPress platform, known for its user-friendly interface and minimal programming requirements. The activity involved 30 students from grades XI and XII in the Computer and Network Engineering program, divided into two groups to ensure effective learning. The training was carried out in five sessions: an introduction to WordPress and the importance of website development in the digital era; WordPress installation; content creation using the Gutenberg editor; theme and plugin management; and an independent implementation session where students designed their own websites. The training adopted a hands-on approach, with direct assistance provided to ensure thorough understanding of each technical stage. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' ability to independently create websites. They were able to manage website layouts, add multimedia content, and integrate additional features such as contact forms and galleries. Beyond technical skills, the training also fostered students’ creativity in designing websites for portfolios, blogs, or entrepreneurial purposes. In conclusion, WordPress-based training effectively strengthened the digital competencies of vocational high school students, particularly in creating informative and functional websites. This initiative is expected to provide valuable preparation for the technology-driven job market and can serve as a model for similar training programs in other schools. Abstract

Refugees constitute a highly vulnerable population, frequently exposed to severe human rights violations or neglect. Refugees are often undergone variable restrictions like on speech, travel, education, and economic activities. Particularly at risk are their rights to decent work, livelihoods, and access to education for children. The inability to secure dignified work profoundly exacerbates the challenges in fulfilling educational rights within refugee communities. This article investigates the systemic vulnerabilities leading to the potential violation of these critical social rights for international refugees in Indonesia. As a nation that has not ratified the 1951 Convention on the Status of Refugees, Indonesia operates without a comprehensive domestic legal framework explicitly governing refugee social rights. Nevertheless, its responsibilities as a member of the global community, coupled with inherent humanitarian principles, morally and ethically obligate the protection of these fundamental rights. Drawing on comparative legal analysis and good practices from other nations, this paper aims to identify specific areas for legal and policy reform in Indonesia. These reforms are crucial for providing adequate protection for refugees’ rights to work and education, within the practical capabilities of the state, and without compromising the security and public order rights of its citizens. Ultimately, this research underscores the urgent need for domestic legal reform to enhance refugee welfare and ensure their human dignity in Indonesia.
