Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on performance through office facilities at village officials in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a source of data collection. This study uses the SmartPLS analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership has a significant positive effect on office facilities, 2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, 3) Leadership has a significant positive effect on performance, 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, 5) Office facilities are significant positive effect on performance, 6) Leadership has a significant indirect effect on performance through office facilities, 7) Work discipline has no significant indirect effect on performance through office facilities

Abstract

The aimed of this research was to find out the strategies of male and female students in learning speaking skills during the post pandemic. The method used in this research was qualitative method in the type of phenomenological research. This research used a semi-structure interview as instrument to collect the data. The subjects in this research were 4th semester students of English Education Department, at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. The research subjects were 10 students which consist of 5 female students and 5 male students. This research used purposive sampling technique. The results of this research showed that male and female students used all types of strategies; memory strategies, cognitive strategies, compensation strategies, metacognitive strategies, affective strategies, and social strategies in learning speaking during the post-pandemic. The difference only lays the number of male and female students in using the methods of each group strategies and the difference in the method used in the group strategies by male and female students. Female students used each group learning strategies more than male students. Most of female students used memory strategies, cognitive strategies, compensation strategies, metacognitive strategies and social strategies. While most of male students used memory strategies, cognitive strategies, compensation strategies and metacognitive strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of thematic learning outcomes through the use of image media in the learning process of grade IV MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua students. This study used a test method on learning outcomes in each cycle. The type of Classroom Action Research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 meetings. The results of research that has been carried out using image media can improve the learning outcomes of grade IV MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua students. With the use of image media, students are active throughout the learning process and improve learning outcomes. This improvement can be seen through the average student learning outcomes. Before applying image media, student learning outcomes averaged 6.95. And after applying image media, student learning outcomes reached an average of 9.46. Thus, the use of image media can improve student learning outcomes in class IV MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua.

Abstract

This article uses a qualitative research method, which means the author only uses the theory of journals or books as references in the sources or references used in writing articles. The aim of qualitative research is to build knowledge through understanding based on complex pictures, detailed reports and scrutinizing words and their theoretical foundations focus on factual research. This bullying is selected and given to elementary school students which aims as a preventive measure to prevent bullying in the school environment. Because school is a place of learning where students should have a comfortable, safe and quiet place to study, not learning that is filled with anxiety, fear and insecurity because of bullying by their friends. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that prevention of bullying (1). Participate in enforcing school rules related to bullying, (2). Support each other against bullies (3). Report to the teacher or homeroom teacher regarding acts of bullying, (4). Dare to tell parents, (5). Seek support from other friends, (6). Don't reply to people who bully, (7). Help and defend friends who are victims

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor mempengaruhi produksi usahatani tebu, dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi produksi usahatani tebu di Desa Kampung Beru. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik  simple random sampling. Adapun jumlah populasi petani tebu di Desa Kampung Beru Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar adalah 120 orang kemudian ditentukan sampel sebanyak 25% maka sampel yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang petani tebu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis fungsi cobb-douglas dan tingkat efisiensi teknis usahatani tebu di Desa Kampung Beru Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji koefisien determinan menunjukkan bahwa 64.4% variabel luas lahan, bibit, puput, pestisida, tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi usahatani tebu, kemudian secara uji serempak diketahui variabel luas lahan, bibit, pupuk, pestida, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi usahatani tebu di Desa Kampung Beru Kecamatan Polongbangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar. Secara uji parsial, variabel bibit dan pestida tidak berpengaruh nyata dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani tebu, sedangkan variabel pupuk dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani tebu. Dan secara efisiensi teknis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata efisiensi teknis 1.00 nilai rata rata efisiensi teknis sama dengan 1, artinya efisien secara teknis. Keywords: tebu, rakyat, efisiensi, teknis, usahatani.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to use arcademics game media to be able to describe the increase in learning outcomes for class IV B students at SD Negeri Sungguminasa V. This research aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in divisions using arcademics game media for class IV B students at SD Negeri Sungguminasa V This type of research is classroom action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in two meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were 22 students in class IV B at SD Negeri Sugguminasa V. The results of the research show that: a) cycle I student activities obtained the value obtained from the student evaluation results increased from the value of the pre-test results. A total of 7 students obtained scores with very good criteria, 7 students with fairly good criteria and 8 students with poor criteria. In cycle II there were 10 students who obtained very good criteria scores and 12 students with fairly good criteria. b) increasing learning outcomes in the division of students in cycle I with 22 students or all students, the average percentage of completeness achieved was 63.6% with 14 students having achieved completeness and 8 other students not yet. In cycle II the average percentage of completeness achieved was 100% with 22 students or all students achieving completeness. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that using arcademics game media is able to improve learning outcomes for class IV B students at SDN Sungguminasa V.
