Abstract

Dalam tiga empat dekade terakhir terdapat dua peristiwa pergolakan politik berskala besar, yaitu berkaitan dengan pergantian pemerintahan ( dari Orde Lama ke Orde Baru dan dari Orde Baru ke Orde Reformasi ), yang di dalamnya terkandung adanya krisis pangan ( terutama ketersediaannya beras ) yang relatif berat. Dalam keadaan masyarakat di sekitar perkotaan ( Jawa ) dihadapkan pada kesulitan memperoleh bahan pangan ( beras ), maka bayangan jebakan krisis subsistensi ( Scott, 1989 ) bersamaan dengan krisis ekonomi (1998 ) benar-benar menjadi kenyataan. Sejak memasuki dekade 1990-an memanh terasa ada semacam “ kelalaian politik “ untuk mempertahankan spirit berswasembada beras secara nasional, dan kelalaian itu saat ini harus dibayar mahal oleh masyarakat pedesaan dalam bentuk keterbelakangan nya dibidang ekonomi.Untuk mengatasi keterbelakangan ekonomi pedesaan yang sudah menahun ini, diperlukan langkah reformatif atau menurut istilah Kuhn ( 1967 ) disebut revolusi paradigma ( kelembagaan pedesaan ). Langkah yang sifatnya “ tambal sulam “ atau setengah hati justru hanya akan membuang-buang waktu dan memboroskan sumber daya yang ada. Reformasi kelembagaan dalam tulisan ini dapat diartikan sebagai “ to make ( performance of rural economics institutions ) better by putting or stop abuses or malpractices or by introducing better institutions “. Lebih lengkap lagi jika makna reformasi kelembagaan ekonomi ini terkait erat dengan reformasi di bidang kehidupan sosial dan politik pedesaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pendidikan nasional salah satunya yaitu untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik melalui tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu penunjang dari tujuan tersebut adalah adanya sarana dan prasarana dalam pendidikan tersebut. Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana dan prasarana terdapat di dalamnya. Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu komponen dalam sistem pendidikan yang merupakan pusat sumber belajar bagi penyelenggaran pendidikan yang bertujuan mendukung proses belajar mengajar atau pembelajaran mandiri. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2007 Pasal 23 ditetapkan bahwa setiap lembaga pendidikan menyelenggarakan perpustakaan yang memenuhi standar nasional dengan memperhatikan standar nasional pendidikan.

Abstract

Conflict is one of the problems faced by many organizations, especially non-profit organizations such as educational institutions (schools). School leaders or principals play an important role in managing conflict in order to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization. This article aims to describe first, the nature, activities and management of conflict. Second, the nature and role of school principal leadership. Third, conflict management strategies in the leadership of school principals from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is literature study, researchers collect data from various sources, reduce and analyze, and draw conclusions. The research results show that: first, the essence of conflict is differences of opinion, while conflict activities are related to competition, conflict management is carried out through introspection, evaluation, identification, and knowing options. Second, the essence of leadership is influencing, while the principal's leadership role includes as a formal official, manager, leader, supervisor, administrator, educator, and as staff. Third, conflict management strategies in Islamic perspective principal leadership are leadership perspectives and behavior. Keywords: Conflict Management; Leadership; School.   ABSTRAK Konflik adalah salah satu masalah yang dihadapi banyak organisasi khususnya organisasi non-profit seperti lembaga pendidikan (sekolah). Pemimpin atau kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam mengelola konflik agar dapat mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang pertama, hakikat, aktivitas dan pengelolaan konflik. Kedua, hakikat dan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Ketiga, strategi pengelolaan konflik dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber, mereduksi, dan menganalisis, serta mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, hakikat konflik adalah perbedaan pendapat, sedangkan aktivitas konflik berkenaan dengan kompetisi, pengelolaan konflik dilakukan dengan Introspeksi, evaluasi, identifikasi, dan mengetahui pilihan. Kedua, hakikat kepemimpinan adalah mempengaruhi sedangkan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diantaranya sebagai pejabat formal, manajer, pemimpin, supervisor, administrator, pendidik, dan sebagai staff. Ketiga, strategi pengelolaan konflik dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perspektif Islam diantaranya meliputi cara pandang dan perilaku kepemimpinan. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Konflik; Kepemimpinan; Sekolah.

Abstract

This comprehensive mentoring and training program is designed to transform the traditional knowledge of the community in Junjangan village, Batang Tuaka District about herbal plants into contemporary health solutions. Through a comprehensive educational approach, this program aims to empower people to use herbal plants as an effective and natural alternative treatment. This mentoring includes identification of local knowledge, practical training and ongoing support to ensure appropriate and sustainable implementation. The results of this program show a significant increase in the community's understanding and skills in processing and utilizing herbal plants for health. Apart from that, this program also contributes to the preservation of traditional knowledge and improves the welfare of the people of Junjangan village, Batang Tuaka District, Riau Province. This article provides in-depth insight into the impact of the program as well as the challenges faced in this transformation process.

Abstract

Ethnopedagogy is an educational approach that integrates local values, traditions and cultures in the teaching and learning process. It aims to make education more relevant to people's lives and strengthen learners' cultural identity. Relevance to Islamic Education In Islamic education, ethnopedagogy helps connect local cultural values with Islamic teachings. Shaping learners' Islamic character through local traditions, such as gotong royong and deliberation. Instilling spiritual and moral values in the cultural context of the community. Contributions to ethnopedagogy character building in Islamic education are increasing awareness of cultural and Islamic identity. Integrating local wisdom that is in line with Islamic principles, such as harmony with nature and manners. Strengthening Islamic character through cultural and religious role models. Implementation Challenges Indonesia's cultural diversity is complex and diverse. Lack of teacher understanding of the concept of ethnopedagogy. The dominance of the national curriculum which lacks flexibility for local content. Conflict between certain local traditions and Islamic values. Community resistance to the integration of local culture in education. Research Methods This research uses a qualitative approach and literature review, relying on observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and local culture-based data analysis in Islamic education. Conclusion Ethnopedagogy and the philosophy of science of Islamic education complement each other in shaping education that: Values cultural diversity. Build learners' identity based on Islamic values and local culture. Make education more relevant, meaningful and contextual. This approach requires policy support, teacher training, local culture-based teaching materials, and collaboration between stakeholders.

Abstract

The competitiveness of private tertiary institutions is interpreted as the provision of higher education services for the community (public) that are of superior quality, competitive and able to satisfy all stakeholders.The competitiveness of Higher Education is sexy and interesting to be studied, because this unit plays an important role in producing professional Human Resources to enter the world of work. At the same time, universities must be successful in implementing the tridharma of Private Higher Education in the form of teaching, research, and community service. So that the community really enjoys the existence of these tertiary institutions to raise the standard of living of the community. The competitiveness of private tertiary institutions provides a moral message that strength creates excellence, or there is a difference based on production quality, the tridharma services of tertiary institutions must be the best. The meaning of power must be interpreted by State Universities and Private Universities in order to make the resources owned superior to other Universities in certain aspects. SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) is a process of identifying or in-depth study of various factors systematically to formulate various organizational strategies, for example universities in maximizing strengths and opportunities, as well as minimizing weaknesses and threats (threats) that may occur and be faced by the various work units within it in order to evaluate the various output products produced and the tridharma services provided as well as by competitors of similar tertiary institutions.

Abstract

The edupreneurship program is an innovative solution to address the economic challenges in rural areas caused by limited access to entrepreneurship education and training. This article highlights the role of lecturers in supporting the development of local economic potential through training and mentoring in Junjangan Village, Batang Tuaka District, Riau Province. Lecturers not only provide training materials but also actively act as mentors in guiding the community to develop relevant and sustainable business ideas. The program has successfully enhanced entrepreneurial skills, created new businesses, and promoted overall rural economic growth.

Abstract

Perencanaan strategis merupakan pilar utama dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam untuk menciptakan lembaga yang adaptif dan berkualitas di tengah dinamika globalisasi. Realitas menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar madrasah belum menjadikan perencanaan sebagai fondasi tata kelola institusi, sehingga respon terhadap tantangan eksternal sering kali lambat dan kurang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoritis dan empiris konsep, paradigma, strategi, serta langkah-langkah perencanaan strategis dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) dan analisis normatif-deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perencanaan yang sistematis membutuhkan pemahaman terhadap lingkungan internal dan eksternal lembaga, disertai strategi formulasi yang matang serta pemilihan model dan metode yang tepat. Penguatan aspek perencanaan strategis menjadi urgensi agar lembaga pendidikan Islam mampu bersaing secara berkelanjutan dan menghadirkan sistem pendidikan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai keislaman dan kebutuhan zaman.
