Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of NPF and the efficiency level of Islamic banks on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks during the pandemic.This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, the variables used in this study are variable X and variable Y, which includes variable X (independent variable) namely Non Performing Financing (X1) and Efficiency (X2). Variable Y (dependent variable) is Profitability.The results show that: First, partially Non-Performing Financing has an impact on the ROE of Islamic commercial banks, but the efficiency level of Islamic banks does not have an impact on ROE. Second, Simultaneously Non-Performing Financing and the efficiency level of Islamic commercial banks have no effect on profitability. The implication of this research is that partially NPF can be used by investors and potential investors to be used as a reference for making investment decisions.

Abstract

BPRS Bhakti Sumekar sangat berperan aktif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi daerah Kabupaten Sumenep, hal ini dibuktikan dengan eksistensinya PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar dalam setiap kegiatan baik yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan masyarakat sebagai wujud tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat dan pembentukan agen dalam penagihan ternyata membuat berkorelasi positif dalam loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi gadai emas (ar-rahn) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah di PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan, dan juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara praktek dan teori pada gadai emas (ar-rahn) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah di PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu metode studi kasus dengan melakukan survey langsung kelapangan dengan sumber-sumber data yang relevan dan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara (interview) kepada pihak yang berwenang, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, dan data conclusion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sangat antusias untuk menggadaikan emasnya. Akan tetapi sejak adanya corona virus’19, gadai emas semakin menurun. Maka implementasi gadai emas di PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan mempromosikan kembali disebabkan harga emas yang menurun, dan persaingan semakin ketat sehingga Bank megupayakan untuk meningkatkan kembali agar nasabah lebih tergiur untuk menggadaikan emasnya dari pada dijual.

Abstract

Business capital financing is a financial product offered by banks to support the growth and expansion of customer businesses. Customers or financed parties are required to repay the funds or bills within a specified period, in exchange for profit sharing. This study focuses on the profit sharing system in business capital financing products at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan branch office, particularly examining its compliance with Islamic business ethics. Using qualitative field research, the study employed interviews with the branch office's leadership and accounting officers as the primary data collection method. The findings revealed that while the branch office utilizes a profit and loss sharing system, it does not fully adhere to Shari'ah principles. The profit sharing amount remains constant each month, unrelated to actual business profits, as it relies on assumptions and profit projections. This approach stems from the bank's concerns regarding customers' honesty in reporting their business profits. To mitigate the risk of non-payment, the bank ensures fixed principal installments and consistent profit sharing amounts throughout the financing period

Abstract

PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar plays an active role in the regional economic development of Sumenep Regency, this is proven by its existence PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in every activity, either directly or indirectly related to the community as a form of corporate responsible for social welfare and the formation of agents in bill collection turns out to have a positive correlation in customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the implementation of gold pawn ar-rahn) in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch, and is there any difference between practice and theory on gold pawn (ar-rahn) in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch with relevant data sources and using observation techniques, interviews with the authorities, and documentation. In this study researchers used a qualitative method, namely the case study method by conducting direct field surveys. Data analysis uses data reduction, display data, and conclusion data. The results showed that the community was very enthusiastic about pawning their gold. However, since the corona'19 virus, gold pawning has decreased. Then the implementation of gold pawning at the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch was again due to the declining gold price, and increasingly fierce competition. so the Bank strives to increase it again so that customers are more tempted to pawn their gold than so the Bank makes efforts to increase it again so that customers are more tempted to pawn their gold than to sell.

Abstract

Inovasi dan promosi merupakan dua aspek penting dalam pengembangan unit usaha dan lembaga pendidikan. Inovasi dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan, sementara promosi dapat membantu memperkenalkan produk atau layanan tersebut kepada masyarakat luas. Inovasi dalam unit usaha dan lembaga pendidikan melibatkan pengembangan ide baru, metode, atau pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas, efisiensi, dan relevansi produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan. Inovasi dapat mencakup pengembangan teknologi baru, perubahan dalam proses pengajaran, pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih relevan, atau penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif. Adapun tujun penelitian ini 1) untuk mengetahui konsep umum inovasi unit usaha dan lembaga pendidikan, 2) untuk mengetahui konsep umum promosi unit usaha dan lembaga pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dalam usaha untuk mengungkap suatu masalah atau peristiwa sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya Inovasi produk adalah suatu usaha yang dijalankan perusahaan untuk menciptakan produk baru yang bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan dengan selera konsumen dan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Sedangkan inovasi pendidikan adalah suatu perubahan yang baru, dan kualitatif berbeda dari hal (yang ada sebelumnya), serta sengaja diusahakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guna mencapai tujuan tertentu dalam pendidikan

Abstract

This studi aims to analyze the determinants that cause customers to cancel pilgrimage deposits. This research was examined using a type of descriptive qualitative research in the field (field research). The instrument for collecting data used field observation techniques by going directly to see field conditions and followed by structured interview techniques. The results of this study explain that there are two factors that cause customers to cancel hajj deposits, namely internal factors originating from customers such as health problems and urgent needs. While external factors originating from outside the scope of the customer, namely the long waiting period for hajj departure, old age, issues that cannot be confirmed, such as the inability to depart for prospective pilgrims aged 60 years and over and issues regarding sudsidy policies being abolished, there is hajj furoda program and died.

Abstract

Many business people in underdeveloped villages have difficulty getting business capital. The biggest problem that arises is that there are business people who do not have collateral so it is difficult to get business capital. The existence of PNM Mekaar Syariah in the village community with a business capital distribution service without collateral is very helpful. This research is important to carry out with the aim of analyzing the business capital service system provided by PNM Mekaar Syariah to customers in Ganding District, Sumenep. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The results of this research outline the data that in providing business capital funding assistance, the Ganding branch of PNM Mekaar Syariah does not use collateral but uses a joint responsibility system and provides village communities with business training and supervision of business growth. The impact is that village communities feel served by the government in matters of business capital and hope that services will be optimized and the results will be cheaper.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how Islam views the profession of begging with the aim of fulfilling basic needs. This research is a library research study using a descriptive analytical approach. The results of this research explain that begging behavior is not only caused by a person's inability to fulfill their basic needs (Hifdz an-Nafs), but is also caused by a desire to save or have wealth in a practical way. Therefore, in Islam the law makes begging as a profession either halal or haram, depending on the conditions and circumstances. However, Islam strictly prohibits its followers from begging except in emergency situations and forces its followers to work to meet their needs

Abstract

This article explores the synergy between Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs) through. Meanwhile, a PUSKAS BAZNAS survey shows that 55% of zakat managers in Pesantren lack adequate managerial knowledge and skills. This article argues that Islamic finance and sustainable development synergize in offering practical insights for managers of Pesantren-based Amil Zakat Institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, including an analysis of various literatures related to zakat management and sustainable development. The results of this article show that management innovation in Pesantren-based Amil Zakat Institutions can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of zakat management. Collaboration with other stakeholders expands the social impact of zakat. Additionally, training and developing managerial skills for zakat managers in Pesantren increase their capacity to manage funds more effectively. In conclusion, the synergy between Islamic finance and sustainable development can be realized through management innovation in Pesantren-based Amil Zakat Institutions in accordance with the principle of unrestricted public interest (al-maslahah al-mursalah). By enhancing managerial knowledge and skills, as well as leveraging technology and strategic collaboration, these Amil Zakat Institutions can play a crucial role in achieving the SDGs.
