Abstract

A good information system would increase the company’s productivity. One of the most important thing that to be concerned was the procedures. Good and organized procedures would create company standards. Through the research data collection through interview and observation, there were 6 (six) big procedures of Noodle Factory X, Purwokerto, Central Java, Indonesia, which were Material Purchasing Procedure, Material Arrival Procedure, Material Stock Recording Procedure, Finished Good Stock Recording Procedure, Finished Good Shipping Procedure, and Finished Good Selling Procedure. PIECES Analysis were used in this research to analyze the system, including Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. The overall results were material stock counting still used manual system and it could cause human error in doing it, and it was also not real-time count. If the material stock was already real-time count, the material stock recording procedure would not interfere the production process, so it could produce on time. The receipt was still manual, without the company’s identity such as logo and name of the company. Information was not real-time produced. Report service for the management was also a bit slow. Some recommendations were given, such as giving the signature/stamp on the receipt as a proof that it was the receipt that was issued by company, try to implement a simple computerized system, improve the Big Book (for writing the stock), separate the book for material stock and finished good stock at office and at the factory.

Abstract

Ergonomi ialah suatu ilmu yang sistematis, yang menggunakan data-data mengenai sifat, keterbatasan dan kemampuan manusia dalam merancang suatu sistem kerja, agar manusia dapat bekerja dalam sistem tersebut secara optimal, dalam arti baik, aman, nyaman, tepat, sederhana dan memberikan kepuasan. Dalam melaksanakan sebuah kegiatan tersebut, tentunya kita ingin agar semuanya dilakukan dengan baik, cepat, aman, sehat, ringan, mudah, hasil yang maksimal dan memberikan kepuasan. Metode untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online sebelum dan sesudah pemberian materi. Hasil kuesioner tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan 7-38% pemahaman ergonomi dan aplikasinya terhadap pertanyaan yang diberikan. Pengenalan keilmuan ergonomi kepada anak didik, diharapkan sejak usia dini mereka dapat mulai menerapkan ilmu ergonomi dalam segala kegiatan dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari, sehingga kualitas kehidupannya dapat lebih ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Office ergonomics talk about how to make the work area in the office suitable for people who work and support the work activities they do. Meanwhile, 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) is a system that makes work activities better and of higher quality. If these two principles are applied properly to an office activity, it will certainly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the work being carried out. The introduction of the two principles was carried out for Kelurahan X employees. Information was provided through an interactive webinar format through the Zoom Meeting platform. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of Ergonomics in the office and the importance of implementing 5S to the employees of the X Village office. In the early stages of implementation, information is provided through the lecture method and collects data related to the knowledge that participants currently have using a questionnaire using Google Form, then in the next stage, participants are asked to actively participate in the application of the material that has been presented previously. In the final results of data collection, it was proven that participants had understood the benefits of applying these principles by increasing the percentage of participants' understanding obtained from the final questionnaire

Abstract

Toko Irma Jenoong adalah salah satu toko yang terletak di sekitar Pasar Cibogo, Bandung. Toko ini menjual berbagai jenis sepatu, sandal dengan berbagai varian untuk pria maupun wanita. Selain itu toko ini juga menjual beberapa barang lain seperti tas dan kaos kaki. Masalah yang terjadi adalah penampilan fisik dari Toko Irma Jenoong yang belum cukup menarik serta strategi pemasaran yang belum berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dalam upaya mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Toko Irma Jenoong sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) berupa kegiatan pendampingan. Wawancara dan pengamatan dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada serta mengembangkan usulan. Usulan tersebut adalah membuatkan platform E-Commerce di Tokopedia disertai pelatihan untuk mengoperasikannya, penerapan Prinsip 5S (Seiri – Ringkas, Seiton – Rapi, Seiso – Bersih, Seiketsu – Rawat, Shitsuke – Rajin) pada penataan display toko, pemasangan banner horizontal dan vertikal di luar toko, pengadaan sticker logo dan penambahan rak tempel

Abstract

Kreativitas, inovasi, dan inisiatif merupakan hal-hal penting yang perlu dimiliki seseorang untuk menciptakan kehidupan yang lebih baik sebagai pribadi maupun sebagai anggota suatu organisasi. Melalui kreativitas, inovasi, dan inisiatif yang dimiliki setiap orang, maka suatu organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kelurahan Sukawarna mengeluhkan kinerja beberapa orang stafnya yang dinilai kurang kreatif, inovatif, dan berinisiatif sehingga meskipun sudah baik, layanan kelurahan kurang hal terbarukan. Para staf cenderung menunggu ide dari pimpinan untuk direalisasikan, sedangkan pimpinan menginginkan ide gagasan dan inovasi yang berasal dari para staf agar layanan kelurahan dapat selalu meningkat. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan variabel yang mempengaruhi kreativitas dan inovasi serta mencari penyebab kurangnya inisiatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para staf kelurahan. Kuesioner dilengkapi dengan pertanyaan terbuka untuk menggali penyebab-penyebab tersebut. Penyebab utama adalah keengganan untuk berbicara di depan banyak orang karena takut salah, tidak percaya diri, atau takut terjadi kesalahpahaman. PKM dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan pelatihan materi inisiatif, kreativitas, dan public speaking supaya lebih termotivasi untuk berinisiatif, mengeluarkan kreativitas dan inovasi sehingga ada hal-hal terbarukan dari layanan kelurahan Sukawarna dalam melayani masyarakat. Kelurahan Sukawarna yang saat ini sudah termasuk kelurahan yang terdepan dalam inovasi, bisa lebih baik lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat.

Abstract

UMKM (micro, small and medium enterprises) in Indonesia are growing in a better direction. The government also supports the development of UMKM to recover Indonesia’s economy since the Covid-19 Pandemic. Community Service activities are carried out to provide direction and suggestions for problems experienced by Seblak Basreng business actors. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by conducting semi-structured interviews, observation, and social media analysis used by Seblak Basreng Teh Dini. The findings from the activities that have been carried out are that the people of Bandung do not know about Seblak Basreng Teh Early, locations that are difficult for new customers to find, product photos on pages on Grab Food and Gofood are less attractive, and do not yet have a cashless payment method. The proposal that has been implemented is to expand customers for Seblak Basreng Teh Early, it is necessary to carry out promotions to promote their wares using Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok; make banners and road signs; improvement of product photos on Grab Food and Gofood pages; and making QRis. The recommendation that can be conveyed is the continuation of the mentoring program for other business actors so that they can implement and manage digital media optimally.

Abstract

Kelurahan sebagai perangkat kecamatan dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan publik yang memuaskan bagi masyarakat. Evaluasi terhadap kinerja pelayanan dilakukan secara berkala melalui Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM), dengan hasil berupa nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pihak kelurahan seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam menetapkan prioritas perbaikan kinerja yang perlu dilakukan, mengingat cukup banyaknya unsur-unsur penilaian yang digunakan pada SKM. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan pengukuran terhadap tingkat kepentingan masyarakat terhadap unsur-unsur pelayanan yang digunakan sebagai dasar penetapan bobot dalam perhitungan nilai IKM dan penggunaan diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menetapkan prioritas unsur-unsur pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi pegawai kantor-kantor kelurahan di Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Bandung, dimana pada akhir pelatihan peserta menguasai cara menetapkan prioritas perbaikan pelayanan berdasarkan penilaian tingkat kinerja dan tingkat kepentingan masyarakat terhadap unsur-unsurnya, sehingga diharapkan upaya peningkatan kinerja yang dilakukan dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi masyarakat. An urban village as a sub-district apparatus is required to provide satisfactory public services for the community. Evaluation of service performance is carried out periodically through Community Satisfaction Surveys (SKM), with the results in the form of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) values, which measure success in providing services to the community. Urban village parties often experience difficulties in setting priorities for performance improvements that need to be carried out, considering that several assessment elements are used in SKM. To overcome this, a measurement is made of the level of public interest in the service elements, which is used as the basis for determining the weight in calculating the IKM value and the use of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram to determine the priority of the service elements that need to be improved. Community service activities are carried out in the form of training for village office employees in Sukajadi District, Bandung City, for two consecutive days, where at the end of the training, the participants master how to set priorities for service improvement based on an assessment of the level of performance and the level of community interest in its elements, so that It is hoped that the efforts to improve the performance carried out can provide satisfaction for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of job satisfaction on performance, and whether the relationship between job satisfaction and performance is strengthened by work motivation. The focus of the study on PT N I, especially the West Java marketing area, has employees with good performance, the management believes that employees are satisfied with their jobs. The performance, job satisfaction, and motivation variables are obtained based on research by Margareth Y.L. The performance variable as the dependent variable and the job satisfaction variable as the independent variable. The collection of levels of satisfaction, motivation and performance was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all employees in the West Java Marketing area as many as 25 people, and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted with the management. The results of data processing showed a correlation coefficient of 0.873 indicating a very strong relationship between job satisfaction and performance which is influenced by work motivation. The determination coefficient value in the first regression was 23.43%, while after the second regression equation the determination coefficient value increased to 76.21%, which means that work motivation strengthens the relationship between the influence of job satisfaction on performance. Even though the results of the correlation and determination coefficients are high, the results of the F test and t test showed no significant influence between job satisfaction and performance either with or without intervening variables. These results can show that there is a relationship between satisfaction, motivation and performance, but the influence of satisfaction on performance is not significant, therefore, to improve performance, it does not mean having to improve job satisfaction.

Abstract

Belum adanya evaluasi terkait tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di RT. 04 Kelurahan Sukawarna, Kecamatan Sukajadi, Bandung terhadap PIPPK pembangunan jalan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Program Inovasi Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Kewilayahan (PIPPK) di Kelurahan Sukawarna. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik sampling jenuh kepada 41 kepala keluarga di RT 04. Variabel penelitian disusun menggunakan metode Kanzei yang disesuaikan dengan variabel Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Kepmen PAN nomor 25 tahun 2004. Hasil pengukuran diperoleh unsur pelayanan “Kualitas jalan yang dirasakan dari pembangunan jalan lingkungan” memperoleh nilai rata-rata kepuasan yang terendah (ranking 1) dengan nilai rata-rata unsur pelayanan sebesar 2,50 dari skala 1 sampai dengan 4, yang menunjukkan warga cukup puas terhadap pembangunan jalan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh PIPPK. Secara keseluruhan masyarakat menyatakan puas terhadap program pembangunan jalan lingkungan dengan rata-rata 2,940 mutu pelayanan B, Warga menilai penarikan biaya yang didasari pemberdayaan masyarakt masih dalam batas kewajaran. Sebaiknya pemerintah dapat memfasilitasi pembangunan jalan menggunakan baja beton agar memberikan kualitas yang baik, daya tahan kualitas yang lama, masyarakat merasa puas. Untuk memenuhi prinsip partisipasi masyarakat, sebaiknya masyarakat tetap dilibatkan dalam perencanaan pembangunan melalui Focus Group Discussion. Kata Kunci : PIPPK, Kelurahan Sukawarna, Kanzei
