Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan saat ini sedang mengalami masalah sebagai dampak wabah coronavirus disease yang menyebar dengan cepat, termasuk di Indonesia. Mendikbud menghimbau pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran agar tidak di laksanakan secara tatap muka, atau menggunakan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh sebagai alternatif pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Pendidikan jasmani program aktivitas belajar yang memberikan pokus yang proporsional dan memadai terhadap tiga ranah, yaitu afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang kesiapan peserta didik di SMP N 4 Mataram dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Mataram dengan jumlah 190 peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling sampel penelitian ini adalah 97 siswa dari 6 kelas siswa kelas VII. Instrumen ini menggunakan angket yang sudah di uji Validitas dan Reabilitas dalam angket kesiapan peserta didik kelas VIII dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan dengan 28 butir pernyataan, yang terbagi menjadi 3 aspek, aspekpra pelaksanaan,pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data diskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SMP N 5 Mataram secara keseluruhan baik dari aspek pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi mendapatkan penilaian sangat tinggi dengan frekuensi 0 dan persentase 0 %, penilaian tinggi dengan frekuensi 27 dan persentase 27,83 %, penilaian cukup dengan frekuensi 68 dengan persentase 70,10 %, penilaian rendah dengan frekuensi 2 dan persentase 2,06 %, dan untuk penilaian sangat rendah dengan frekuensi dan persentase 0 %. Kesimpulan Kesiapan peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 4 Mataram dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dari keseluruhan aspek di dapatkan rata rata-ratanya adalah 89,43 dan masuk dalam kategori cukup.

Abstract

Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan pada siswa MAN 1 Mataram dan SMAN 7 Mataram. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti tentang Perbandingan Minat Belajar Siswa dan SMAN 7 Mataram Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan Tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Di dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sampel sebanyak 150 orang di dua sekolah yang berbeda. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner angfket. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data Dengan kisi-kisi Pendidikan Jasmani digemari oleh siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa, 21,3% sangat setuju (ss), 50,7% dengan jumlah setuju (s), 24% dengan jumlah tidak setuju (ts), 4,0% dengan jumlah sangat tidak setuju (sts) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dengan jumlah responden 75 yang menerima kuisioner. Maka peneliti mengambil kesimpulan yaitu: minatnya siswa dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan Tahun 2022

Abstract

The expected goal is to create trainers who have knowledge about training in preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. Gemilang understands the importance of the physical condition components of badminton in Mataram. improve the performance of all Mataram City athletes effectively, efficiently and modernly. Mitra's problem is that the trainers lack knowledge regarding training in preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. Glorious, and many trainers still carry out conventional physical conditions without using sports science technology that is developing in the field of sports. The urgency of the problem is that there are no guidelines for the physical condition test instruments used by PB. The Glorious City of Mataram, is only conventional, not programmed to be varied, effective, the coach's experience of being an athlete is not the solution that is obtained. The solution method is by holding socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation analysis. Training on preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. A good performance according to this branch of sport. So that the training guidelines for preparing test instruments can be used as a basis for coaches to determine the physical condition of Badminton athletes. It is hoped that the results of the training service research will allow coaches to develop test instruments and measure physical conditions as reference material in formulating training programs so that they can improve the performance of badminton athletes. The conclusion is that there is knowledge about training in preparing physical condition test instruments for PB badminton athletes. Brilliant. provide a significant impact on systematic physical condition tests, effectively and efficiently to improve the performance of Mataram badminton athletes.

Abstract

Optimal sports achievement can be achieved with good and correct coaching as a whole. The sport of football is not included in the 16 sports that are currently carrying out PUSLATDA, because the 2018 PORPROV event did not perform well. The training program that has been prepared and run by the Mataram City soccer coach, it is necessary to evaluate the preparation of the Mataram City soccer athlete training program. Where one of the main elements in the preparation of the training program is to improve the physical condition of the Mataram City football players. The formulation of the problem that will be raised in this study referring to the background description is (1) How is the achievement of planning the Mataram city association football training program in 2021? (2) What is the physical condition of the Mataram city soccer athletes in 2021?. The objectives of this research to be achieved are (1) to identify the implementation of the training program carried out by the trainers in the field. (2) Measuring the physical condition of the Mataram city soccer athletes. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative (mix method). The subjects of this study were the head coach of football in the city of Mataram and football athletes in the city of Mataram. The place of research was carried out at the PSSI office in Mataram City, the football training ground of GOR Turide Mataram, and measurements of physical condition in the sports laboratory of FIKKM UNDIKMA.The test instrument to measure the design of the preparation of the training program uses the Test Instrument for the Evaluation of the Training Program Arranged by the Trainer. To measure the physical condition of the instrument used, there are 7 test items in table 3.1. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques such as mean (average), standard deviation (standard deviation), variance, maximum and minimum values. In this study, probability statistics are used to find the percentage of each answer on each item and then the average of the overall scores using SPSS version 23 is calculated. The results of the study, 1. Measurement of the dominant physical condition test that has been carried out for each test item from 30 soccer athletes Mataram city ball in the average percentage is in good condition, with 22 athletes getting good category out of a total of 30 athletes. 2. The percentage of the results of the evaluation of the training program evaluation indicator will get 64% which means that the overall training program for the Mataram City Soccer athletes is said to be "STRONG.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh atlet Futsal putra UNDIKMA seringkali merasa tegangan sebelum bertanding, dampak dari ketengangan terhadap penampilan keterampialan gerak pada atlet, atara lain menimbukan kecemasan, emosi, ketegangan pada otot, kelenturan, dan koordinasi. Dengan demikian perlu pemberian massage sebelum pertanding agar pemanin lebih tenang dan tidak tegang sehingga Sport massage merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk membuat pemain merasa rileks, tenang, menurukan kecemasan dan mempercepat aliran peredaran darah. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “apakah ada pengaruh sport massage terhadap kecemasan olahraga pada atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh sport massage terhadap kecemasan olahraga pada atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yang terdiri dari satu variable  bebas (sport massage) dan satu variable  terikat  yaitu kecemasan olahraga.  Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020 sebanyak 10 pemain. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan yaitu tehnik studi populasi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode perbuatan yaitu test dan pengukuran dengan instrument pemberian angket kecemasan olahraga. Teknik analisis  data  menggunakan  analisis  uji  t  dengan  taraf  signifikan  5%. Karena t hitung > t tabel (8,476 > 1,833). Keseimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan  bahwa  ada  pengaruh  sport massage terhadap kecemasan olahraga pada atlet futsal UNDIKMA tahun 2020.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga pada hakikatnya adalah prosespendidikan yang memanfaatkan aktivitas fisik (jasmani) dan olahraga untukmenghasilkan perubahan holistik dalam kualitas individu, baik dalam hal fisik,mental serta emosional. Dibutuhkan seorang tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas untukbisa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran penjasorkes sehingga tujuan pembelajarandapat tercapai. Secara khusus, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkanketerampilan mengajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakankelas (class action research) yang menggunakan metode deskriptif denganpendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FakultasPendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan IKIP Mataram. Instrumen penelitian ini adalahkusioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa disetiap akhir siklus dan didukungdengan dokumentasi serta observasi langsung oleh peneliti. Analisis data dilakukansecara kualitatif dengan model interaktif melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data,dan verifikasi atau pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwajumlah mahasiswa 9 (30%) berkategori cukup, 17 (56,66%) berkategori rendah dan 4(14,33%) berkategori sangat rendah pada siklus I. Dari 30 mahasiswa yang dijadikansubyek penelitian dapat diliat 14 (46,66%) mahasiswa yang berkategori cukup, inimembuktikan adanya peningkatan sebanyak 16,66% dari siklus I. 15 (50%)mahasiswa berada pada kategori rendah dan tersisa 1 mahasiswa yang berada padakategori sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode peer teaching group dapat meningkatkanketerampilan mengajar mahasiswa FPOK IKIP Mataram.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Mengajar, Peer Teaching Group

Abstract

Motor competence is a crucial aspect of the development of elementary school-aged children. The Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) model is considered capable of improving motor skills through a contextual and participatory approach to play. However, empirical evidence in local contexts, particularly regarding the effectiveness of TGfU on locomotor and object control skills separately, as well as gender differences, remains limited. This study used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. A total of 54 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 190 Pekanbaru participated in TGfU-based volleyball learning for 6 weeks (12 sessions). The Test of Gross Motor Development, Second Edition (TGMD-2) assessed locomotor and object control skills. Because the data were not normally distributed (Shapiro–Wilk p < 0.05), analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test. Results showed that TGfU was associated with improvements in overall motor competence (W = 3.5; z = –6.06; p < .001; Median = 4.0, 95% CI [3.5, 4.5], Effect Size = .99), locomotor skills (V1: W = 14; z = –5.47; p < .001; Median = 3.0, 95% CI [2.5, 3.5], Effect Size = .97), and object control skills (V2: W = 16; z = –5.80; p < .001; Median = 2.5, 95% CI [2.0, 3.0], Effect Size = .97). Female students showed greater improvement in locomotor aspects than males. Further research, employing a randomized controlled design and long-term retention testing, is recommended to strengthen the generalizability of these findings.
