Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman akan gejala penyakit saluran pencernaan yang ada, serta pola hidup yang tidak sehat merupakan beberapa faktor yang menjadi alasan mengapa angka kematian pada penyakit pencernaan begitu tinggi dari total keseluruhan penyakit yang ada. Penentuan penyakit saluran pencernaan dapat menjadi kendala ketika informasi yang diketahui kurang tepat. Sehingga perlu adanya media bantu yang mempunyai pengetahuan seperti pakar (dokter spesialis) yang dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut. Dalam penerapan sistem pakar yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit saluran pencernaan, perlu membandingkan beberapa metode diantaranya Forward Chaining dan Demspter Shafer. Metode yang digunakan mendapatkan hasil diagnosa dengan memilih antara gejala umum dan khusus. Sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui metode yang paling baik dalam melakukan pendiagnosaan. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, diagnosa penyakit saluran pencernaan dengan perbandingan Forward Chaining dan Dempster Shafer dari 35 data memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 71 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem pakar dengan 2 perbandingan metode tersebut berhasil.

Abstract

Suramadu bridge is one of the transport Infrastructures that can provide social and economic growth opportunities, especially in Madura Island. Bangkalan Indonesia district is closest to longest bridge access. The number of SMEs (Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Bangkalan Indonesia reach more than 125 thousand units, it is possible and potential as an engine of regional economic growth as well as a reduction aspects of unemployment and poverty in the future. Therefore, one important factor Influencing the ongoing advancement of SMEs is a performance measurement. Performance measurement in this study is based on a perspective of the Balanced Scorecard is an internal business. Internal business consists of several indicators, namely Variation Batik, Raw Material Price Increase, Weather Conditions, Production, total manpower, the number of new products, Sales Transactions, Ownership (Shop). This indicator is measured using methods FANP (fuzzy analythic network process), while FANP is a comparison matrix phase, conversion to triangular fuzzy number, geometric mean calculation, synthetic extend calculation, determining  the degree of likelihood, determining the weight vector and normalization. This research approach integrated internal business perspective and fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP). The results of this research is a priority weighting of assessment indicators of internal business perspective. Based on sensitivity testing, then obtained batik variety of criteria and new product be a major factor in determining the future strategy for batik persisted with emphasis on local knowledge area.

Abstract

Population administration services at the Kamal sub-district office are currently still using manual methods. This causes the administrative service process in the Kamal subdistrict office to not run efficiently. Therefore, an application for a web-based population administration service system is needed that is built with the Model View Controller architecture using a Codeigniter framework. Using the MVC architecture there are several benefits including software development that is easy to repair. By using the MVC architecture can bring changes that facilitate the demographic service process in the district Kamal, and can also can shorten the processing time of the service so as to reduce the buildup of queues and also facilitate the admin in the district office Kamal in the data search process of residents residing in the district Kamal. The result of the research show that MVC implementation on population administration service system applications can be easily used and developed again.

Abstract

Pelayanan rumah sakit berperan penting dalam menjaga nama baik sebuah instansi rumah sakit. Untuk mencapai pelayanan yang prima, perlu adanya suatu ulasan kepada pegawai rumah sakit agar dapat melakukan peningkatan dan perbaikan dalam pelayanannya. Oleh sebab itu dibangun aplikasi analisa kepuasan pasien berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Aplikasi ini mengimplementasikan metode Service Quality (ServQual) untuk menghitung kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk melakukan perhitungan pembobotan dan pencarian prioritas. Berdasarkan uji coba sistem yang dilakukan pada 8 poli rawat jalan di RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan didapatkan hasil pihak rumah sakit harus memperbaiki jadwal kedatangan dokter dengan nilai gap sebesar 0,8900, nilai ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan pernyataan yang lain. Sedangkan poli mata pada instalasi ini memiliki prioritas terbesar untuk dilakukan perbaikan dibandingkan dengan 7 poli lainnya dengan nilai akhir 0,9229. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan tersebut, diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat memberikan perbaikan pelayanannya.

Abstract

The need for domestic salt every year has increased, both for consumption and industrial salt. Some of the fisheries service programs include providing assistance to people's businesses, providing geomembrane, and online marketing training. A large number of salt farmers and official work programs have caused the implementation of the program to be less than optimal, resulting in low salt production. This study uses a type-2 fuzzy method by integrating two methods, namely type-2 Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP (FAHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Fuzzy type-2 has higher accuracy than fuzzy type-1 and is more efficient and more flexible in determining the linguistic scale for criteria. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP (FAHP) interval is used to determine the weight of the salt farmer mapping criteria. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS), used to determine. The findings of this study are that the indicators that most influence the mapping of salt farmers are land area, marketing, and market. The results of the mapping of salt farmers are the classification of salt farmer class groups and recommendations for improvement for each salt farmer. Hybrid type-2 Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP (FAHP) method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), can be used for mapping salt farmers based on the consistency ratio value below 10 percent, 37 percent enter high class, 28 percent enter the middle class and 35 percent enter low class

Abstract

MSMEs participate in the very important contribution of developing Indonesia's economy, where this industry contributes to GDP and also to the absorption of labor. Most MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency are still constrained by financial management and the utilization of technology. This research will apply the DBSCAN method to clustering MSMEs in Sidoarjo for the purpose of finding patterns in characteristics related to capital, turnover, and workforce. The analysis will involve 1,479 MSMEs, while the research methodology applies the CRISP-DM method to guide the process from business understanding up to the implementation phase. Normalization using Simple Feature Scaling was applied before clustering. The results of this analysis provide insight that the best possible combination of the parameters in DBSCAN is epsilon (ε) 0.10 and MinPts 16, which gives the optimal value of Silhouette Score as 0.4304. It creates seven clusters, in which the third has the highest Silhouette value of 0.9326, indicating that there are high similarities recorded within that cluster. These results provide essential lessons to develop more targeted policy strategies and interventions for MSMEs in Sidoarjo and explore the capabilities of DBSCAN as an effective analytical tool in determining the characteristics of businesses in the region.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in the economy, playing a significant role in creating jobs and driving local economic growth. This study aims to identify the business development patterns of MSMEs in Sampang District using the K-Medoids method. The background issue raised is the lack of appropriate segmentation for MSMEs, which complicates the efforts of the government and business actors in designing suitable development strategies. The dataset used consists of 1,276 MSME data points with six variables: Type of Business, Number of Workers, Production Capacity, Revenue, Assets, and Business License. The data processing steps include data conversion, one-hot encoding, and normalization to ensure uniformity. Clustering is performed using the Elbow method to determine the optimal number of clusters, with K=4 chosen as the optimal cluster number based on the highest Silhouette Coefficient value of 0.5662 compared to other K values. The Silhouette Coefficient values for K=2 are 0.3711, K=5 is 0.5389, K=7 is 0.5201, and K=9 is 0.4737. The clustering results show that this cluster encompasses various types of services, trade, to food and beverages sectors. This segmentation can support data-driven decision-making at the village level. Although this research shows promising results, it is recommended to expand the quantity and variety of data and consider external factors affecting MSME performance. Thus, this study makes a valuable contribution to understanding the business characteristics of MSMEs in Sampang District.

Abstract

Modeling and linguistic representation in the form Interval Type-2 Fuzzy have better accuracy than Type-1 Fuzzy. The type-2 fuzzy set involves more uncertainty than the type-1 fuzzy set. The degree of fuzzy membership is used to explain uncertainty and ambiguity in the real world. This study presents the type-2 Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to determine the weight of each attribute based on the level of interest and the extension method of type-2 Fuzzy TOPSIS to handle problems based on the value of the fuzzy type-2 attribute. Decision-making is based on the assessment of several experts called Multi-Criteria Group Decision Making (MCGDM), using type-2 Fuzzy geometric mean aggregation function. The membership function in this research is type-2 fuzzy based on the trapezoid. The contribution is a hybrid method Type-2 Fuzzy TOPSIS with Fuzzy Type-2 ANP group-based with new metric intervals on fuzzy type-2 for decision making. The results are a hybrid type-2 FANP and FTOPSIS decision-making model to support the best decision-making. Based on a comparison of the accuracy of trapezoid model 1, model 2, and model 3, the best accuracy result is model 3, which is 84%. The research benefits by presenting a hybrid Type-2 Fuzzy TOPSIS and ANP method that improves decision-making accuracy and better handling uncertainty and ambiguity than Type-1 Fuzzy systems.

Abstract

Website e-commerce  yang aman dapat melindungi informasi pengguna atau pelanggan. Sejumlah masalah keamanan e-commerce muncul seiring dengan bertambahnya transaksi. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process  (AHP) dan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) dalam pengambilan keputusan. AHP sangat berguna sebagai alat dalam analisis pengambilan keputusan dan telah banyak digunakan dengan baik dalam berbagai bidang seperti evaluasi, assessment, peramalan, pemilihan karyawan, penilai konsep produk, dan lain-lain. Logika Fuzzy digunakan untuk variabel ketidakpastian atau samar, sedangkan AHP tepat dalam mempertimbangkan karakteristik baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif yang lebih dekat dengan situasi nyata. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa situs Tokopedia.com sebagai e-commerce terbaik dalam segi keamanan website, karena semua e-commerce pada tools secure web test memperoleh nilai yang sama, dan pada tools asafa web menduduki peringkat 1 serta pada tools observatory menduduki peringkat 2. Abstract Website e-commerce which secure can protect the information of users or costumers. A number of security problem e-commerce appears along with transaction. In this research we used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. Ahp is very useful as tools in taking decision analysis and have used well in various areas such as evaluation, assessment, prediction, employee selection, concept’s rating, product and etc. Logic of Fuzzy used to uncertainty variable or vague, whereas AHP exact in consider the characteristic even if qualitative and quantitative which nearer with the real situation. From the research that has done, it is known that the site of Tokopedia.com as e-commerce is the best in website security side, because all of e-commerce at tools secure web test gained the same value, and at tools asafa web occupy ranking 1, and at tools observatory occupy ranking 2.
