Abstract

Human resources are an important factor for the success of an institution or organization because humans are living assets that need to be maintained and developed. Therefore, employees must receive special attention from the institution or organization which must be managed well so that the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization will increase. This is intended so that the human resources owned by the organization are able to provide optimal contributions in efforts to achieve organizational goals. In managing human resources, management is needed that is able to manage resources in a planned and systematic manner. One of the things that should be the main concern for human resources leaders is the work facility system and non-physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of self-concept and mathematical disposition to student learning outcomes, with a total of 153 students. This study uses a survey method with correlation techniques. The research subjects were at Fourth Grade Public Elementary School in Langgudu District, Bima Regency. The results showed that (1) there was a positive relationship between self-concept and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.492 and a determination contribution of 24.2%. (2) There is a positive relationship between mathematical disposition and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.405 with a determination contribution of 16.4%. (3) There is a positive relationship between self-concept and mathematical disposition along with student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.579 with a determination contribution of 33.5%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that student learning outcomes are related to self-concept and mathematical disposition.

Abstract

The character of mutual cooperation is one of the items provided in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Program (P5). This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in shaping the character of student mutual cooperation at SMPN 2 Labuapi and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in shaping the character of student mutual cooperation at SMPN 2 Labuapi. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in its implementation by involving Civic Education Teachers, P5 Coordinators, Curriculum Officers, and Student Affairs. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed by the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion after which its validity was tested through source triangulation techniques, triangulation techniques, and time triangulation. The results show that the implementation of P5 in shaping the character of mutual cooperation at SMPN 2 Labuapi is regulated by designing a P5 program with the theme of Voice of Democracy, Building My Soul, and Sustainable Lifestyle. In the democracy theme, several elements are applied to form the character of mutual cooperation, namely, creativity, criticism, collaboration, caring, shering. However, for this year only one theme is carried out, namely the Voice of Democracy. Its implementation is supported by the involvement of family, the surrounding environment, and cooperation between students. However, the effectiveness is not optimal due to the teacher's ability to compile modules, limited time, lack of student interest, and the lack of structured additional programs by teachers in the classroom.

Abstract

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements with a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency, with 119 employees. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 44 employees. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results showed that the work environment had an effect on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on employee morale is 41.8%.

Abstract

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan dan menuntut kesiapan baru dari guru serta sekolah dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada masih terbatasnya pemahaman empiris mengenai strategi adaptasi guru dan sekolah dalam menghadapi integrasi AI di konteks pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi AI dan kompetensi digital guru, serta dukungan kebijakan dan kepemimpinan sekolah terhadap kesiapan adaptasi pembelajaran berbasis AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada guru dan tenaga kependidikan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi AI dan kompetensi digital guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan adaptasi pembelajaran berbasis AI. Selain itu, dukungan kebijakan dan kepemimpinan sekolah juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat efektivitas integrasi AI di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adaptasi terhadap AI dalam pendidikan memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan peningkatan kapasitas guru dengan dukungan institusional yang kuat agar transformasi pendidikan berbasis AI dapat berlangsung secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.
